My girlfriend play with me on the server i've created , when she try to craft anything ( from her own inventory or from the storage ) , the item disappear and the items needed for the craft are consummed.

Hey mate, thanks for the report
I assume this happens only to your client player not you as host?
The next time you play with your gf could you turn "Remote Storage Access" off (found in Customise Game settings) then get her to try to make something from her inventory resources (like a Stone Knife or Wooden Shovel)
If this happens again immediately save the game and close the session (both of you do a full exit of the game) then relaunch the game and load the save (therefore making a new session) and send the new code to her
Let me know if it happens again after doing that - if so I will run some tests with you both in your co-op game before I send this to the devs for investigation
