To me it seem like c&d is very similar to old rocket, where their heal amount is very inflated due to patching up the little-medium missing health instead of having the heals to fully save someone without another healers help. The ability give C&D the needed burst heals, but like it’d go on cooldown often so it’s not always there unlike other primary healers
