You have a Basic plan as if your subscription simply expired and dropped you to Basic.

But you have an actually receipt by Suno, similar to mine, showing an annual payment received for a Premier tier Annual subscription.

With this type situation, it seems no fault of anyone's but some sort of glitch that has not "flicked on the switch" to change you to Premier and get the account active and started.

The reason "government" and "bank" come up in this is that different countries and different banks have different procedures to dispute charges. In the USA, you can go straight to the credit card company, and there are laws in the government that force the card companies to protect you in cases of fraud, technical errors, etc..

Those rules may be different in other countries. You may have to go through a different process to get your money back.

Basically, if you paid for something and you didn't get it, how you go about getting your money back may vary depending on where you live.

But most countries do have some laws in place that protect you as a consumer, especially in situations like this where you pay and don't get what you paid for. It applies to both deliberate and accidental situations.

I haven't received a response for over a week. I have sent more than five emails and tried sending from different email accounts, but still haven't received a reply. I think it's not that no one is handling it, but that they don't want to handle it at all.

Billing has some new staff , so I hear, and for instance, I'll mention @graceful condor had use of his OLD credits when his account renewed, after his renewal date. He used from ~April 14th~ April 16th up to today i think, but had since gotten a refund from Google. That's an unusual gift as it would usually forfeit old credits on renewal date and just put a subscription in stasis until payment is posted.

And you had a week of access as well. Until I dropped you back down to Basic.

All I can do is at least toss in this @steady kelp ping to see if a mod can mention these unusual circumstances to billing to look deeper into the accounts.

But saying that, there seems to be some huccups for sure which are different from the norm.

This is why it's important to have an actual ticketing system, where you get a new case number with your request, and you can then reply to that case and have messages accumulate there. Things are much less likely to get lost in the shuffle, and someone who's looking over that case can see the whole communication history.

Honestly the best you'll be able to do until Suno starts taking this seriously. If they start getting a lot of dispute notices from the card companies, and/or Stripe or Link, either they will start to take it seriously, or those providers will pull their contracts, and either way, that's going to hit Suno pretty hard. It'll force them to either make changes or risk going under.

If they did finally get something worked out on their end, whether it's getting someone to read the emails, clearing some problem in the system that prevented it from working, etc., I imagine they have a huge backlog to work through, so they're not likely to spend a lot of time replying to each message. You might get boilerplate responses (e.g. "Talk to Stripe for payment processing errors") until they have time to look more closely.

I paid for the Premier Pro Annual Subscription w credit card on March 17th, 2025. Since I know that you lose all your credits each month (if you don't use them), i hurried last night to burn through my last 600 credits, knowing they would magically disappear today. I expected to have 10,000 credits in my account this morning, but none there. I guess what billing is saying is the time stamp from March 17th must have been later in the afternoon, so that is probably something to note, so that you know exactly when the system is supposed to issue you new credits.

Most subscription services do that sort of processing at the start of the day (e.g. 00:00 UTC) instead of the exact time of day you started the subscription, so that does seem unintuitive. But yeah, check to see if you still haven't gotten those credits by tomorrow this time.

This has been going on for me since about 8th March. @MarkB asked me to cancel my Apple Pay subscription. He was then going to set me up with a new subscription generated by SUNO, thereby restoring my £99 Pro Plan subscription. I followed @MarkB ‘s instructions and waited as instructed for him to contact me to say when he had set it up. Most organised services like SUNO have a ticket based support system. Either they are aren’t organised or overwhelmed by numbers or under capitalised/ funded. It’s an appalling back office support system; hearing of so many members frustrated and out of pocket. I want to go to my credit card company to get a refund. The only thing stopping me is some of the songs I have made on this platform and the possibility of producing more. Le me know if you get result and vice versa. 😉

Stripe is the credit card handler for Suno. Link.com is a third-party that can handle automatic payments and integration with other services. But either way, you use a credit card through Stripe.

So is it that you just told it to do something and it simply never did what you said? Like, the editor says "Generating extension", then times out or gives you an error and the extension is not generated?

If that's the case, check to see if your credits are changing. If the credits stay the same, then yeah, the system is just not working.

Or is it that you see the new entry in your library/create tab, then it disappears again? And in that situation, are you still being charged credits?

When you tell it to create the extension, are you going into the Song Editor (where you have edit options at the top) or using the hamburger-menu >> Create >> Extend, which keeps you in the Create section of the UI?

If you're using the full editor, try doing an extension the other way and see what happens. I've noticed that the graphical editor seems to have a lot of issues, so I try to avoid using it if I don't have to.

That's what the flow looks like in the desktop browser for the "non-editor" method.

Huh. Okay, I just learned something new about the UI, and it's probably not a good thing. In my Create section, just right-clicking on a clip automatically moves it to the trash.

I accidentally right-clicked on it and saw it disappear with the little popup saying it had been moved to the trash. So if your stuff drops unexpectedly, check to make sure you didn't just do that.

I tested my theory out and what happened is that Discord cached the link before you generated the video. So, when you see the link, the cached entry appears whereas new viewers will see your video.

What you can do is clear your cache, either through your user setting (at the bottom) or through the app property

After you clear you cache and reopen Discord, you should see your video

But like, on NovelAI Diffusion, you can ask it to generate anywhere between 1 and 8 images all at once (I think up to that amount), and the cost scales accordingly.

Also, image AIs benefit from decades of evolution in art tooling, image processing, Photoshop code, etc., to generate images of varying quality. First, Suno wasn't designed to do sound effects, You may get some randomly, but it doesn't understand SFX tags. Also, from my experience, dont overwhelm the rendering engine by peppering tags every line. Suno doesnt like to change every line in a verse. Just use a single tag for teh section you want that for.

Drag the right edge of that selection to the beginning of the verse that's getting cut off, edit the lyrics to only include that verse and anything after it, then click Create.

Okay, so click on Extend. You'll see the timeline on the bottom surrounded by a bracket, and you can move the right edge of that to any part of the song. You can click on the timeline to start playing from any point, and that'll help you find where that verse starts.

Set the right edge of the bracket to that point. Edit the lyrics so that you only have the outro. Then click generate.

It'll replace everything past that point with a new rendering that picks up there. That should complete your verse.

Unfortunately Suno often likes to add a very long part if you untick the length adherence setting

It's honestly an issue with the feature itself and not really something you're doing wrong

You can try to prompt your way around it probably, but you might also try rolling the dice a few more times and getting a shorter gen

It's like when Suno repeats your verses and outros 3000 times. It just happens due to AI gen quirks

There's no additional support here that Support themselves couldn't do better to look into your account. Typical troubleshooting measures always include testing another browser, deleting cache/cookies, and making sure no VPN is being used.

The idea is to keep as many means open to guarantee your login is recognizing your IP address.

Certainly relook at Discords login info as well to confirm everything appears correct. Certainly you can always change your password in Discord if it has been awhile to see if there is any issues with ID theft attempts from another location.

You've been doing this quite a while. It's well known by now that only uploads which are NOT ours exclusively owned may be used. Any others, while free to share or publish are not permitted. The last word coming from Suno itself, if the auto-moderator filter blocks it for some reason.

The Terms of Service allows for a broad and general cause to filter many groups of contents, most to avoid training on outside previously available sources or things deemed inappropriate.

Some one above us in scroll has says a similar thing about getting like a "half song" type of result , when when attaching a persona. It might be a new glitchy thing going on.

If the persona was made from a fairly full song and the new song has only a few lyrics, the output can start with the new lyrics then enter old lyrics from the persona's to "fill in" the rest, this sometimes may happen.

But persona quirks are best to see something repeated a few times in testing to really start seeing a pattern to work towards a solution

Provide them the proof that the songwriter gave you permission, permission from other copyright holders of that Output (since the audio output would not be just the songwriter property), and the appropriate musical license(s)

Gotta say, I'm really appreciating the ability to re-create a song I've already created by reusing my prompt and attaching the persona from that song. It generates a similar song as opposed to creating a fully different one.

Now if only I had more control over the song's structure - it's still like rolling dice on how much of the original I get (sometimes ALL of it when I want something different, other times it eliminates parts that I want to keep, etc.).

What I REALLY want is the ability to re-render my original song, as close to verbatim as possible, but taking advantage of whatever quality improvements they make over time (e.g. getting rid of the harsh harmonics that everyone's been complaining about).

That's what Remaster is SUPPOSED to do, but Remaster almost always changes the song, not just the quality.

Note that that's Suno's contract to you as the user. They don't have control over your song infringing on someone else's copyrights outside of the system.

All it really means is that Suno isn't claiming ownership of your work. But whether you can copyright the song as your own in that situation is still a legal grey area in the world of generative AI.

A Twitch/YouTube streamer I watch periodically actually had a great video on this, on how something that is generated by an AI isn't technically owned by anyone - because an AI is not a human being, and copyright laws (at least in the US) specifically state that a work of art can only be owned by the human that created it.

He outlined a famous case where a zoologist had created an elaborate setup, tons of planning, and had a baboon press a button to take a photo of itself. The feds said that he could not claim ownership of that photo because the baboon did the "work" of creating the photo (pressing the button). Seems ridiculous, but it's apparently how the law works.

And with AI, you have that additional layer of questions about who did all the works that the AI was trained on.

Well, Suno AI is completly broken for me right now @final hazel I did a Shift+Shutdown on my Engine to have a clean restart. I've unplugged my modem for 30 Seconds, to have a clean reboot for my ethernet. Nothing helps. Suno Ai is super laggy and no matter what Song type I try to upload, it tells me "This is too similiar to another song you uploaded, pick another one."... ye, 100% not true.

So I took the first part of a song and extended and turned it into a completely different one. Now I need to replace a section for bad pronouncing but SUNO recognizes the whole song as one instrumental (I had to delete lyrics from the old first part). It's a bit of Suno taking the training and naturally coming up with the best predictable "hit" sounds means there's less Suno will choose the less popular chord progression but keep repeating the more popular common ones.... then the need for Suno to NOT be predictable and randomize away from the likelihood of having a predictable hit song by using less popular chord progressions. I like the latter idea.

We need a strength slider for a ReMi version of chord progressions.

That is part of the drive behind many seasoned suno-ers to using multiple extensions to get around this, rather than hoping for 4 minutes of getting a banger song, we know it's better to just extend every 20 seconds between stanza to keep it interesting.

In theory, it would be better if Suno was based on 1 minute songs than 4 minutes, then the change in progression and mdulations would come sooner and better to extend from that approach.

It appears you are trying different types of extensions on the same song. Is my guess right? Have you backed up and added a few seconds to the start of your extension. In other words, instead of extending from the end of the original, let's say it's 03:27, go back into the timemark [scroll down to the "extend" window] , for example to 03:21, to make sure it's not hitting a lull, a break or silent area. Then extend from that timemark.

I would NOT assume that. I don't know when they say "the song will be upgraded" actually mean.

The difference between this is the license, so it's more about the legal language. By upgrade, they just mean they'll classify the song as Pro, which transfers commercial rights to the user. So the line that says Upgrade now and this song will be upgraded too means it'll swap out the license, giving the user commercial rights.

It could be a fruitless effort if an account issue, but since it recently works, on our end we can clear cache /cookies. Ctrl-alt-del and go to task manager and expire any open browsers, turn off any extensions amd firewalls on the browser your using.

Also think of any error messages in the past that may have temporarily flagged your account for any reason.

So there may be something about the songs themselves that your working on, that are affecting the extend, but not affecting the second extension as much since they are more focused on Sunos Part 2 than on your original song.

It's is really hard to evaluate what good or bad issues Suno may be having with a song. Anythings from words used to arrangement or even a misplaced comma. Who knows.

Well 2 minutes is a much better sign. And if you Get Whole song, there should a blend of part 2 and part 3 with no issues. Although, I don't know the root issue. Sorry.

Covers are limited to 4 minutes.

Yes. It will auto-correct words and pronounce them as auto-corrected. Happens to me.

Just have to find ways to write it phonetically [fyoo-nerial] (?) or in IPA format.
