Not a big deal. You can use something like Vizzy to manually add lyrics to video, which would just make it easier. Eventually people see the lyrics a few times and will magically hear it without the lyrics.

How did you make the video?
If you wanna make videos for your music... I use stable diffusion/midjourney (or whatever you want to create stills) then pump those into haiper.ai (stable diffusion animation, pika, or runway) to generate videos, and use a video editing tool like kdenlive (adobe premier) to stitch your final video together.... I got samples if you wanna see them.

If you use custom lyrics, it gets easier in my option
And create a intro , have the Ai do something like , “oh, ohhh, ohh, oh, ohh yeah” before the verse
You can even write [Chorus 2x] and it will repeat the chorus for you
