Yea you can get them from mobs, including bosses, or players
Small mobs are like less than 10 each. Bosses can be from about 70 to 300 depending on whether or not they've been buffed by a wild mana wand, and players drop 20 to about 50 I think
Also chests spawn while guards are on break, they can have 10-100 depending on size

And right now I'm between doctors because not a single doctor that actually takes my crappy insurance is available for new patients or even actually exists after I find them in the database.
I eat shitloads of carbs, ngl. They never told me not to and they never told me to check my sugar.
I eat a lot of protein with them though to kind of balance the glucose levels
I know I'm messed up though since I constantly lose vision in one eye and my sugar levels tend to spike and then randomly drop through the floor (show a lot of hypoglycemic traits). But if docs aren't freaking out then I feel like there's no need for me to freak either

Also my dental insurance covers only x-rays and checkups, which doesn't help me since I need extractions and dentures, which they refuse to cover. :D

if you eat breakfast cereal look at the total carbs and the sugar underneath that gotta keep them as low a possible, for breakfast porriage is best
