(Depending on how long it takes you to get the heads, I’d imagine like 32 to a stack would be about right? The only time I’ve fought the wither i got the heads quickly and used Iron golems to kill it because I was on bedrock and scared so I kinda cheesed it)

I feel as though being able to place spawners around your base, whether it be for farming or for defense, makes mob materials too easy to grind out and obtain in mass amounts. You run into the problem of players optimizing the fun out of a game. In-base mob farm = no need for travel to a spawner that you built a farm around. Lack of need for travel removes potential for innovation and experimentation.
The inclusion of the Elytra already removes a large portion of travel, why create an environment that requires absolutely no travel? It also destabilizes the concept of relying on others for, well, anything really. If you can grind it out yourself, why ask/pay someone else to? It works against an active community.

[I’ve made a community center type thing on a server before, I had a map of spawn, a mailbox room (a room with chests and barrels that people would put their names on using signs so gifts and such could be left) and a “notice board” where advertisements for new shops, special events that were happening on the server or requests for help. The discord kinda works like a notice board, but a list of rules or might be nice? And maybe a small notice board that specifically lists special events happening (like a Christmas party or a server-wide game of hide and go seek or something) so anyone who misses posts about it can find it easily? Idk just spitballing here, feel free to ignore or discard anything I’ve said. :]
