it seem like the meta-tempo sway is so ingrained in the performance of the track that its almost like the models own psychoacoustic which seem like its actually not possible to correct this because the difference in tempo between the outlier section vs the normal good section is so different that warping the audio lead to issue tbh

It always depends on the issue. For instance if what's wrong is technically a bug that many are getting, I'd say they will just add to the reports and you get a solution at the same time everyone else does, without ever a response.

If its an easy answer, sometimes you may get an immediate response.

"Check out this song I made" and portions of it were just a complete stem from suno for example, I wouldn't bash them; but the "commend-ability" would most surely diminish, and from a critical thinking perspective, the more a.i usage there is, the less I would appreciate the work.
I like the term 'commend-ability' i've tried to find a way to express that specific concept and this fits 100%.
I too also weigh the amount of actual attributed work done by the individual vs tools when it comes to sourcing outputs/inputs outside of the meta, towards how to account for that commend-ability, because it's a matter of identifying what there is to actually commend. These are factual/evidential things, not how you 'feel'. It's a fact that we don't make the outputs. Prompts steer, but don't mean you create, which should be accounted for as well. Me? I prompt for a particular feel, is not me leveraging musical techniques to obtain a product. And that's that. I don't even really consider prompting a skill, it's just the state of knowledge in what to put in the context.

I can see where you come from in terms of looking at it from that angle. Prompting for a particular feel which allows for generalization in appreciation without needing to specify so many details in order to get to the point of "Do I like this, and do I justify it's creation?" (Generalization not in negative connotation btw, I mean in more of a "Not spending so much time organizing thoughts in risk of feeling overwhelmed while deciding our appreciation level on a song").

My brain naturally just starts critically thinking in terms of the whole "analyzing what I deem as organic and authentic in the project down to each specific part and what that means for the song to me."

As for feeling, this is definitely an interesting topic. Let's say for example, someone wrote all the lyrics themselves, but the instrumental and vocals are a.i generated. I personally can pull the emotion from the authentic story that the lyrics tell; because it comes from the human mind. But, I still feel that disconnect; because it's not being sung by a person. Maybe the a.i lead vocal can simulate an emotional performance well; but that vocal doesn't truly comprehend, or have a grasp of the story from the lyrics. What if those lyrics are deeply personal to the person? The a.i can't gauge the gravity, the emotional weight of a certain phrase, and what it truly means deep down in that moment. The best it can do is try to "be human." I'm curious to ask what your thoughts on that are?

I've always liked to believe that even through listening to a recorded lead vocal, the conveying of the emotional journey those vocals can take us on is still tangible, even though it's being heard through playback. With A.I, I feel like we lose that aspect. Maybe the vocals can recreate an echo of that push and pull a real human performance can execute; but that disconnected feeling is still there, and the listening experience feels incomplete, and unsatisfactory to me

The conundrum for me around vocals, because I see the same disconnect (i acknowledge it 100%), if we appropriate things from the ether (the blackbox), and then assign a person to do the performance, does that qualify the song? Are these blueprints, templates that we call songs, until they're performed by people, or are they to be treated as an autoplagiarization piece, where you may be licensed to it, you didn't make it yet it is permantly leased to the user indefinitely (until legislation and copyright cours deems otherwise)?
I specify vocals because you can mess around on a keyboard and create chords that don't make any sense, seemingly as a mistake and go against music theory starting out, and then stumble upon a configuration by happenstance that works really well (exploration) which folks also say is a significant part to that human element that adds to what makes music making special. And thusly, if I take melodies from a generated track, and play them myself, does that qualify the track too? It's almost like, if a tree falls in a forest but nobody is there to hear it, does it make a sound. if someone calls themselves a musician, and can execute a piece, but never composes it, are they a musician?

but then that begs the question: If you're stumbling across a melody by mistake, and then you map out what you discovered and play it, and we're qualifying pieces by the artists' levels of talent, would their piece be or not be qualified to be deemed as their music they created because it was a chain of mistakes, and we're here just enjoying mistakes in audio form?
(I know this sounds very tongue-in-cheek, but I wanted to put that out there lol)

I have always argued, as a human, the likelihood i would write a song and subconsciously add in a melody line or "vibe" of another artist is very high.
Im more aware.

But in songwriting circles and especially those who are both new and insist on writing their own music, there doesnt go a group meeting where either the lyrics or melody (and obvious chord progression) isn't something we've heard before.

If Suno pulls millions of songs, and not only creates millions of 3 to 5 note combinations of the most most popular and then adds 3 to 5 note of the next most popular and continues, it is probably 10 times less likely to have a song sound like any known artist than if I wrote a song from out of my head.

One chip I'd throw I the pot is that everyone also, should -- at every moment -- review any song they write for any plaigerizing elements. Thats always done by professional and experienced songwriters, before AI was ever conceived. Ironically, now with AI , it's easier to check.

Rather than try to be completely unique, the better songwriters will say we want that sweet spot of stealing enough familiar sounds to have a great song click by association, but not so much as to be recognized.

The font elevates your design. Lost at sea could do with being bigger. Fonts to try are Black flag for that Davy Jones locker feel or sailors grave, or any “woodcut”or “pirate inspired” fonts if you are using prompts… I hope you don't mind me making suggestions I just think that it's a brilliant design for cover art

Actually, both are really beautiful. But I think I’d go with the first one over the second. This was the place with the $50 day pass.

It was "worth it" for a bit there for gaming with a fast pipe to the internet, but they were kind of screwed by Chicago deciding they were more of a gambling joint than an actual cyber cafe and it showed in their prices. When it was costing you something like $7 an hour it made more sense to just get the day pass if you were going to be there more than three hours.

In Studio and other DAWs a low pass filter attenuates higher frequencies. This may help to reduce annoying higher sounds such as hisses.

Low pass just means youre knocking off a bit of the higher tinny or treble frequencies in an EQ of a sound and letting the low end pass through.

On an equalizer, this looks like a downhill line cutting off the high end of the sounds.

So a "higher pass" is the opposite. Letting the high end sounds "pass through" and muffling or blocking the lower sounds.

Oddly, Suno EQ doesnt have a "low pass" preset in their options. Only high-pass. So we would have to manually choose the "downslope" icon on the far right and #6. See photo.

When i did a Sample create, the download is greyed, as you show, but from just remastering once, its downloadable. So. Not sure of the issue, but since these contest have the "Can Remix" deactivated as a default setting (see Song Details) maybe that affects download option as well, to be initially greyed out.

Keep in mind, on the normal Remix Contests, the contracts usually say that the Remix cannot be used in any way other than an entry into the Remix Contest, thereby the "Can Remix" being deactivated. So, downloading is not permissible regardless if it can be activated or not on the normal Remix Contests.

This one Heartbeat contest seems to be an exception.

It all Starts in the Head. Compose, Lead, Name each Section. You can even Structure the Theory of Music itself very deeply if you teach your Partner to do it.
I made my own Music Software now for example, so i can go back to Traditional Music but with more Functions.
Maybe i will add AI at the end as a Studio Assistent maybe. The AI can hit the Wall anytime but not you. ^^
But if you hit the Wall, the Ai will hit the Wall anytime too.
