I have 2 songs that will not delete from the trash in the web interface. Both were created using personas and I think that has something to do with them not deleting. I just get an error saying "Clip could not be deleted". Anyone know how to get them to delete? I have deleted hundreds of stems, songs, but these 2 will not delete. Even tried deleting the persona, which did delete but that did not change the inability to delete the songs....

For some reason every song I've created today drops the volume by 50% at the 1 minute mark. Sometimes it comes back up by the end of the song, sometimes not — but it's such a weird and consistent behavior that I think it's a bug.

(I even added a sentence to the style just to see if it would make a difference: "Mics are placed near the guitar and singers, ensuring consistent volume throughout." 😂)

• I have generated several other version of the same song with the same prompt without any beeping so I donno how to reproduce it.

• The Audio influence was at different % on all of the generations. From std 25% up to 75%. Same with the Style Influence.

• Oh, on the last generation both gens was okay, I added more lyrics to the song. Can this have affected it?

I suppose that is what editor is for cropping and what not... still kind of annoying as the shorter gens which haven happened for me in the last 8 gens. one of them never finished and I played it was fine, after a while status changed on it and it was no longer playbale (after playing another version) and it just wouldn't finish so I moved it to trash, was about to see if it was even in the trash still... or finished there even... If we are pushing for longer song generations can we atleast get some more room in the lyric prompt? I'm having couple of issues using the "Use Styles & Lyrics" option.

1. It sometimes doesn't bring the lyrics across into the lyrics box, it's still populated with the lyrics of the song I last created, unless I refresh the page before using the option.
2. Unless click the X to remove the song I am reusing styles and lyrics from the remix section in the creation form (the same place it shows the song you are covering) creation always errors with the "clip got stuck" error

Are you logging in with your Google account? Could it be that you changed your email address in Gmail? A few weeks ago, Google started making some changes to Gmail. For example, you can now change your address, create aliases, etc.
Check your Gmail settings and make sure you are using the exact Gmail address you registered with Suno. I had this problem myself a few weeks ago and spent an entire night chatting and talking on the phone with Google support to solve it.

I have it linked to my Google account but also my phone number. So frustrating to try to make cover of my song and 9 of 10 is totally BS. Distorted drums. Song stop in middle of chorus or verse. All bad generations are same size 5.31. I was listening to a song today and a popup asked if I wanted to Remix this song. I hit the remix button and it loaded the song in to the remix creation page and after alerting the artist (who I knew does not allow remixes) and got their permission to try, it allowed me to create a remix. Problem is that song has Remix turned off. If I go to the song page and try from there, it is not available. But this popup allowed it. That's a problem!

I experience the same as @smoky cosmos on the search screen. I get the option to remix every song (not that I am a remixer to begin with), but I can not comment from this screen anymore, nor like the songs from this screen. Yesterday everything was working, today, not so much. WHen I refresh the screen, I get a quick glimpse of all the Icons that used to be there, but then, once the page is loaded, it's to what we see in my screenshot. It also seems the previous buttons are removed from the DOM via JS. (WHY ?) it was a convenient way, to give kudos to great creators.

I’ve been having this issue with most of the songs I’ve tried making over the last week or so. I’m trying to figure out what’s causing it. I even had a 7:59-minute song that was just the lyrics “Mary… had… a… little… lamb…” It might have something to do with using Personas?

For the song editor the little alternative box keeps disappearing when you press replace the section, and I don’t know what’s going on. Also, when you do replace a section heal edits doesn’t work. Especially if you are replacing a certain word that the AI messes up and you even spelled it phonetically, and it just completely ignores it.

I’m trying to extend an original song, and your filter blocks it for copyright infringement over a single, repeating, generic four-word sentence. Should I expect a lawsuit if I use the word "baby" or "love" next?
The false positive rate on your copyright bot is off the charts. We are forced to misspell our own original lyrics phonetically just to get the AI to sing them. Please fix this, it's absolutely ridiculous that common phrases are triggering the block.

Is anyone at Suno working on fixing Extend function? Currently it's only can be used to replace instrumental outro. If you want to regenerate track starting from second verse or bridge or you want one more chorus at the end - no, you are absolutely out of luck. Because voice and arrangement will be different, and there are always will be some changes in melody. Also, in many cases - extension have loud metallic sound and it's melody, arrangement and vocals is absolutely unrelated to original song - just generic pop slop. Those with metallic sound sometimes have exactly 4:00 length with abrupt end - it repeating lyrics over and over again with progressively increasing loudness and distortion (I guess 4:00 extension is the same bug as 7:59 on new generations)

To all who think that I'm expecting too much from AI - no. I just want that Extend function would work like it worked month ago. Yes, it always required several generations to get something useful, but it was possible. Now it's either generate something that do not match remaining song or a completely unrelated garbage with bad sound.

I'm the guy that got timed out for 7 days (!) after an attempt at pointing out these things a few weeks ago, including challenging wether or not it's appropriate getting accused of moving the goalpoast by people who are involved with this product as I seem to perpetually fail at contextualizing, ultimately opting to lean on the same type of gas-lighting I were receiving by those who can't hear the obvious issues with both the Extend feature itself, but also the rebuttals from the opposition. I appreciate you might be trying to either cut costs or save compute time (especially as a lot of tracks either don't get published or end up in the trash) BUT this issue is not making the home page look very good, I'm guessing over 5% of the tracks on the homepage now have bad/weird or in some cases no cover art. Maybe when a user publishes a track you could generate decent cover art at that point (using the tracks metadata for inspiration like you used to). Also you are not going to up sell the image to video feature if the cover art is total garbage!

I use to add "+" sign to geenrations that I might conider to use and with additional "!" sign to mark those that are in narrow circle. I hen used those signs as filters to get to hose generations.

Recently it stopped working. When I type in + or ! in search box I get nothing, like there are no sings with that signs in name. This makes using Suno complicated. It is not easy to select songs.

I just went through my entire catalog disabling permission to remix my songs, only to find they have all toggled back to allow remixes!!

Or it does change it on the left side where it shows the lyrics box, but it keeps singing it wrong. And then you have to change the word entirely and but even then that sometimes doesn’t even work.

Also, why is it when using cover when you’re trying to cover something from like say your original songs in English and then the next one you’re doing is another language, why is it quarter way through the song it hallucinates the English version of the lyrics on top of the non-English lyrics

Does anyone else get a weird bug where some of the song outputs (like 35% of em for me) all go for the same length of time (5:22 is what it is for me, give or take 1 second), and it's always the same thing: the song starts great but has this characteristic where it gets super emotional in the 2nd half of the song, and it keeps going through multiple "crescendos" where it slows down and stops, then starts up again and gets more emotional every time? It also gets louder and more distorted with every crescendo. Same thing every time. It's unusable.

We're using the Cover feature btw. I'm uploading my own demo, inputting 3-4 genres/styles, weirdness usually around 70-75, style influence usually around 75-85, audio influence usually at default 25, sometimes 30 but rarely. Sometimes my own lyrics, sometimes AI generated.

Seems to happen when i use one or all of these genres in the style prompt: bedroom pop, experimental indie, or maybe chamber pop.

I've been reporting some of them as a bug in the "Other" category.

For my metal friend the time length is usually 7:59 for that bug. For me it's 5:22, but i've had 7:59 before too (prob on a different audio recording that i uploaded/covered)

7:59 is the bug, but I've also generated different lengths with similar issues. All of my personas that I've built intentionally to be fairly flat and almost monotone to counter the absurd amount of chorus lift are pretty broken now. So it's currently songs that end, then infinitely loop and continue (it used to end with some random held noise), and overly dramatic vocals, which have been an issue for me for a long time. i stopped using vocals because of this nonsense and was producing strictly instrumentals but that doesnt solve the end looping (or the abrupt endings which is also another random generation issue)

So I’m having a problem when it comes to adding a section in the song editor where I try to add a section and it only gives me an instrumental and it completely ignores the lyrics box. Also, I have a problem when it comes to mashup when I’m mashing up two songs and it cuts out half of my song. Like I have two pre-courses, a bridge, etc., and it cuts those parts out and leaves the rest. And then when I try adding the sections, it only gives me an instrumental. And yes, I’ve tried resetting the track and doing everything else but it’s still not working. Could you please fix it? @humble cobalt @sand depot

I've had issues with some of my songs ending up with a very annoying hiss in them which can especially be heard in parts with few instruments. Based on the posts I've seen on reddit, other have had the issue too. Here is what I discovered about this today:

All of the tracks that I had this hiss noise on have been stem split in the Editor. And all of the hiss noise can be traced back to the Synth track. Before stem splitting, this hiss isn't there, after stem splitting it is there and can totally be found in the Synth track. Muting the Synth track is not an option as it often contains also some other background instruments. In my case, most of the time string (pads) end up in there.

I have tried working with an audio editor like Audacity to learn the hiss pattern and have it filter it out, but that lead to weird issues with audio is should be there for the string pads.

I have now started to make a copy of the synth track to a new track and set that to being Strings instead of Synth. And then try to use the replace / cover feature to generate the track a-new and now as actually Strings. This has the downside of it taking lots of generations to get it fitting with the original song (and generated alternatives are totally unusable as they also contain singing) and it also takes some tinkering with the volume levels as the newly generated strings are way more prominent than the string pads in the Synth track. But at least the hiss is gone.

Maybe this is of use to someone else as well. It will of course become more difficult there are multiple other instruments that end up in the Synth track.

But if anyone from Suno is reading this, please have a look at the stem splitting algorithm and try to fix this.

Just this past week, suno started adding extra outros or endings to my songs. A 3 minute song turns out to be over 5 minutes. I use an audio cutter to trim it which still works for me. But I shouldn't have to do that. As an annual pro subscriber, I have not had this problem till around a week ago. In addition, there have been clicks or noticeable ticks in a song. Not often but it happens. The vocals have lost consistency. Many ruening out to be hollow or with a bad echo. All in all, suno produces amazing music. Its just needs some minor fixes. I hope these get worked on.

I'm noticing the style description enhancer button doesn't work if you get past a certain number of letters, I'm not sure exactly where the cutoff is, but it is pretty low. I never had this problem before. I used to add multiple style descriptions and then use it to combine them all, but it has gotten to where it doesn't want to do anything when clicking on it.

Also, it seems most of my generations are cutting off before the end of the song, which would be fine if extend did a good job matching the rest of the song, but it doesn't want to match the sounds most of the time. Usually I have to settle for "good enough" and I'd rather just have the song gen have a proper ending already. They are always still well below the max length for songs.

Any remaster of a cropped out section of a song the vocals turn into a mushmouth, slurred version of the original vocals making the entire feature unusable. This used to be the only fix to the audio degradation over time Suno has had since day one.

Extending a song in V5 is not able to produce seamless continuation to a song anymore (did it ever in V5?). In V3.5 it worked quite consistently when you gave the lyrics you wanted for the extension and you ended up having a beautifully extended song. Now in V5 if you give the lyrics for the extension it sometimes skips lyrics from the start like it would be expecting you to give the lyrics for a full song and thus thinking the beginning of the given lyrics are already covered by the kept part of the song. If you give lyrics for a full song, it sometimes starts the extension like the given lyrics would be for the extension only and thus ending up with repeated lyrics for the beginning part...

Also the tune rarely extends smoothly in V5 and you end up getting a choppy seam and wasted time and credits with extension thrown into trash. So in V5 the extension sounds like two different songs would have been cut and pasted after each other -_- This is even worse if you try to replace section in the middle or at the start of the song in the song editor, where it's almost guaranteed you do not get beautiful seam where the new part is attached to the following old part. I assume replacing from the middle or start of the song is more challenging to stitch seamlessly to the following part of the song, but please fix at least the extension feature that worked beautifully in V3.5.

And when in song editor, how you're supposed to give lyrics to the extension when you're extending a song from the very end? The lyrics input box becomes disabled and you cannot give the new lyrics you would want for the extension. Or is the song extension feature in song editor meant for instrumentals only?

In Suno Studio, if I right-click on the song list, a context menu appears. When the song list is in collapsed mode, it is impossible to access that menu because it disappears when the mouse leaves the cover art hover area. The only way to use the context menu is when the list is not collapsed. Tested on both Chrome and Firefox.

I would like to report ongoing issues with the current vocal engine. This is not meant as criticism, but as structured feedback based on repeated testing over the past weeks.

At the moment (regardless of time of day), I am experiencing the following problems consistently:

Lyrics are often not followed correctly

Vocals sound washed out or unclear

Noticeable metallic layer/shimmer on the voice

Excessive or uncontrolled vibrato

Very thin, sharp or “spiky” vocal tone in some generations

Cover and remaster functions tend to worsen vocal clarity instead of improving it

Interestingly, instrumental generations without vocals are performing very well in my tests and sound clean and high quality.

However, out of 16 recent vocal generations, I had to mark all of them as unusable due to clear bugs or severe vocal artifacts. I tested different workflows, different prompt lengths (including very minimal prompts), and multiple settings. The result was consistently unstable.

For context:
I primarily produce EDM in the Deep House / Melodic House range. I often upload my own instrumentals and use Suno to reinterpret or complete them with vocals.

Unfortunately, this month I have not been able to produce a single clean, usable vocal track, regardless of workflow adjustments.

I’m sharing this in the hope that it helps identify potential instability in the vocal engine. If needed, I’m happy to provide further details or examples.

hi, is this a bug in suno studio 1.2 ? every time I just want to correct the vocal track using the cover mode on the vocal track it adds background instruments to the new vocal generation.. is there a specific setting to use ? This is not for the "replace" mode, there it seems to work, but in "cover" mode it keeps adding instruments on a solo vocal

I want to say, that my experience is very similar to your, though I mostly generate "analogue" music in some old genres of 70s-90s.

1. Mispronounced lyrics. For new generations the probability of this is low. If you are doing covers - it's higher, especially in second part of song. With personas it's very high even if your vocal stem was good
2. Bad quality of high frequencies. Metallic sound/shimmer is everywhere where you expect a feeling of an "air", not only vocals. For example, in places where you expect crisp saxophone or trumpet solos. Also, you can't hear fingers playing on acoustic guitar anymore, just some strange noise artefacts instead. Hi hats are no longer crisp and bright, they are harsh and sound like a static white noise
3. Stereo scene is no longer wide. Many instruments (including Vocals) are often purely monophonic. Overall - sound is less detailed than before. Also, try to listen to side channel in your DAW - you will be surprised how ugly it is.
4. in areas where you expect a loud sound of many layered instruments (crescendo etc) you now hear ugly artifacts and/or strange sounds. The same happens in places where loudness changes significantly (for example, loud chorus after quiet bridge)
5. unstable equalization, often you can hear like someone is touching EQ sliders every now in then. Especially in quiet areas of song.

All those issues started to occur since end of January. February was a worst month for me as well - not even a single track with good sound.

Why is it when I prompt for no drums, percussion, rhythm, beats, I still get all of them? I'm reducing weirdness to 0 or low. Im using this in negative prompting. I dont get why SUNO just ignores prompting now. I've bracketed the sliders, and no matter what, it decides to create short tracks with percussion, etc., when I want ambient electronic tracks. ive been able to get them in the past.

There are line breaks and periods in the style prompt, dunno if that could have somehow done it.

Ha, it quite often did the same for me. I was replied that I shouldn't use () in prompts to avoid that. But sometimes it does that even without ().
Looking at your prompt, I see that you used (). And I'd recommend not using such phrases as "Avoid". It's better to put what you want to avoid in negative prompts.

The issue happens every time (100% of attempts).

Everything worked normally before.

New Editor became unusable for replacements. It damaging song lyrics once you do something there. After this lyrics of the song will disappear completely. "Match Lyrics To Audio" is always grayed out.

Legacy Editor do not have this problem. While bug is not fixed it's possible to re-align lyrics in Legacy Editor using "Match Lyrics To Audio", just copy your lyrics from another version of the song (if you have one 😁). You will be able to do replacements in Legacy Editor after this, but do not try to open song in New Editor anymore until this bug is here.

How can Suno create cover after cover that are 10-15 seconds short than the original song due to ever-increasing cover tempo as the covers progress, when the advanced style settings are at 93% of audio source, 3% weirrdness, and 63% of styles (which included multiple specific BPM style prompts? It's such ridiculous waste of time/credits/etc. Still no fix for persona function being greyed out. One problem after another with Suno these days!

It’s been 19 days of total blackout despite paying 264,000 KRW. This is a complete failure of their automated system.

I don't rly think it could have to do with your location either, bc SKR isn't rly off the grid tech-wise... But you never now nowadays with the startups, dear. I can definitely agree it's a high priority thingy.
If you're using Gmail they shouldn't even have huge problems with them as provider, so it's a real riddle from external POV. Sry I can't shed more light on it from here.

No, it only matters if you're in-suno editing due to the Studio feature, as I am not Premium and thus don't know that corner. But if you're offline editing like me, try the WAV (Tempo-Locked) selection next to the download thingy. As I'm not sure if you're Free-Plan user I though don't know if you got that option in the very end.

Just to make sure: Tempo locked means that each piece - no matter how much silence is on the stem - is held in place right where it belongs to align with the zero-marker of the song's beginning and ends when the song ends from time stamp too. Each Stem downloaded under the Tempo-Locked attribute above should be following that route. Wav though is the only function to have it, MP3 is locked out from that. Actually all songs' stems should be tempo-locked, there's no reason to cut at the silent parts, as it's a hassle to get them aligned again after re-importing them to audio edit...

Sry, that's the only thing I can contribute to it so far. I don't work with the mentioned programs, so everything beyond would be guesswork. : )

That could be a stem-generation issue. It's always a roll of dice if a stem generation contains truly all the right instruments as listed. Only thing you can do is do more rolls on stem extractions and hope to get a line with the drums all included.

You clearly are on a deeper technical level on audio analyzing with those investigations I can say. All I can claim from audio recognition on my own is that I too had the impression that it's slightly different on extracted stems in total when re-merging them Suno-external. I though blamed it mostly to the fact that each stem's not being mastered for the whole composition that way and thus needs manual adjustment in sounding, volume and kinda general fine-tuning.

Suno doesn’t reliably stack features. If I remix or cover something and then add a vocalist persona, parts of the remix/cover character can disappear. Same the other way around: if I generate with a persona and then edit/remaster/extend, the persona can get stripped. It’s like each step re-renders the track and can drop either the remix link or the persona identity, so you don’t always get ‘remix + persona + edits’ all at once

I had an awesome workaround, but it only worked for a few days. Segway to my suggestion incoming (which is to bring that back)

---Bring back adding multiple songs at the same time using "cover"---

(Not the same as "mashup", it works INSANELY well for remastering and keeping the ENTIRE composition in tact. It only worked this way for a few days)

I have a long workflow that involves piecing a song together in studio, then re-running using cover, and doing this multiple times to get cool, specific compositions. Re-running helps multiple takes blend-soundwise so they don't sound like they're obviously multiple takes.

Still at the end of all that, I can end up with a mix that is OK, but not great. Stem separation usually leads to degradation that can make things worse, etc. "Remaster" feature does not make the mix pop. Re-covering is the best solution, but even with sliders cranked to retain as much of the original, it still easily loses composition halfway through.

For a few days, when you clicked "cover", it would add an additional instance to the cover box. Not necessarily a mashup.

I was getting amazing results re-running my studio compositions with two instances of the same song in the cover box. It was keeping the whole composition perfectly in tact most of the time and sometimes spitting out amazing mixes of the same song.

Bring that back. The "add instrumental" alone is NOT doing the trick. Two instances of the same song as a cover, or one instance as a cover, and one as "change instrumentation" was super-powerful.

Basically, please just roll back whatever update you made in the middle of the day today.

And what's even better is it would also listen to your prompt, so you could also remaster something into completely different instrumentation without hurting the composition. Please for the love of god bring it back. I had a whole album I was planning on remastering like this.

Make a video that is the length of the song or clip, (check restrictions on file size and length, they will show up when you try to upload something) then add it to the song and select if you want to sync the song to the Suno audio or the internal audio of the video you're uploading.

Fun fact, when you make an animated cover you are making a hook by default untless you turn it off, it's just a very short clip.

Results with sliders can really vary. They are intended to do as labelled (so, high style influence will influence the style strongly) but there can be side-effects. If the audio quality is poor the first thing I would do is go to the defaults, and try to find somewhere between that and what you are aiming for (so, strong style adherence I wouldn't necessarily go right to 100% but I would find somewhere between 50% and that with a good balance of style and audio quality.)

I would try a Firefox variant and see if it renders properly. I use both Chrome and Waterfox (a Firefox fork) and I only have Chrome for Suno. When there are issues I switch to Waterfox. The waveforms show up in Waterfox.

You can do with that information what you will.

I'm just happy someone else is reporting this because as I said it shows this is a Chrome issue and not related to my operating system.

so, the reason why the editing of lyrics is broken. it's because of typing too fast, this not only occurs on my phone but it also occurs on my PC. I no longer use the lyrics section for anything other than pasting what i've wrote in notepad because it's so broken. As soon as you edit from anywhere in the song, the cursor immediately jumps to the end of your lyrics, and it keeps doing it no matter where you place it. I'm not sure if this problem occurs for everyone, but it's very frustrating for me and some other people it happens to. Please fix it, it's probs not even hard to fix.

I wanted to let you know that I just cancelled my Pro subscription today. I’ve been a big fan, but lately I’ve been running into so many issues that I’m honestly feeling pretty sad and worn out.

It sometimes feels like new features are being released before they’re fully tested, and we end up being the testers. I know that’s probably not the intention, but with the price of Pro it stings a bit—back in the old days companies actually paid people for beta testing!

Right now I’m struggling with:

• Songs not generating at all
• Pictures not rendering
• The AI ignoring instructions and sometimes even the lyrics
• Songs coming out way too long (7 minutes when I asked for 3)
• Two songs mashed into one
• Completely empty “ghost” tracks
• Weird 45-second stretched endings
• My personas not working the way they used to

I’ve burned through about 4,000 credits and barely have anything to show for it. I still have 6k left, but I’m just too tired and disappointed to keep going right now.

I really hope you can figure these things out soon. I’ll be watching the updates and bug-fix reports, and as soon as things feel solid again I’d love to come back. You guys have created something really special, and I’m rooting for you.

These are straight instrumental tracks. Not mashups or covers even though i also tried to take an incomplete short track and cover that in the hopes it ould generate something longer. Ive given up on vocals because of the broken personas and chorus lift which is way too much. Ive been generating longer electronic instrumentals for months. When I started this round, I was getting 3-5-minute tracks or the 7:59 bug. It suddenly dropped to 2 minutes. And now it's 30 seconds to 1 minute, and it just cut off abruptly. I've found Chrome's memory tends to get funky after longer generating sessions without restarting it, so I thought that might be the issue. I got longer length tracks again after the initial reboot but it went back to these incomplete intros to tracks. I hadnt thought about a new workspace but thats never been an issue before. I ll try the prompt and see if it resets back to what i was getting initially.

Thats s new one on me for correcting issues in Suno. I'm not getting any drums, but I am getting minimal percussion, which is instead of added full drum tracks which is ok. slow kicks every 4-8 measures. occasional glitchy percussion (the good kind, not buggy kind)

Good to hear! I do think - but take this with a grain of salt - that the "upvote" and "downvote" of results in a workspace can affect the results if running the same prompt over and over. I've noticed several times that I get excellent creations on first attempts. And when running covers I also notice lyrics getting much better if covered using the same lyrics as the original using the default parameters (50/50/25).

And it looks like i spoke too soon. The first gens were perfect. The second ones are not so much. Same settings, and I generated two incomplete 32-second tracks. lol. I changed the settings next, and they were longer, but again 58 seconds and 1:09, which aren't the actual song length.

Like/dislike doesn't have a direct effect - just indicates to us which results are good/bad.

Yesterday I tried the prompt you're using @echo marsh and got similar results. Try changing the prompt, rewording or rearranging it, remove the square brackets from the style box, avoid putting "no" in there (exclude styles is for what you don't want, this could be contradicting something you excluded by being there.) Drop into #📚┃suno-school to see if other users have some other ideas.

Some prompts just give weird results and if you consistently get problems with the same prompt, it's a good idea to change it up.

I'll give it a try with some more direction in the lyrics and see what happens. This is still a workaround, though, for something that I used to get good results with. We shouldnt have to come up with workarounds. it should work.

I think you might get better results using Suno Studio, tbh (which is one of their ways to solve the endless cases of user specific problems).

I was able to upload a 500x500 square through the iOS app once I turned my Wifi off and used the cellular network for the upload. It seems to be a network path issue DNS. I tried on two separate computers/browsers/incognito, but no luck. You can look into flushing DNS online or other common culprits like IPv6 routing weirdness. Try the app if you can on the cellular network.

I tried Suno Studio, and it's too early in its development for me. I use Ableton and have been producing tracks for 40 years. lol. I found Studio wasnt getting me the results i wanted in terms of just isolated tracks. i was hoping it would be a way to generate pure vocals since i was wasting so many credits trying to wrangle the chorus lift. But instead, I would get vocals wth other instruments that I would then have to turn into splits. using splits always just adds artifacts to the track. I'll probably come back later in its development, but it would be nice if they fixed what they broke last month. It's been a month of problems. I tested your lyrics fix, and unfortunately, I im still getting the same super short results. I think it's time to stop wasting credits and time for now and hope it's resolved tomorrow.

tried that. tried many different values on the slideres and variations; tried the adjust the timestamp for starting the extend; tried legacy persona and new persona and no persona. All give me buggy results. It's happening with every genre that I try. The extensions are going hard and heavy with static, vocal fry, and either ignoring my instructions and lyrics, or skipping to random parts, repeating other parts, or even using mystery lyrics that are not mine at all. I tried extending it through studio and editor. nothing is working the way it should.

@sand depot I have a bug currently on edge where I was scrolling down on my created songs and I see about 6 or more songs that I created previously and liked just trying to refresh or something indefinitely?

it makes it so I have no access to those songs anymore. Very frustrating.

Opening and closing the browser actually made more songs do the same thing and also when I click on the thumbs up on new songs they flag as liked but they don't put the thumbs up white. It looks like some severe server lag or desync.

Hi! I’m having an issue downloading the stems of a track I created.

When I click Extrac, it just keeps loading and the WAV Tempo-Locked option never shows up. The stems appear in my Library but I’m only able to download the regular WAV version.

Is there a way to enable the WAV Tempo-Locked download again, or is this a known issue? Is there anything I can try to fix it?

I noticed that .wav downloads can be significantly different in quality (worse) than the .mp3/streamed song, with a generally muted waveform profile, dropout of the highs and signal in general. Not glitchy like a compression artifact, but more like you applied a white noise filter and then reduced the gain. It happens on 6/11 recent downloaded finished songs. I checked reddit, and at least one other user reported the same problem a few days ago.

hello, am i the only one to experience a weird and sudden change of quality in the legacy replacement editor? like, i generate my clip, it starts good then sudenly at 6 seconds or so, it suddenly changes like there was another clip. also, i cannot access the previews anymore, have to go back to my create/library page to listen to them.

The app has been unstable enough that I haven't been able to use it for real production work. I have contacted support multiple times and was told that credits would be protected because of the bugs. The month rolled over. Credits gone anyway.

Others here have said the same thing happened to them. Some are talking about leaving. That’s what happens when a paid tool isn’t useful or reliable.

I still have around 1400 credits left. I’m not going to burn them on broken generations just to avoid losing them again. Most of what I've been doing lately is testing whether anything has been fixed, because there hasn’t been any clear communication about what’s actually happening and what's been resolved.

This affects professional credibility. I use this for real work. If the platform is unpredictable and credits disappear despite assurances, it’s impossible to plan around.

So what is the situation?

Yep, my persona songs are producing garbage outputs in 7/8 iterations. Some verses are straight omitted whereas some random verses are repeatedly sung endlessly. Every 2nd iteration is 8 min long like great lol. Not able to add any interludes then all iterations are hitting 8 min. The same song with the same lyrics are produced wonderfully without persona, or in 4.5+. V5 persona outputs are messed up.

Heavy Style and near 0 weirdness, has Suno lock in on your prompts.. but even then, I think the best I got is 80% perfect. Non binary lyrics can save you if you want it to land close (still guy and girl,s singing but... no matter what part they sing, it lands)

Now one person did a mashup of a guy and girl song, and it worked a little better. But i dont want to suggest anything on blowing credits

Hello, I’m not able to find how to download my song video that has the looping video, the lyrics, and the music all in one.

Here’s an example of what I’m trying to download. This is available as a “clip” on iOS.

When I try to download the full song on iOS or the web, and I download “Video”, it has the song and lyrics, but only a still image, not the looping video.

I thought there used to be an option for this - is this a bug or am I just missing something?

Mashup of lyrics and music produced 1 good variation while the other was cut off abruptly before the last verse finished. It also replaced the male voice with a female voice, which I didn't ask for. Also noticed in most creations, the recording levels are too high and borderline distorted.

if you are using a persona, are you still defining vocal elements in your sound prompt? Because if you have vocal elements in your sound prompt then it is going to alter your persona to adhere to your sound prompt,, just a thought debugging isn't easy even when it comes to your own prompt engineering...

The main issues I’m encountering:

Instruction Overlap: The AI no longer strictly follows selected instrumentation. When I request a specific 'Synth' track, I often receive a mix of other elements.

Lack of Isolation: Specifically, when I try to generate 'Drums only' to build a foundation, the output is frequently cluttered with unwanted background noise or additional instruments. This makes it nearly impossible to layer tracks or mix them properly.

Creative Restriction: The current 'unpredictability' feels like a step back for those of us who want full creative freedom rather than randomized results.

Feature Request:

To truly elevate the Studio experience, a Piano Roll or a Multi-track MIDI/Stem editor would be a game-changer. Being able to generate and manipulate individual sounds/notes separately would provide the precision needed for high-quality music production.

Please look into the generation logic to ensure that 'Clean/Isolated' prompts are respected. I love the potential of Suno, but we need more control to turn AI generations into professional-grade tracks.

1. Typing anything in the lyrics box immediately skips to the end of the text, making it impossible to type or edit anything. You cannot type lyrics. This is a VERY EASY but very important bug they need to fix -- it would take two seconds.

2. Personas playing forever in studio: This has actually been fixed.
   So there is proof that they are working on fixing some things 🙂

They need to just Fork and branch versions of suno. letting people keep the version that worked for them the best or try out any version.. let the community help you fix bugs and update the UI.

If they allowed community forks, community patching of bugs, creation of new features, forking and cloning different variations of suno, old and new... man.

Guys at Suno, explain what the problem is?? After I logged in to the Suno website, a window appeared asking me to enter my date of birth. I clearly remember entering my actual birth year, which is 1986, but for some reason the system ended up showing 2016 and simply blocked my account! Hello! I started receiving emails about some kind of refunds (for subscriptions purchased through the end of 2025), and they’re supposedly going to a card that has been invalid for a long time. And what’s more — right now I have an annual Premier subscription. But my account was just blocked.

I went looking online and in the last half hour I found several more complaints just like mine. Suno, explain what this is??? If it’s a bug, fix it. You’re a serious company, but as soon as bugs start happening, you go silent and disappear.

Personas don’t sound like they used to. What was once a vocal I could rely on when v5 personas were released now do not sound the same. They sound like an approximation. More homogenised versions.

It's probably not as stupid as it seems. generative iterative drift is a real thing and I imagine they've tested how many reiterations can be done before it becomes degraded.. there's "artifacts" from generation that accumulate over time , its a more acute version of model kuru/model collapse. from using gen N outputs to train gen N+1 models, cos of that same iterative drift accumulating. It's like if you use an image from let's say flux 2 klein, and then you have f2k edit the image, and then edit that output, do it about 10-20 times you start seeing weird flow patterns from the noise accumulation as drift. That said Suno (as a heuristics engine checking a song's lineage) may not be too 'smart' and it probably detected your track as having too many derivative generations / branch depth / remix lineage / model history score multipliers or additives... I don't actually know how it works... labels can be wrong and it may not be per se saying that you used it in mashups too much, but perhaps that for the purpose of mashups the model version / remix / covers / certain types of edits have been done too much for mashup to favorably work. since it's mixing two songs somehow (I've not actually tried it out ) i suspect there may also be issue with how it puts the two songs together that accumulated errors that human's can recognize or hear, may send the mashup model off the rails resulting in a very high chance of the song being a mess.

Now, if that song is a first generation song that hasn't been through any reruns of any sort (cover / add vocals / maybe even studio reedits...or legacy editor etc) then it is probably definitely a bug.

Second, I was getting generation failed errors on new song gens, that still DID generate the song, so that misfire of the error message also, may have set the mashup api into a spin and incorrectly gave the error... all of this is just speculation and plausibles, without knowing any details.

I’m experiencing an issue with stems export.

When I try to export stems, the process does not complete and the stems are not generated or downloaded. However, the credits are still being deducted from my balance each time I attempt the export.
I have already spent 200 credits. Remaster is not working for me, and the stems are not exporting, but the credits are still being deducted.
This has happened multiple times, and I’ve lost credits without receiving the stems. I’ve tried refreshing the page and repeating the process, but the issue persists.

Could you please look into this problem and either:

Hey, so the Replace function doesn't work for me in Studio at all. No matter if I use a large context window or not. I've tried all sorts of settings and tested it in different parts of songs, calm sections and more layered ones. With Style and without, single words or short lines… not a single Replace turned out well, sometimes it even sounds like a completely different song, and that's after more than 30 attempts across different songs.

Strangely, it seems to work just fine for at least a couple of other Studio users I know. I'm wondering if this might be a bug or a setting issue on my side. What can I do about this?

Those sliders have a tendency to produce unpredictable results -- even if they appear to work "sometimes". I stopped using them and virtually never have the kind of errors users post here on an endless basis. Use them, expect such issues.

Especially when you slide them to the point of going red...

I will try running the create again with the sliders in the middle (neutral position). I do know the result get very weird if you slide into the red but 15 and 85 are the border of NOT being in the red. We shall see how it does with the neutral setting...

Remaster also makes weird things. Makes song sound worse than original. Words in some parts are wrong and melodies waving around and everything is messed up. Even subtle makes same. Normal is useless. This is no go situation for many things that worked very nice earlier. Any comments from SUNO team yet about these many bugs that everybody have?

Sometimes when I generate new versions after changing the settings (or even the prompts), that first generation with the changes seems to linger some of the previous render into the current one, so I will hit Create again and sometimes get better results. It's a random generator, so there are times when you can run a few times with your current setting, if something is off, tweak a few more variables (mainly in the prompts...which often means giving it LESS information, trimming away any excessive verbiage).

And thanks for the Phantom of the Paradise nod, my #1 fav flick. Leach is someone I have identified with since my young teens and still to this day. Glad to meet another PotP fan!!

Dear Devs. Version 5 extesions are almost completely busted at this point. Thousands of points spent trying every possible technique to get suno to stop repeating the song from the top on every extension no matter what I change, where I extend from, or how I tag/change prompts/edit lyrics, and the audio consistently degrades into pure chaos no matter where my sliders are. This wasn't a problem before... but it's getting to the point where the extension feature is basically unusable. Please fix... this is way too expensive of a problem that we never had before. Especially considering that any version of generating songs on Suno that uses personas/covers/mashups, and etc walls off mid-song no matter what you do unless you write something small that fits within 3 minutes of time.

You can remove a lot of the hiss in various tracks by downloading the file or stems, and messing with the EQ in a Digital Audio Workspace. I know it doesn't help with the suno problems, but if you have the ability, you can at least polish out things like that in post on your own stuff. The hiss sits in the high end of the EQ spectrum. If you find the stem it's attached to, you can scoop the hiss out of the audio by nerfing the high end of the affected track a little bit.

I hope this helps somehow.

Alternatively, you can use a noise gate instead of the EQ modification, if nerfing the high end frequencies messes with the production on the rest of your track.

I've found a sometimes-fix for this. If you section your prompts into brackets, you can instruct the AI to have a little more diversity in the vocals. For example, when I want my singer to engage in more than one style, I use something like this:

[Dark Female Vocal: Theatrical Cadence, Villainous Presence, Maniacal Laughter, Aggressive and Dominant Speaking Voice, Soft and Creepy Whispering Voice]

Then you can call directly on this prompt in your lyrics using tags like [Female Speaking:] [Female Whispering:] and [Female Singing:], and it should default to the styles you outline in your prompt. It doesn't always work out perfectly, but it does decrease the amount of misfires I get when I'm making my tracks. Hopefully it makes a difference for you too.

The reason I’m asking is that when v5 first appeared, while it was still in beta, the results actually seemed much better and more consistent than they are now. Recently the quality and control feel less reliable compared to those early days of v5.

So I’m wondering whether the model behavior has changed intentionally, or if it is still being adjusted.

I have a question about multi-voice songs. Are there any plans to finally implement proper support for multiple voices in a single composition?

At the moment adding cues like bass male vocals, baritone male vocals, or female vocals before specific lines does not really work. In most cases the model simply ignores them, and whether the intended voice actually sings the indicated line feels like a complete lottery.

Right now the probability that the correct voice sings the intended line seems almost random. Are there plans to implement reliable voice assignment for songs with multiple characters?

SEVERE Issue: Generation, WAV and STEM audio quality now severely degrading over time affecting all outputs. This is confirmed NOT a prompt issue - it occurs even with bare-minimum prompt text.

Nothing we output now from v5 is usable due to the severe, gradual degradation of each track's sound quality. This problem now affects 100% of our Suno v5 output here.

This recent issue has been identified by our team and flagged as serious problem affecting all Suno v5 tracks that we output, as of the last two weeks (roughly), regardless of musical style, and regardless of the use of a persona or a lack of one assigned to a track. This has now been tested extensively in our studio and we cannot establish a workflow or solution to resolve it on the user end. This is clearly a generative issue.

Further, this issue is easily confirmed visually when examining the output WAV and STEM waveforms - the tracks no longer ramp up slightly to the end, common to Suno v5 output, the waveforms instead gradually wither and taper into trebly mush.

Over the time of the track, we are seeing what looks and sounds like completely crushing over-compression and chopping of the low and high-end, resulting in unusable tracks 100% of the time. By the time you reach the end of each track, all instruments are completely ruined and unusable with no method of repair post-production possible.

This was not an issue until February 2026 - it did not affect earlier outputs - of which we had hundreds.

Do you have an ETA on when someone might look at this? It's completely blocking production.

There are 2 things that are really annoying right now.
First off, if I am browsing from my 'Library', which shows my entire songlist from ALL workspaces, I believe. If I click on 'Create' from the left menu, my songlist on the right side now changes to one of my workspaces, no longer showing my entire songlist AND also clearing the screen of what I was browsing/viewing. It would be nice if my songlist on the rightside stayed the same as it was before clicking on 'Create'

And 2nd. From my 'Create' screen, WHY does my 'Save to' location keep CHANGING ON IT'S OWN NOW??! We used to be able to set it to ONE location and that was that, the songs were saved there. NOW the location changes on it's own. I notice it happens for sure when selecting to 'cover' a song/sample from one of my workspaces. Workspaces used to help me organize my songs, now they seem to just make more of a mess.

I'm currently getting buggy extracted stems (for a mashup I generated a few days ago). Some stems drop in volume for several seconds. I've tried four generations and they all have the same issue. I've never had problems extracting stems before, and I've done it 100+ times. The downloaded song is fine.

The vocals sound extremely thin, sharp – I have provided specific descriptions of the problems occurring, contacted support, posted reports on the web, also marked individual songs as bugs and described what is incorrect – for me, there is only one solution, which is not to generate songs with vocals, they destroy the song – the vocal engine is definitely not stable and shows many problems.

Hey guys! I have built a prompt for deep house covers that worked like a charm for the past months.. until this morning. All i'm getting right now is a very generic "eletronic pop" songs with the same damn ugly beat. My friend also related that everything he generated today was completely garbage.

I tried changing prompts, tweaking sliders, reuploading reference... the only thing that made slight difference was putting one of the good songs as a persona, but still not good. Lost a good amount of credits testing this thing..

This is on the "New" version of the Personas, when I extend, 2 things are happening... 1. the quality is very distorted and 2. while I do appreciate the memory that it has... it doesn't continue with the newer lyrics, it would repeat THE WHOLE SONG!!!! from the beginning and ignores the new lyrics.

The "Legacy" is better in terms of reading and not over-repeating... repeats when necessary.

Audio degradation over time has been going on since Day 1 of Suno idk where you have been lol Sometimes you could get lucky and it would do it less but still always has done this. The hell of complete bass boosting towards the middle/end with V3.5, The insane treble boosting after 30 seconds in V4. V4.5 and (+) was the most stable but still lost quality over time. Now the insane treble boosting is back in V5. Cropping and remastering the second half of the song in parts was the fix but now remasters are bugged too with it not knowing the lyrics.

Anyone know what happened to Studio? I used to be able to give it say just drums as context and choose drums as the instrument and it would.. go figure make drums. now it is writing full songs and ignoring the instrument selection all together. This wored as expected 3 weeks ago, every single time for every type of instrument track, but now rather than create just the instrument based on only that instruments context (Meaning the only context given was a raw drum track) it just create whole songs. I truly hope this is a bug and not a feature now.

I just made a v5 song and I've got the strange volume drop issue, both in the main file and in the stems. At pretty much exactly 30s into the song the volume drops exactly 3db from what I can determine looking at it in my audio editor. I worked around it for now by making a separate clip from the first 30s of the file, dropping that by 3db, merging it back in, then raising the whole volume by 3db. there's a tiny, tiny glitch in volume at 30s but if you weren't specifically listening for it you wouldn't notice. Regardless, this is a PITA that shouldn't be happening; there's the normal audio glitches (a brief half second noise spike at the start of the file, or the end; this always seems to happen and is easily trimmed out)

Web bug if a song is edited w/ a blank style field in the song details text box, the resultant saved edited song now is now missing the field for style to be inputted or viewed from the song details, and thus its assignment to style lists pulls from the style prompt entry for hyperlinks to the /style/* list assignment being somewhat nonsensical....which is a side effect...Didn't try to reproduce, I assume it will be easily repeatable.

The suno 7:59 bug has been a longstanding problem for over a month, and we've only gotten silence from the devs on the issue and on where they are in fixing it. There is currently a host of problems that just waste your credits. I've temporarily stopped using SUNO, but I im also tired of losing all my credits for not using the tools. damned if you do and damned if you dont. I have an annual sub which makes it worse. I can't just turn it off until they fix things.

Stem extraction seems to be working again. First one I tried never showed the extracted stems after waiting 1/2 hour so I hit "X" to exit out of it and seen that it actually saved only 1 version of the stems in the folder, not 2 like it usually does. Hello, the song editor has stopped working properly - it does not display the text in sections correctly, and it is impossible to edit songs. This problem did not exist before. Please check what happened to the editor.

So I’m trying to create a song with lyrics that have 4141 characters out of the 5000 it gives you, which I never thought there would be a limit when it came lyrics. But anyways, it keeps cutting my lyrics/song in half and it should be around 6 to 7 minutes, but it keeps making something anywhere between five minutes and lower.

Also in song editor, when trying to replace a certain section of the song, it starts singing instructions that I have in brackets that normally it never sings anything in brackets, and it’s super frustrating, especially when my entire song only has a male voice and starts adding female. And starts cutting out things that you replaced in the section box, etc.

I’m on a laptop and using chrome browser.

I am reading all these posts about Suno being down, so I got to Suno to see if it's true. It's not down.

Also, every several days, people post the exact same issues, never declaring what settings they have on a given generation (ie, sliders, prompts, exludes, etc.) when those are likely the problems with your generations. This is a neverending cycle in this forum.
