#Staffed Market Stalls should cause NPCs to travel past them to/from the closest town(s)

Once you place a market stall, assign someone to work it, and configure it to sell goods, the game should respond by generating organic NPC foot traffic. Purely aesthetic. Feels very weird that the stalls generate income without any sort of visual change to the village.

No,
Because as a player you're just going to get confused by all the spare bodies wandering around and not working.
Plus your frame rate may take a hit by having to render unnecessary NPCs

Maybe just one or 2 per day, and wearing different clothes than the standard villager?

People sitting at the local fireplaces have a symbol above their heads. Probably it would be possible to create an equivalent for NPC-customers.

#

Perhaps it would also be possible for residents who are not currently working to take a look at what is on offer at the market stalls - just as they sit down in the tavern.
This means that a player, who wants to see customers at his market stalls, can generate them himself.

LOL no, your english is good. They mean they are unhappy about the idea of their workers not working. ๐Ÿคฃ

I completely agree! Especially with the market workers audibly "crying their wares". Like, who are you talking to, dude? joy. I so want to see at least my own non-working villagers milling around the marketplace!

As for some of the concerns expressed here, make it an option in the game settings menu so that it can be toggled on / off so those with less powerful PCs can turn it off if needed for performance.
