Hello, i always put my low % meat into my inventory and cook it for myself in kitchen of my house.
Now i cannot cook it with "R", bec. the game want to take the all the meat out of food storage too.
The remote for the material storage is nice, but not for food storage.
It would be good if you could choose whether you want to use the material from the inventory or from the storage.

Hmm, I'll have to test later, but I'd assume that crafting would use the lowest durability remaining items first....much like the villagers do

Yes you do use oldest food first. So use r and slide to the number about to expire and those are the ones you cook.
