Hey there! You might be running on some fairly outdated tech, if so then you will not be able to install the more recent graphics drivers.

Was updating the drivers the way you fixed it the 1st time? Also I checked your current installed update version with the number. What is your Graphics card? I've noticed the minimum one to still play the game optimally would be the ''INTEL UHD GRAPHICS 620''

I’m assuming you are on a laptop. It seems to me that you using the integrated graphics card. Those aren’t as powerful and that could be the reason why the game isn’t launching

An Integrated Graphics Card being GPU hardware being built in with the CPU, essentially creating a fairly weak amalgamation in terms of device performance, not good for gaming
