I think some people hate it cuz of the chat flood for welcoming people. I thought we should add a command maybe like /welcome so the player who just joined gets all the welcoming messages instead of everyone

So if u are level 50 you get 50xp, but if you are level 20k you get 20k xp, and u might say its not that much, but its still something that you can do whenever

This is hilarious xD. Just cause you guys all detest being nice to new players, doesn't mean everyone is that way. There's no benefit from saying welcome to a new player on the server for myself. Sure you get minimal EXP which is less that mining 1 block. You don't say welcome or GG to things because you get a benefit. You say them to be a nice person. There seems to be no problems with people using auto GG and getting sunbits all day when purchases are made which floods the chat much more. It's a weird thing you guys have going on here. If the word "welcome" is so offensive and flooding so badly, why not also make this ticket to remove "SunRealms >> XXXXXXX has joined for the first time!" There's no benefit to seeing that message, and is just as much of a flood as a person saying welcome to them. Why not ask to have the server ads removed that are output every x minutes, or remove ChatReactions plugin as some people find that distracting when having conversations. It's all just a silly argument you have going on. New players should be welcomed to the server, so they know it's a lively and fun place, and aren't afraid to say something when the chat is completely dead. I have had several new players message me on a daily basis asking for further help instead of in the public chat as they seem a bit shy to ask publically, and I'm also always helpful in public chat for the new players as well. I'm not a bot, I'm a person - I also choose to ignore both of you with chat filters, which is something you're more than capable of setting up yourselves as well! I do think a /ignore command would be nice though, so I wouldn't have to make a filter to ignore people who are negative all the time.
