I keep getting negative items such as logs and it subtracts from my carry weight, i will also get logs that can not be removed from my inventory that add to my carry weight, this only occurs after building, it has also happened with planks and straw, the only way i can seem to fix the bug is by quitting out of the game completely and then booting it back up, does anyone know why this might be happening?

This was either fast craft bug or stolen items bug before, do you have fast crafting on or are you stealing alot of items?

The stolen items go negative but the items i can’t use or remove from my inventory aren’t stolen

yeah it will bug anything in player inventory
try using your stolen items for production/building etc
or drop them

The items go away whenever i exit the game but my Xbox is so slow it take like 10 minutes to load back in so most of the time i just turn on infinite carry weight
