Also, gamepasses are meant to speed up your progress so ofc if you bought everything, you'll finish it quickly

Just Down vote No reason to argue like this, a refund is perfectly fair. The game is Nowhere near ready for a start release, plots are dissapearing people losing tons of Progress out of nowhere. So many bugs aswell

It was not ready... plots getting deleted... people completeing it within 24 hours and alot of bugs/glitches. cmon, atleast give us your opinion. The people that bought some gamepasses got kinda fkt, cuz it was so short and when we get new update theres probably a new season about to start... So yeah. @sturdy isle

EVERYTHING should be reset(Also ranks). They have to go through sun bits purchase history and give people them back when there is some more playable content and every bug has been fixed.

To be fair, you're saying there are tons of bugs but there were just a few bugs here and there just like there are on gens and they get fixed right after. No release will go perfectly and the only bug that randomly popped up after a week were the plots. You completing it in 24 hours after spending like $150 payouts on it is literally to be expected since I already mentioned that this was only to get the fundamentals out and see what people think of the gamemode. It's the first ever season so you simply cannot expect it to have unlimited content like gens which has been running for about like 9 months now. You bought stuff and got your stuff.

But since I won't be doing any updates this season (because of the plots bug and we need to fully rewrite it), I might consider a potential refund. I don't promise anything because like I said, you bought stuff and got exactly what you bought. You gained an advantage and finished earlier than the rest.

Confused if u are speaking directly to me here or who u are speaking to, but yes i get ur point. and thankfull for u considering a refund, and as i said because of the seasons it is understandable if u dont refund the ranks, but just refund the gamepasses

This shoudnt even be a debate... Like Things were fkt. Plots got deleted, 5-10 bugs. Yea we got what we paid for, sure but when a plot gets deleted/locked how in the flying fk are we supposed to use it anyway.. Like what the fk is this mentality. "Yeah, so you can use your car for a week, after that it will be locked." I got the car i paid for but i cant use it. Is that the standard for the server?

Did you even read what I said? You say 5-10 bugs, which all got solved after being reporting. Just like on gens there are a few bugs on release which then get solved after being reported. You literally finished the game within 24 hours and did not play much after that, so why are you making it a huge issue that your plot got deleted, we all know you were just going to log on for 2 minutes and that’s it. If you’re gonna use that example I could just say “You bought a brand new game and finished it within 24 hours after buying €150 worth of stuff in it too” And then you demand a refund because you finished it too quick?

lemme just say that using payouts on a realm with no payouts was insanely stupid of yall, atleast test the gamemode out before spending all your payouts
