i am actually working on torch to numpy conversion of neural networks as well as off-core processing, hopefully in a few months or a year any network will be runnable on anything with python

they all run using pytorch, and i've got a huge compatibility system for making pytorch models work a piece at a time on numpy instead of there traditional pytorch

it's very fast but also requires having the whole model in ram

when the truth of the matter is the math doesn't require that at all

my plan is to use a mix of assembly and open gl shaders to do the same work at some speed compromise but it would enable off core model running, no need for any specific amount of memory

I finally got what I need in terms of instrumental in Suno, but the vocal is quite muffled, tried couple remasters to fix it but the ones that have good clarity, have slightly different voice. The differences are obvious! (Tokkin' Heads does nothing for the background, earlier experiments to try to replace the background were not successes.) The best I could do with it was to try using Ken Burns effects to zoom and pan to make the lack of motion less noticable.

Does it overlay onto an existing clip? Because I've seen that close of the video and resumption before and it was usually in a case where the audio was longer than the video it was applied to so the AI managing the lip sync would basically restart the clip to finish it out.

No, just an image, but it's over 10 seconds, and lemonslice 2.7 only does 10 seconds before it reverse loops the background.

Oh yeah, the vocal stem thing is a personal preference and not the actual Hedra recommendation. They say that leaving in the instrumental means that there's something to guide the character when not singing. And I can see that, it's just harder for me to line up when there's music on top of music in my video editor versus vocals on top of music and vocals...

I notice the hand movements, I'm going to assume that one is Hedra? I always try to give characters something to hold onto in there because without a fidget spinner they think that they need to flap their arms around. So I give them a microphone to hold or a guitar or something so they can play with that instead.

Oh! I do not use Suno's vocal stem for these either, because Suno regenerates its vocal stems. This can mean it tries to enhance the vocals with reverb or effects and this throws off my sync. So I use vocalremover.org most of the time now.

Used to use UltimateVocalRemover v5 but that has so many outdated libraries I cannot get it to install any more.

The hands are actually Lemon slice (on the right), I've gone with the Hedra version (left) as it seems to keep the integrity of the girl together better, she doesn't change what she looks like as much when she starts singing.

Well, there is a step up in quality in some way however, I am trying to do some rap, and I have noticed that in the Instrumental intro, It will sing thing style prompt, or it just be saying nonsense that is not even written, as if it's dropping a none existing producer tag or something. Also, the vocals although clearer, seem to have a chorus effect that makes it sound like a group of the same person singing over that of a single rapper or artist

Oh and the persona right now is not a persona as much as it a direct copy of the song in some way. Like even down at 5% influence, it is clearly the song which would liken closer to a cover than it would be a persona

Anyone here who is also making music and has a home studio with a tiny desk space? Looking for recommendations regarding how to host my studio monitors.

I just received a new pair of speakers (Adam Audio T7V) as my old ones (Rokit RP5 G4) died about a month ago. The T7Vs are a bit larger than the Rokits, and since my desk space is limited - most of it being taken up by an ultra-wide monitor - I’m trying to figure out how to place the new speakers properly.

Previously, I had a tripod stand attached to the desk, as shown in the photo, but the metal tube mysteriously broke. I wasn’t putting any excessive weight on it - just the Rokits - and it was well within the tripod’s weight limit. Of course, it broke just before the new speakers arrived. Talk about luck, ehh..

To complicate things, my desk is right next to the door, and I have two small children. I’ve always worried they might knock over the speakers, especially if they’re sitting openly on a tripod stand, with nothing holding them against the stand itself.
