🐛 Bug Report — Cross-Browser/Cross-Account Drag Event Triggering Session Conflict & Apparent Server-Side Cascade

Summary:
I'm a full-stack developer and AI systems engineer. I noticed an unusual failure cascade immediately following a cross-browser drag interaction between two authenticated Suno sessions and wanted to report it properly in case it's reproducible or indicative of a session handling edge case on the backend.

Environment:

• Same physical machine, same desktop, same local network/IP
• Browser A: Opera GX (Account: Pro plan) — Extensions active: Pi-hole ad blocker, YouTube Non-Stop, YouTube Downloader
• Browser B: Google Chrome (Account: Premier plan) — No extensions

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Have two separate Suno accounts authenticated simultaneously in different browsers on the same machine/IP
2. Navigate to a song card/tile in Opera GX (Pro account)
3. Initiate a drag of the song card/tile
4. Drop it onto the active Chrome window (Premier account) in an attempt to mashup/transfer the song

**What Happened Immediately on Drop:

• Cloudflare 504 Gateway Timeout fired on the Chrome (Premier) session
• The GX window entered a degraded state —appeared to be cycling through redirect attempts, possibly trying to recover via a hotfix redirect, but this caused framework loading failures (looked like a broken hydration or routing conflict)
• The GX window continued attempting drag behavior even after the drop completed
• The Premier account on Chrome stopped loading songs and core functionality broke
• Neither session recovered cleanly without a full refresh

Hypothesis:
The drag event likely dispatched a request carrying the Pro account's session token/song reference into a context expecting the Premier account's session. On the same IP with both sessions active, this may have caused an unexpected auth conflict or malformed API call that the server didn't handle gracefully — potentially contributing to or exposing an existing instability. The attempted redirect recovery I observed in the GX window suggesting your team may have already caught something firing, but the redirect appears to have broken framework initialization rather than resolving it.

Why I'm Reporting:
This is an unusual enough interaction (cross-browser, cross-account, same IP, drag event as the trigger) that it may not appear in standard QA coverage. If there's a session isolation issue when two accounts share an IP and a drag event fires cross-context, it could be worth a look.

Happy to provide more detail, run controlled reproduction steps, or assist in any way. I work extensively with API pipelines, agent systems, and browser-based auth flows so I'm comfortable going deeper on this if useful.

Hard to say, but here’s what I can guess: is there a deliberate spatial effect at play here? Right? The sound moves around, which can create and generate different cymbal patterns… maybe specific "same patterns", named "sample"… in any case, it doesn’t seem to be a bug (the School section might be able to help you).

Beyond that: I love your music, and personally, I like those slight imperfections that “sound natural” (in your music, SUNO must have literally used the image of someone playing cymbals to create a coherent variation that’s almost like “right and left hands").

been testing 5.5 on a raft of improvements with my personas on vocal accents, inflections, breathes/breathing, exhales - stripping them out as stems and reworking them to upload as audio then crafting the next persona variation. New Editor doesn't work at all. I try to replace ONE word in a line. 20 attempts - the same word that was here, every time. Just for fun, I tried to insert just any word. The result's the same. But when I switched to the Legacy Editor, it replaced it after the first try.

It's true, there's always some error propagation... For my part, I ended up removing the tags near the errors... That solves the problems... hmm i usually don't use 100% usually around 80 zoom...when i went to 100% view, in half window mode i could edit the song titles and the view was much nicer....so I think the issue is paritally you guys really didn't test out how the updates interact and look using different levels of magnification or zoom...in fact in no change in magnification, converting from full window in half window fixes the editing title in place issue....its still messed up in full window regardless of the zoom level....try actually doing stuff in something like 80% zoom, these issues should be self evident

holy hell click on the song menu in half window mode == fail...seems like you tried to make half window mode like you're using a phone...so menu takes up whole screen....absolutely horrible....i probalby use half window mode most of the time...having to go full window just to do a song menu...then back to half window.....is a step backwards.....and both times, i don't even know what I clicked trying to use the menu in half window because its just that bad....oof i now see what happens it automatically goes to a submenu even if you don't click....which explains the weird new menu replacing the old one.....oof..horrible just horrible...i mean the menu navigation to submenu w/ clicking...the full screen phone style menu....when in half window mode...no opinion on yet menu taking up entire screen in half window...the gripe here is the navigation...as well as the title editing issues noted at the top

I've had to go back to using V5 since I get one or two unusable generations almost each time with v5.5. BUG: this was an old bug, pre-update and persists through update,...half window mode zooming in and zooming out messes up the view while in create mode in workspace...basically the player doesn't stay at the bottom, and workspace size is cut short as you zoom out, due to the window not adjusting to the zoom out properly...this persists even if you try switching to full window mode....this is usally encountered while having 2 half windows open side by side on teh screen w/ one in create mode, the other used to navigate or browse songs, and zooming out/in on the half window used for browsing, messing up the create half window as mentioned. so open a create page, and a page to songs page side by side, or style list or anything...zoom out on non-create page...and you'll see the create page view get hosed as a side affect

BUG: half window mode, in songs page playing song...i got to bring up the song's menu from the radio player and it coincidentally is near the download option which automatically gets selected w/out click.....this is already documented undesirably behavior for pc users....however to exit the menu.. you have click off the grey men that shows up...the bug here is the the bigger menu that is beneath is actually still there but blacked out to blend w/ the dark background...so if you click away your clicking on a random action from the main menu.....this is just outlandishly poor design.....the "come on man" of today...that's 2 days in a row I've had to use that come on man statement lol

Same. I can confirm this bug now. At 49 Seconds i hear a noise rumble sound on all my gens.

it seems to be something related to how each chunk gets faded in and out and it only generates 25 second chunks at a time.

But they are fading out the diffusion too soon -- so you hear the Noise for a tiny amount thats actually underlying the diffusion process.

There was a voice training mode available where you could sing or speak for a few minutes, and the system would verify and build a custom voice model from that input. I’ve personally used it, and it worked well—my voice came through clearly in the results.

Right now, that feature appears to be missing on my end, while others still seem to have access to it.

Because i never saw what you're talking about.

1. There's the Voice feature which is recording a Voice Vox Persona

2. Then there's custom models, which allows you to upload files -- which CAN be files of your voice to train a custom model.

But I never saw "voice training" feature - the training was always separate from the voice feature. The voice feature is just a persona using a recording. You can record your voice clips or upload vocal stems and train a custom model on that though.

and there is so much dead space in the new page layout that it only shows 1 pined song at a time, and users have to click left or right for each song that takes longer to fined a song and you cant even see the cover art because they put a play button over it and made it so small, but filled the entire area that used to show 5 or 6 songs with blurry dead space design element

and then the sections under that show even fewer songs with even more dead space, and nun of them line up on a grad with makes the experience feel unprofessional... like it was layed out in MS word

they took all your artist flavor text and genre info out of the page header and put in the page foot, and because that's dum... and you'll need to remined people what user this text is related to they replicate the herder name and your badge in the footer wasting more space... and burying the artist message to the listener

everything about this new layout forgets the purpose of this page... and just add boxes because add more boxes what ever I don't know how to guide the user threw the information, kek I put the header text in the footer is "more gooder" now...boooo

assume the bug always appears - you have to delete the lyrics from part 0 first before you extend it. Because they send the first part's lyrics to the model - and it can only handle 5000 characters, so 5000 + 5000 = too many .

5.5 has introduced a resonating peak at 4.28Khz, which gets loud and then quiet again throughout a generation, but it's present in most songs. It seems to be worse in metal though as in EDM. I figured this would probably dissapear after some time but it's still a thing. Is this acknowledged that this is a problem and if so, is something being done about it? I've added a screenshot of an analyser where it shows the frequency peaking, and also an audio clip where its audible. It becomes loud at around the 1second mark

This is not a bug, but you need to fix the issues with not being able to exclude drums in ambient music. It is impossible to avoid drums with v5.5. Works with v5 but not with 5.5.

why is there less of a variety of sounds in v5.5 than there is in v4.5? i generated about 2-3 pages worth of songs on 5.5 which all sounds pretty much the same, the only difference was the order of chords. So i tried the same structure and styles in 4.5 and it was immediately much better with a much broader variety of sounds, like as if it identifies styles a lot more efficiently in comparison to the new model (btw even the duration is better, it gives you a reasonable duration every single time, 3-5 minutes, perfect)

We really need to fix this bug at 0:49 seconds—it's not normal, and it's eating up our credits. And no offense, but beyond the model 5.5’s strengths, it’s really unstable: it doesn’t follow anything, ignores instructions, and worse, when you have a good song—trying to fix it—it goes out of its way to destroy it by injecting unlikely artifacts (at one point it added crowd noise and something like a dog barking)... It makes no sense—not to mention that Studio Mode is completely broken (it’s impossible to correct a group of words without creating a cut, a glitch, or reverb-style artifacts with the track skipping).

BUG: half window view , 90% zoom to use the old style menu that doesn't take up the whole screen...I try to pin a song using the song menu....when the mouse cursor drags across the~~ blacked out disable remix option (for a submitted contest song) ~~ remix section of the visibiliy and permissions submenu to pin or unpin, it exits the menu, this seems to be triggered by some remix message that appears the moment you cross mouse crosses into that part of the submenu...making it impossible to reach the pin song option unless you move your mouse cursor off of the menu parallel to the unpin option and select it that way....straight up BUG.

Interesting discovery with the v5.5 bug where it loops instead of ending the track (aka the 7:59 bug)... this track is a cover with a radical style shift. Prior to the loop-back (5:05) the style tags are all electronic/industrial. After the loop (verse 1 starts again instead of ending the song) the style tags match the original song - "neoclassical, cello" is nowhere to be seen in the cover version.

I get what you mean, but in my case I’m not trying to bypass anything or use copyrighted lyrics. This is for the official Suno remix contest, it’s blocking legitimate remix. The lyrics are 100% original, so it seems like the filter is just being overly strict or misfiring. Just wanted to check if others are running into the same issue.

Yo. Since the v4 there has been an issue with the "dark/ominous" style that to this day with v5.5 was not fixed, even think becoming worse. When a song contains this genre/style, it produces random deep/low distortions or muffling that sometimes rips your eardrum. It has become such a pain and annoyance. I can't make a song with this type of style without having this stuff happening on more that 70% of the generations as of recently. Will this be addressed? 🥲

The problem is that SUNO is too stubborn... Once it's established the embeddings, the high-value vectors are a thing of the past... it won't let go... For example, “Joyful” overlaid everything, and I sensed it right away—it was anticipating every deviation... I knew SUNO was going to give me the song on a “concert” track, mimicking all the little flaws to sound “realistic”—a slight hiss from reverb saturation and mic feedback... Except that no, SUNO isn’t realistic—it sounds like a bad engineer’s work... so I saw the “concert” generations with the audience coming, and the singer starting to whistle for no reason... Moral of the story: the exclusion rules must have “significant” value multipliers, otherwise we can’t correct the values and generations!!!

In the past, even if we listened to music loudly, that audio was "sanitized" for human ears. Suno is currently bypassing all "audio hygiene" standards. We are essentially lab rats for unfiltered generative frequencies. Constant exposure to these 15kHz+ sine-wave errors can cause:
Neurological stress and migraines.
Ear fatigue and "phantom" ringing (Tinnitus).
Potential long-term hearing damage for younger users who still have full sensitivity to the highest frequencies.
The Responsibility:
This isn't about "hating on the tech" or being "a Karen." It’s about Auditory Health. If we share these tracks with loved ones or kids, we might unknowingly be exposing them to frequencies that are physically stressful.
To the Devs: We need an official "Audio Hygiene" filter or a hard Brickwall/Low-pass at 16kHz until the model is stable.

But theres a fade out and fade in at :49 seconds where that noise isn't being diffused.

Or - it's an actual fingerprint that tells every website "This is AI generated".

Yeah I've been seeing something happen that starts about the 45s mark, but the major change is around the 48-49s. Some tracks whatever transition happens there is breaking some tracks too. Even on tracks that have no audio issue, suno starts a natrual transition at that same spot on all tracks it seems

Meanwhile someone on reddit "prompting issue" and "suno lets me set my transitions" person has not a clue what they are talking about.

Well, not every song, actually, but most of them have this issue: around the 50-second mark, there’s a brief sound glitch—it goes mono and sounds tinny—and then it goes back to normal. I’ll listen to the transitions between 45 and 50 seconds right now to see if that happens for me too.

If you listen to the remastered versions of the songs with the glitch, it works; those versions are glitch-free.

Even the ones without glitches, if you listen they all make a slight musical transition at that point. What I am hearing is a heavy drum or SFX that gets added to blend that transition that's just sometimes to sharply/loudly added

Yeah I am normally a person that firmly believes this is a prompt issue, but I had it a few times, but even on good tracks I can hear suno changing the track with no issues across the same time frames, no matter prompts, covers, etdc

Hey, there is a serious issue with track generation in Suno Studio (V5 and V5.5). When I select “Vocals” from the dropdown and use a reference track, it does not follow the original melody, timing or phrasing at all, it just generates a completely different vocal line. Even if I clearly write in the prompt that it should follow the original vocal and match the reference, it ignores that. Prompts in general seem to be ignored, both positive and negative. It still adds instruments, full music, or random vocal noises. If I don’t specify anything in the prompt, it often generates a full song instead of just vocals, so the dropdown selection itself doesn’t seem to work properly. Before V5.5, in V5, vocal re-generation sometimes worked and I could get usable results, but now it’s basically impossible. Even in rare cases when the vocal is closer to what is needed, the voice itself is not consistent and does not match the original, and there is no way to specify or preserve a particular voice or persona. Because of this, the result cannot be aligned with the original track and can’t be used as a vocal stem. Is this a known issue or a regression?

A bug right now is the Trending playlists. Not sure what is going on but the songs on the list are all covers and remixes for what looks like a competition I have seen no info for. Hasn’t moved in 12 hours. If there is nothing to strive for and playlists don’t get updated, then pushing song links to try and get through the slop and bot becomes far more effort then what it’s worth. Maybe if the first line of defense was on platforms where music is created. Like Suno, distribution would be become better. We are all in this together and dumping massive amounts on to the market for Penny’s is going to hurt all and yes I mean all of us. Let’s be Better as a team.

Loving v5.5 overall, but there’s a very consistent glitch hitting almost every generation right at the ~49-50 second mark: a sudden growl, tone deviation, or harsh artifact in the vocals or instrumentals.
It shows up clearly in waveforms (sharp spike/anomaly in iZotope RX or similar). Happens in 80-90%+ of tracks regardless of style or prompt.
Any chance this can get a quick patch?

So what's the point of filling in the Style summary of the Songdetails box if it doesn't present the style on a playlist? Recreate: 1. Leave the Style box in Create empty. When the song's made, edit the Song details box, and (2.) enter style in the "Add style summary..." box. And Save. Refresh the playlist. The style is still not displayed for that song. Actually, the songs used to sound flat to me... using a note-based scoring method—something the SUNO model clearly recognizes (assuming it had an NLP language and not just a latent space transformer)... It made the vocals sharper (since note-based scoring prevents drift)... It worked really well... Until one day a bug affected the entire platform: at 0:40 seconds, most songs had a glitch... A platform update: and now a “hissing” bug...
As for compression saturation, it’s intrinsic to encoding and compression... I’ve always observed this saturation... a more or less normal technical limitation. But that hissing noise... it hurts the ears...

The most ironic thing is that the glitch at 0:49 hasn't gone away

Note: I can't remove this hissing sound in Cakewalk... since it's an “inherent simulated sound pattern”—as if the model were trying to simulate a flaw in a concert hall (microphone feedback)... I never asked for a concert version: once again, SUNO is inferring its own semantics

That's always been twitchy for me. I instead always highlight the actual audio involved and then fix the lyrics if needed. They aren't always aligned perfectly.

Funny enough for me when an editor they are not aligned when I highlight them like it will show. I highlight one thing on the track itself, but then it shows something completely different in the lyrics box. And then when I do try press replace it adds an instrumental.

thats why, it is thinking that there aren't really lyris there. I use the highlight of audio to sometimes see where it thinks the lyrics are lined up. Soemtimes makgin a small change and having it re-sync it can help, but usually not. I usually then would need to highlight the audio, then click the button the fix the lyric alignment and highlight where it really is in the lyrics. that can help since it i will then be told that the replacement is supposed to contain the right lyrics, but it may still may be tough get the cadence perfect.

I’ve been running into a recurring issue across different music generations on Suno, and I’m wondering whether some of you have had the same problem.

Here’s what happens: when I generate a track, around the 50-second mark (more or less), the vocals generated by Suno start producing a really weird effect. I’m attaching 2 very short clips of the exact moment where it happens :

Here’s where I am in my analysis so far:

• The issue happens regardless of the prompt, lyrics, or Suno settings.
• It also happens regardless of the language. I tested Japanese, English, and French.
• It almost always appears around 50 seconds, whether the song is 2 minutes or 4 minutes long.
• It always creates the same strange vocal effect, with varying intensity.
• It happens in about 80% of my generations. Out of 100 songs, around 80 have this issue.
• If I try to make a cover/inspo from a song that does not have this weird effect, Suno may still insert it into the new generations.
• If I try to make a cover/inspo from a song that already has this weird effect, Suno may either remove it completely or make it even worse.
• I also have the impression that this does not happen in the first few generations of the day, maybe the first 4 to 6 tracks.

Have any of you experienced this issue before?
Have you found any solutions?

It's not just lyrics, 48-50 seconds into every track, even instrumentals, there's a solid 80% chance of a muffling, a metallic rustling, a weird bandpass effect, or vocals/lead instruments dropping out unnaturally. It seems more common on tracks prompted for dark, haunting, ominous, minor keys, cinematic, dramatic, or similar. I distinctly remember it happening on 4.5+, but most people seem to have started noticing it much more on 5.5 and in my experience it's much more common now than it used to be.

It’s reassuring to know that I’m not the only one experiencing this, but at the same time it is quite concerning.

If this issue has been around for a long time, that may suggest that Suno has not been able to fully resolve it so far. It also raises the concern that it could remain in its current state for quite some time.

I'll note that in its current iteration, while it's much more common, it also only lasts about a second before going away. Back when I was encountering it in 4.5+, it would happen at the same time, but it would last 5 seconds or longer and was thus much more distracting. I think they're the same issue because the artifact does the same thing but also happens at the same approximate timestamp. So, maybe with more training data it goes away on its own.

If it is the same underlying issue as the one you experienced on 4.5+, then it sounds like the behavior may have changed over time rather than truly disappeared. The fact that it still appears at nearly the same timestamp makes that possibility even more plausible.

I understand your point about additional training data potentially reducing it over time, and I hope that is the case. At the moment, what worries me most is how often it now appears, even if the duration is shorter.

The main problem for me is that it completely ruins the track. I do not have the audio skills or tools needed to clean that kind of artifact out afterward, so in practice I end up spending far more credits just trying to get one normal generation.

If this issue is not addressed fairly soon, I honestly think I may stop paying for the Premier plan. Right now, using credits just to hope that the sound bug does not appear gives me the feeling that I am throwing money away ^^'

It isn’t normal for a yearly Pro Plan to suddenly show as a Free Plan, but it can happen when the system doesn’t refresh your subscription after you’ve been inactive or signed back in. Sometimes the account logs you into a different sign in method than the one you used when you bought the plan, and that makes the subscription look like it disappeared. Other times it’s just a sync glitch on Suno’s side, especially after long gaps.

Logging out, fully closing the app or browser, and signing back in with the exact method you originally used can fix it. If it still shows the Free Plan, the only real solution is to contact Suno Support so they can manually refresh your subscription and restore your workspace and credits. They can see your payment history and correct the account on their end.

I acknowledge that it does sound 'off'. It's like an old 45 that you've heard a click on. Most people don't hear it, but once you've heard it you can't get it out of your head. These issues can be sorted through an editor like Audacity, using Spectral Editing. After separating the tracks in Audacity I edited the voice track on Example. It's still 'off' but not as 'off' as it was. You can search on how to do Spectral editing. I also think the drum starting just after the "H" of "Hem" has a lot to do with what you were hearing. (for reference I'm a novice)

Description:
In Suno version 5.5, there is a recurring issue where the main vocal begins with strong presence and clarity, but progressively degrades throughout the track.

As the song advances, the vocal starts to sound:

Right now, Suno appears to flag “sk*nk” as if it’s an artist name, which can block or interfere with otherwise legitimate prompts. To my knowledge, it’s not functioning as a recognizable artist reference in this context, but rather as standard genre terminology.

Would it be possible to adjust the filtering logic so “sk*nk” is interpreted contextually — especially when used alongside reggae/ska descriptors — rather than being treated as a restricted or named entity?

Helpful tip: Discord uses underscores (_underscores_) to italicize. If you want to prevent Discord formatting from messing up your text, you have to put a "\" before the beginning of your underscores.

Ah it does the same with single asterisks, forgot about that one. Yeah single asterisks is italics, double asterisks is bold. Backslash negates the formatting and just displays the real characters.

Reproduction steps:

• Open YouTube with Firefox browser, play video
• Open Suno
• Right click a song in your library and select, "Remix/edit"
• Select, "Open in Studio"

This is probably rather niche, but I'd like to report a strange bug with how the lyrics field interacts with the style field and how remixes work. I'm used to being able to type out instructions in brackets to get certain effects. I don't do it very often since the models don't adhere to it very well, but sometimes it's useful if I'm trying to pace certain songs. Well, I was trying to do some chamber music, and I noticed several things:

• First off, Suno doesn't know how harpsichords work. It seems to think they work like pianos, because notes can be soft or hard with them in Suno generations... which is wrong. Harpsichords have one strength of note. That's it.
• Secondly, when I added bracket instructions to try and control when each instrument was added to the mix, it got very confused and turned the song into rock. That was weird.
• Thirdly, If you have a track in the cover tab and you switch over to inspirations, you can add inspirations and delete the original track you had selected. But, when you tab back to "cover" it reselects the original track you dragged there, which can be very confusing if you don't notice it.

Every song is starting off with humming..like human humming not a buzzing noise. I can switch personas or put humming or adlib or ambient noise etc in the negative prompt but it's always there at the start of every song generation.

, tried generating on the website using Google Chrome and Firefox, the vocals in the latest model suddenly became considerably lower quality. The vocals are often metallic, unnatural, there are sound artifacts as I call them appearing, completely unrelated to the prompt, which are often in poor sound quality as well. I have observed this behaviour in every model so far, but it is not consistent, often it appears after some time of the usage of the model, let's say a week or two, and sometimes it stops for some time, then returns. I am assuming it might have something to do with the server being overloaded, or Suno training on already existing Suno songs, which have the problems they have, for example with mix, high top end frequencies, sounding almost sharp and the sibilants being drawn out aggressively. Can we either have more control of the mix within Suno whilst generating, or have a better stem extraction tool? Since this one produces stems in a rather poor quality, like a basic vocal remover, which won't allow for the original sound, even if cleaned up. I'm speaking from the position of a sound engineer, however many of my friends have complained about this.

There were reasons I migrated to Firefox, I'd prefer not to have to undo that in order to work with Suno.

it's likely reading your prompts as a band instead, you should try writing them before, after and between your lyrics as metatags instead of using them as prompts, because it will read them like a band rather than solos

Starting from version 5.5, every generation gives me the same melody with a different arrangement. I’ve done hundreds of generations, and it’s the same melody again and again. Only a very radical change in the Style helps create something new, but when I go back to the previous Style, the melody comes back again.

When I switch to version 5, I get new melodies.

Is anyone else having the same problem? How can this be fixed?

All models prompt differently. You'll want to do what you've been doing in 5.5, which is vary the prompt more than in past models.

Crop function doesn't work.

Here's what happens when I try to crop a song:

1. Press "Crop" in the "Remix & Edit" drop-down

2. A new UI panel shows up with a song time visualizer, a draggable slider above it to change which parts to crop, two boxes for start and end time, and a "Save" button (I can only assume that this is normal)

3. I drag or type in the desired crop times and then press Save. The UI disappears

4. A pop-up at the bottom of the screen that reads "Cropping Clip... This may take a few seconds."

5. I wait and wait until it disappears, but my song is still at the original length before cropping

it's for sure that 5.5 is much less varied, but it's worse, it's to everyone that it gives similar results - I've more than once noticed, in the "next song" suggested by Suno after a fresh render, a song that had a very similar melody to the one that was just rendered. So I think we're gonna quickly exhaust all that 5.5 has to offer. I've also noticed a repeat in the transition sounds that Suno does for specific genres.
But I think that's the price to pay for a better sound, which probably required a smaller set of songs to train on than or 5.0.

Something else, has anyone been able to make an instrumental cover of a song with lyrics, using 5.5?
I tried again the other day, and it would just not do it. So I ended up doing it with 5.0, and then covering the result with 5.5.

What I had tried:
-[Instrumental] in the lyrics, obviously does not work (anymore)
-add empty, but formatted lyrics
-add lyrics of unicode bs that I know Suno can't read/sing
-add "no vocals, no lyrics" in the styles

the results are always the same:
for the first 1/3 of the song, it's a proper instrumental
for the next 1/3, bits of vocals start appearing
for the last 1/3 Suno doesn't care anymore, the entire original lyrics are bleeding through

worse, if you do a "sample" of a bit of a song that has a very tiny bit of "ah" vocals, for Suno it seems to be a flag that it has to be in lyrics mode, and it will hallucinate full lyrics

well for for sound only, especially for d&b, I would never go back to 5.0
individual instruments sound a lot better in 5.5, and the bass is very good

I don't know what 5.5 does differently, but it's like 5.0 would produce the entire song through diffusion whereas 5.5 might do it a more traditional way, producing bits separately, then mixing & mastering in different stages. But maybe I'm wrong, just guessing

ironically it's the vocals that 5.5 is the worst at, and not just because of the zipper noise that makes most renders totally garbage. I say ironically because it's what they bragged about the most.

So for the last month I've mostly been doing songs with generic "aah" choirs (because those don't have the noise) or songs busy & loud enough to mask the zipper noise.

It puts them in my Library where they are fully completed. The stems still don't show both versions though, only 1 completes. I really hope they fix this soon.

oki it seems like i cant add both a cover and video to my songs, even privated ones. i used a test video and image that i know wont get flagged to make sure. Seems i can have one but uploading the cover art overwrites the video and vice versa( EDIT: after more testing it seems this applies to all songs, including new ones.. test image is one i use on multiple platforms because its safe and passes scrutiny and the video is just 10 seconda of still frame footage of same image. there should be no issues if it was just automod being overzealous and removing covers off my public songs.

Selecting a song from playlist by clicking the song row is not working anymore. Only way to activate the song and load it's details to the right hand column is by playing the song by clicking it's cover thumbnail. When the song starts to play, the song details gets loaded normally.

Previously you could select the song by clicking the row in the playlist and it would load the song details into the right hand column without needing to actually play the song.

Tried with Firefox and Edge, console is full of cross-origin request errors.

The root problem seems to be related to Google authentication:
My account was originally created with a googlemail.com address, but Google has since normalized everything to gmail.com.
Now the login/authentication doesn’t work properly anymore. It seems like Suno treats these as different identities, and I can no longer access my paid account.
What I’ve tried:
Logging in via Google (same account)
Using both email variants (googlemail / gmail)
Contacting support multiple times (no resolution so far)

Current situation:
Paid account → no access for weeks
Possibly split identity due to email normalization

Questions:
Has anyone experienced issues with googlemail vs gmail login?
Is there a way to relink or fix the authentication identity?

Everything was working fine, but when I tried to upgrade to Premier, the payment failed and at the same time my Pro Plan got canceled. Since then, I haven’t been able to use my account at all.

I’ve already contacted support multiple times, but no resolution yet, and I’m falling behind on several projects because of this.

My Suno won't connect properly.
It's a Browser issue of some kind, Google/Edge/Firefox won't let me log in on other browsers and just says errors.
I used Bluestacks and other computers to connect to Suno and it's fine on them.

But i have done nothing different on any of them and was completely fine using Suno on this computer 4 days ago.

If i manually search a song or account then i can reach it fine and hear the songs but they won't load past the first set of results.

Is anyone else experiencing this multiple generation bug? It's been going on for months with no fix in sight.

The issue: instead of generating a normal-length track, Suno produces anomalous tracks of 7:59 or even 5:50 because once the first generation ends, another one starts automatically — sometimes even half of one — of the same song, continuously and without interruption. The result is a single track containing 2 or 2.5 consecutive generations of the same song.

This is not sporadic. It happens systematically, regardless of browser or connection.

Bug update: Songs over 15 minutes can't have stems generated. Previously -- it looked like it was starting to generate the stems, now it fails immediately. That's an improvement, though the error message could still be improved to let the user know that the song is too long. Good progress though! It's definitely better than the old behavior

I used suno like a year ago and stopped because of money issues. I resumed today, spent 500 credits with the latest model. Tried different styles and tempos. The melody of the vocals turned out to be the same 95% of the time, regardless of the prompt. I tried to change the level of style and weirdness only to have the same result. I shifted to model 5.0 and it seems to work a little better, at least the vocals change their melody depending on the style and the two versions per attempt do sound different. Bug Report: Download Video exports broken Vietnamese text

When using Download Video on Suno, the generated MP4 displays Vietnamese lyrics incorrectly.

Examples:

• Missing letters
• Broken accented characters
• Wrong spacing
• Characters separated from diacritics

The lyrics inside the song/project are correct. Only the exported video is broken.

This seems related to Unicode normalization / font fallback in the video rendering pipeline.

Please look at why clean vocals leak into metal/metalcore/deathcore/blackened metal/meoldic death metal. I dont have a single clean voice in my models.

You can't say a single word such as melody or harmony without a clean guy coming in singing and ruining the tracks ( and not mentioning it can still have a sentence being sung clean randomly)

If you nudge weirdness above 50% it will be more frequent. deathcore works "ok" if you prompt two male vocals so a third one wont get in. for other genres its just there by default

all the tracks for feeding my models are stripped of their randomly generated styles to not infulence the music

If you remove tracks from a playlist and then reorder the tracks, then when you refresh the playlist it will have moved the wrong tracks. I guess when you delete and reorder it gets confused on which tracks you're trying to move.

Song Editor is still bugged to the point you can't make a few edits without running into bugs. Sometimes it does not generate anything despite spending credits. Especially if it's continued generation on the same place. Sometimes new part does not appear in the editor, and if you use make full song function from the workspace, it will only get you last 40 seconds or something. Also it very often ignores your prompt and duplicates next part of the song in all modes except fixed.

Did yall change something on SUNO's end? I can no longer do the 10sec video + cover art method. Prior to yesterday, you could do video + cover art, and the cover art would be displayed then the video would load.

I paid for a Pro subscription on 16.04.2026. The payment was successful, and the money is gone from my account. However, my account is still on the Free plan.

This is unacceptable. I have not received the service I paid for.

Please either activate my Pro plan immediately or issue a full refund to my original payment method.

You’re welcome. Other users have had issues before the moments I saw is where the credit amount didn’t reflect in their profile after they made the purchase. I think the payment takes time to process through from the bank it’s always good to check your bank so it’s okay on their end as well.

Your payment of $10 for the Suno Pro subscription was successfully processed on April 17 via cryptocurrency (receipt number 2039-9049-0428), but there was a problem with the subscription's synchronization.

Here's what happened: Earlier on April 16, there were several unsuccessful payment attempts due to insufficient funds in the account, resulting in the automatic cancellation of the subscription. When your payment via cryptocurrency was successfully processed later, the system had already canceled the subscription.

What I did: I synced your subscription to activate your access to Suno Pro. Your plan should be active now.

What to do next: Try logging out and logging back in. Your 2,500 Pro credits should appear. If you still don't have access to Pro features, please let me know and I'll continue to investigate.

I'm getting the bug again when I generate a backing vocal stem in STUDIO it's not giving me 'just' the backing vocal in the stem. It's including the guitar and a lead vocal along with the backing vocal. IS anyone else having this problem? Before it was also doing it with other instruments. I've tried selecting 'backing vocal' style i put 'Harmony Male Vocal' or 'Male Harmony Vocal' and variations of that, and in lyrics I've tried with and without lyrics and getting the same thing...multple parts in one stem. Hopefully you can help?!? 🙌 Thank you very much! I love Suno!!! ❤️
