#Change Ground Without Road

A lot of existing villages have nice, clear, gravelly ground that they're built on, which the player can achieve only by putting down roads, which block other construction. It would be nice to be able to lay down some gravel or dirt areas that aren't roads and can be built on, especially if the player builds in a wooded area.

I was going to make a post about this until I found this one.

It would also be nice to have a gravel@option similar to road, but also dirt and grass options where you don’t want to remove the vegetation but also don’t want a ton of shrubs and larger plants and respawning sticks/rocks

Yea more terrain options, maybe to smooth down some little hills, too?

Terraforming isn't possible due to the engine the game uses sadly, but I would like some "spray-paint" type of texture ability, so that the gravel you lay down is also seamless

I wonder if it would be possible to make ‘buildable’ terracing/landscaping pieces that you could build on. Not ideal, but would allow for some degree of landscaping.

If you build a field then destroy it, you get a reasonably cleared area. Grass and small weeds are there, but the big bushes are gone.

could make it so its build like road but just made it buildable on them,
