Using Tunecore. Yeah I have 3 artists. i always wanted to do cheesy kids songs since I'm a Dad and trying that out. It's just so much fun. I've learned that ai lyrics generally suck and have grown a love for songwriting now which just takes it to next level. Tunecore supports collecting the mechanical and songwriter royalties and most of the other don't from what I've read. It's like another 50% or so in royalties from what I understand. You have to sign up as a PRO that tracks all of your songwriting credits. Check out ASCAP if you haven't. It's free.

OK, random thought. I'm trying to think of making a music video for my song "Attention Shoppers" from a few days ago. I have a mall nearby that's close to dead, and I have this idea of filming through it and cutting the footage with promo shots of the old mall. Would that be a good idea or would still images in vaporwave style be better?

The point is JoshicShin should probably contact a few of the channels that do this and see if there are any tips or pieces of advice that can be given. Heck! Depending on the mall in question they might benefit from hunting around YouTube and seeing if anyone uploaded any footage of that mall back when it was an active place in the 80s or 90s to supplement their video. Don't want to use too much and you'd need to source footage that was allowed to be used or get permission from the uploader. But overlaying the footage and going back and forth like that could give a good effect depending on the music.
