I use the img2vid from tensorart. Get some general concepts down in image gen, then slap it in there. If I have a gen that's relatively idle, I'll keep that and flip it around for one that's more expressive. It's much easier to edit it further myself than depend on a prompt. There's a few things that automatically do stuff with audio, but it's very samey imo.

Took a almost good gen, cleaned it up, coloured it by hand and now ready to be used for animation. You can still save a lot of time by learning to do things yourself rather than fully depend on it. Also makes the range of acceptable gens a lot wider.
