usually regional problems are that you cant generate at all. do you follow all steps? take the original stone song in the remix menu and then switch to reuse. thats what i have done.

Most of those top songs aren't that good, so I don't understand it either. I think Suno can't really create a balanced viewing experience for all the flood of new songs being made. That's why most top songs are from old suno 3.5 etc. I don't even bother, honestly, it's just everyone begging for views and clout, kinda cringe honestly. Aise from a good possibility of Suno one day running a check for existing songs and take action, unlikely but possible, there is another potential issue that can happen in the future (though not necessarily will):
Companies and organizations like RIAA will definitely sue you for easy money if they have sufficient proof.
I honestly would not be surprised if label companies one day subpoena generative AI companies for a list of users and their personal information that generated songs with copyright lyrics for example...
Odds are it is unlikely but more probable than the first paragraph.

I just saw that Landr does not allow AI generated music to be monetized on Youtube, Meta platforms and Tiktok anymore and now they retain the right to outright ban you for publishing AI music and it kind of makes me wary of releasing music now
