If you go to the files tab (https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/shaders/complementary-reimagined/files/all?page=1&pageSize=20) you can download the shader. It's a zip file, but you don't have to unzip it. When you have iris downloaded under the shaders tab there is a button that opens your shader folder (Otherwise you can find %appdata% -> .minecraft -> shaderpacks) and that's where you put the shader. Then it should show up in iris. Also I would recommend downloading reese's sodium options and sodium extra for better settings layout in sodium.
