A lot of it is fine I would say, but you're right in thinking the first part reads like a poem. Using people's names is a pretty big trigger that it's a poem, at least for me. Some of the wording could be changed to more common phrases you might find in a song. You could restructure that first bit to something like

Whispers in the quiet, shadows softly fall
I've been here all night just replaying it all
A heart that was broken, yeah you know it was mine
Three months of silence, I'm still stuck in that time
Last line changed pretty drastically, but it has a somewhat similar feeling (if this is what you're going for). It's basically saying "My life froze when you stopped talking to me and I couldn't move on"

The biggest thing is that your original was more reflective rather than expressive, so it read like a journal entry or love note you'd write to someone

You can't make personas from uploaded -or- recorded audio. Suno blocks that intentionally to prevent people from using artist's voices.

If you get a voice that you really like with a suno track, you can create a persona from it and then use that voice with other songs... or if you work with extensions a lot and find that the voice starts to drift after a number of extensions, you can create a personal from the voice earlier in the track and use that for later extensions... Lots of uses for personas. 🙂
