Contact support usually takes about 48 hours for replies during week days. Maybe try logging out then back in and see if it’ll let you create after that. Suno receives lots of emails daily so it’ll be a while until they get to your message.

Hey guys, I have a very weird bug here where a song generated twice in the same generation, cutting off the first version and starting again after about 2:27 - but now I can't get to the first version, which is the one I want. Whenever I try to work on it with replace section or whatever, it only gives me the second version from that double song.

Are there any plans to fix this issue? Even old pre-Elon Twitter under Jack Dorsey's watch had a 240-char limit. I understand putting a character limit, because you can't have people writing like a 1,000-page essay on what they want the song to be about. That makes perfect sense. I get that. Just, ....... 200 characters? At 200 chars, this is basically, "Write a song please". I'd like to able to write:

a robot woman named Kirstie. She loves life, her friends, and her human boyfriend. Her human takes her to a concert on the beach. At first, their car breaks down and they get stuck, but they fix their car, make it to the beach on time, and are able to enjoy the concert. Kirstie loves all of it.

Not a long prompt, I don't think. According to a word-counting web tool, that's 295 characters. Again, I understand imposing the charactel limit, because if people are able to write like 10,000 chars, it would slow down the entire server infrastructure and stall everybody's activities. Still, there's no possibility to allow up to like 300 - 500 chars? Seriously?

I can remaster or cover the thing, at least, but it doesn't quite hit the same way as that version - that's the one I want. Once I have it then I just need to tack an ending on and fix a couple of things in the middle of the track, but right now I'm kind of stuck

Try turning your VPN off that’s usually one of the causes for that from what I remember. One of the mods have a form you can click on and it’ll help in case your account got flagged when the “fake app” watermark appears like that.

Also all current clips you were working with are now relegated elsewhere probably the library also impeding workflow also all lyrics and settings are lost FOUND PROBLEM it is dumping you back in MY Workspace when returning to song workspace pins are still there but lyrics and song settings are gone

@small shell BUG EDIT ALIGN: The Edit Align Tool doesn not update lyrics corretly. It doesnt matter what you do they will not take as they are told to. The Align tool scrambles metatags and chops lyrics or just drops or repeats them,. It will not put as you ask even if you reduce the amount of lyrics drastically. There fore youa re forced to click done or not use it all so the lyics going into repalce are completely wrong causeing wasted generations. You can correct this in the intermediary window where it says new lyrics but it is not clear this is an editable window not is it intuitive. Fixing the lyrics in the intermediary window is only yeilding a % of clips that may be useable but they will require further work in most cases. Credit loss with corrective action is over 50%^

Starting 8-10 hours ago I can’t Remaster songs. It produces something between 6 sec and 2 min, that seem more like extensions, sometimes wholly new prompts. The same with cover, it doesn’t cover at all but runs a new prompt - both in very poor quality; like v2 or something.

It happened during work in the new editor. Began with all the replacement clips being very low volume. Don’t know if that is connected.

Up until then recently the quality output have been extremely good.

Hello Suno Team. I'm starting to get very annoyed. This month only mistakes happen when creating songs. Sound quality and lyrics are mostly a disaster. It was much better before. Not perfect but better. I've almost lost all my credits for this month because only mistakes happen. I've already written to support several times. Nothing happens. I would like compensation please. Please give me back the used credits for this month. This can't be true. They refer you to Discord instead of taking care of the customer. I am a professional musician and have also completed a Suno course. It's not my fault. It's not because of my actions. Suno itself is the problem. So I ask you to accommodate me because I have already paid for the Pro plan for the whole year. I'm actually considering leaving Suno at the end of the period and moving elsewhere if I'm going to be left out in the cold. Please finally do something. Thank you very much.

also, when visiting someone who you are following, show the songs that you have liked first, maybe or have a liked filter. i just traversed 8 different profiles (except inspirationalmuse which got tired of after 3hours of scrolling) looking for the song i am looking for that i both liked and commented on (and couldnt find it yet still) because history is not working so tried to work around it. (history didnt work last friday either)

also fwiw i noticed that an auth request or cookie unset or something happens when changing to following/followed/history - so if the main profile hasnt finished loading (if its laggy or slow connection or whatever) then it says 'you arent following anyone' then as soon as it finishes loading ur profile pic and u see your credits pop up, afterwards then they load.

also a way to download your data (i think that may even be legally required in some jurisdictions), or at least see your own previous comments somewhere so you can delete them (or find the song you are looking for, if that is easier to fix than history 😉). also, if it is easier to have pagination on history and followers/following like the library to reduce load, from thousands of users or bots scrolling, i would be super happy with that!

I want to share the replacement misery I'm facing, eventually a usable replacement will come but most of them are gibberish or random other parts of the song and rarely the text I've typed.

And yes, it's not able to align the lyrics.

I think I've found the main problem with "replace mode" ; the "select" box dynamically changes as you start editing the text to insert the replacement text. So lets say you select a line and that line is 15 seconds long, and your replacement text is only 10 seconds long... what you end up with is your NEW 10 seconds of text rendered, but because it reduced the size of your original selection from 15 seconds to 10 seconds, you end up with the extra 5 seconds of your ORIGINAL lyrics and the associated music... what it needs to do it "lock" your selection when you start editing and then truely "replace" that locked selection with the replacement.

When using v4 the sound starts pretty good for the first 2-3 minutes, but then it loses a lot of quality of sound most of the times. When using Extend the new produced parts quality are always worse than the previous part... And sometimes with rock it puts metallic noises in the middle breaking the song.

EDIT BUG/FEATURE? Right now I see no way to correct lyrics interepreted wrong by the AI and reflected in the associative screens except for when you generate a clip. Please give us a way to go back and fix the errors in the lyrics for each section or the wont as a whole WITHOUT regenerating a section clip and instead update each section then wrote the sync'd song out. I thought Edit -> align lyrics is supposed to do thsi but I cannot get it to work so if that is the intent is clearly bugged. If not then please add this feature so we can get the AI and our lyrics clearly fixed and written out so we can comeback in tot he editor with everything as it should be.

Edit Song Details and Edit-Align does not work at all. The only way to get the lyrics fixed and only the current section is to use replace the second intermediary screen right before clips are generated to fix that immediate section. Unfortunately all teh song before it has screwed up stuff because Edit Replace and Align does not work at all

I gave up doing that. Instead create a persona of your song and regenerate the entire song. Once you find the stanza that's good with the wrong pronunciation replace entire stanza and patch it up. Then you can use replace to patch the break between stanza instead of wrong words.

Yep, extending the songs still have issues. I wasted almost 1000 credits to fix 2 songs but the results wasn't that good and a lot of songs have been deleted... I guess Suno should have some sort of variation slide or something to adjust how different the extend (or even the remaster) will be from the original. I have the Pro plan and the 2.500 credits ended up really fast after many tries (with just some few good songs)

I have a major issue with Suno, and I have also sent you an email about it.

I have spent a significant number of credits to generate music, but I have noticed a recurring problem in the output. The songs seem to have a growing hissing sound, especially after the 1:30 mark. It feels like a constant reverb or some kind of background noise that becomes quite distracting.

Could you please check if there is a technical issue affecting the generation process? I would really appreciate any guidance or a possible fix for this problem.

Report it directly to Suno. I see now that more are experiencing the same bug. Opening a new account isn't really an option for me, so I hope Suno can fix this. I'm confident that the problem is that it's choosing the wrong models to the generating. Remaster is Extend, and Cover is just a new prompt.

It's known that it's not always going to work. It's a real challenge writing duet or more than one singer... I'd say just keep trying, eventually it'd get it right or it might not at all...
I had some success in the past but keep in mind that it's never a guarantee...
Btw, I use [Verse 1 - Male].. [Verse 2 - Female] ... but I think yours might work too...

Not all workspaces are showing up.

I could have sworn I had a workspace called "Locked Away", but it was not showing up in my list of workspaces. I then found a song I thought was in that workspace and extended it and it opened up the "Locked Away" workspace.

There is a similar issue with playlists - not all my playlists are listed.

@small shell REPLACE UPDATE: It appears that Align Lyrics is now working and updating to the lyrics as entered in the Lyrics window on the right panel of the EDIT Panel. These are now carrying over into the Replace Tool. However, **The Kareoke feature is now not working properly **and is not bouncing on the words correctly even thought hey are being sung accurately with regard to words being correct and match the lyric sheet. A further issue is some of the metatags are not being recorded and displayed correctly in both teh EDIT and replace. It is chopping and rearranging them in some cases. Both of these are minor issues and seem to not be greatly effecting things but should be corrected so it is working properly. Thanks so much for getting this taken care of guys!

The filter is there simply to cover Suno's rear end. You can legally make a song using another songwriter's lyrics and melody, it's called a cover song. The difference being that to release a cover you must purchase a license. If you do not purchase a license, then you are violating the copyright. There are standard rates for cover song licenses so there is no question you can make them.

Suno is deciding that it is better to keep people from making cover songs because they think they could be held culpable for helping make an unlicensed cover. However this would be like suing Gibson guitar because a real band made an unlicensed cover using it. It is the responsibility of the recording and releasing party to have a license for a cover song. The manufacturers of the means by which the song is made are normally not found to be culpable if a cover is not licensed.

Suno's Terms of Service doesn't allow it.
The filter helps to ensure users do not break the Terms of Service.

If you search for "error 403" (top right of this Discord) others have had this issue: concensus seems to be ' this is likely to be an issue affecting your account(s) specifically. Contact [e-mail] and they should be able to resolve this. ' - From Reddit, one suggestion is to remove any unusual characters from any song you might be trying to create, that Suno could be having trouble trying to comprehend.

Using lyrics that you don't own the rights to is against Suno's Terms of Service (you would have agreed to not do this at some point before inputting lyrics.) If the service detects that you are using someone else's lyrics, it will attempt to enforce the ToS by refusing to generate the song.

First generation of my song video completely messed up the lyrics.
So I re-edited the displayed lyrics, refreshed browser couple of times, cleared cache and so on, let the video re-render and still completely broken display of the lyrics (some sections like the intro dont show at all, others even get merged like Verse > Bridge).

Tried to re-render the video for the past hour or something to no avail. It's like the video renderer just doesnt get an update at all.

I have taken another look at this. When I maximise my browser on a screen that is displaying at anything over 1600 x 900px (regardless of the scale setting) I can only see 25 playlists. However, when I decrease the screen dimensions to below 1600 x 900px I can see all 65 playlists. Now, that is a BUG, but not neccessarily one that needs fixing. To view all of my playlists at the bigger display setting I use (2560 x 1440) I can always minimise the browser. ( Chrome Gener8 Version 134.0.6998.45 (Official Build) (64-bit) / clerk_api_version=2024-10-01&_clerk_js_version=5.55.1

Check this: if you don't have your browser at maximum pixels (i.e you minimise it a bit) does it go away?

We're seeing a seerious decline in quality since the beginning of March. @red olive described it aptly as 'tunnel reverb' which describes well what I am hearing in my metal tracks. I have tried to generate A LOT trying to figure out what's going on and they all have this artifact, spanning the entirety of the song making it even unbearable to just listen an entire track. It usually starts off without the artifact for the first 30 seconds or something but progressively gets worse. The 20th of February I didn't really notice this yet.

I have 50 or more examples if you want, I flagged some of them as bad quality but can share the mp3 exports as well if you want. At this point Suno is completely useless to me so I have cancelled my subscription for now hoping for a fix ...

For me it only happens in metal tracks (where a lot is happening), another user reports itt in EDM/rap/trap/ballads... tracks as well

Since the beginning of March, I've noticed a significant decline in the quality of songs generated by the Suno AI, despite testing with 3,000 credits. Each song consistently starts to degrade around the 1:45 to 2-minute mark, becoming fuzzy, muddy, and coarse. It appears that the AI struggles to manage sound levels and EQ, leading to a loss of synchronization between vocals and instrumentals. Attempts by the AI to adjust seem to exacerbate the issue, particularly affecting the vocals which begin to sound robotic and strained, as if suffering from a sore throat. Prior to March, the outputs were consistently smooth, but this sudden drop in quality has been evident in every song since, making it feel like I'm wasting credits. I suspect there may have been a change in the AI algorithm on Suno's side, as the decline was abrupt and uniform across all outputs. I've been a heavy user since last year, and this issue was not present in previous month. Right now my workflow is unusable , the major of my outputs creation are affected by this.

Same experience here. No point even trying to create any new metal/heavier tracks, regardless of prompts, until this gets sorted. Similar to you, I hadn't experience this at all until around the beginning of March, and while it was only a few at first, it's now every single generation. Nothing within the platform can remove it/avoid it, it seems, and taking it out to Ableton or wherever to mix and master it is just a waste of time, unfortunately.

Hello. I am looking for some advice on troubleshooting an account-login problem. When I try to log in, the page simply reloads with a similar login splash that reads 'Use another method'. I am using a Microsoft account and have never connected any other services or phone number, so the Microsoft account is my only access.

I've tried to reach out to [e-mail], but get a response from their mail server that the email was rejected due to it being marked as 'invalid' by the mail server. I then used a separate email to contact support asking them to investigate the login account. This email seems to have gone through as I get the auto-response that it has been received, however after several weeks of waiting and multiple attempts, I have not gotten any response from the Suno team.

Does anyone have experience with how long it takes for [e-mail] to respond to these issues?
I never received any emails regarding my account's status or if there is a reason why it has been blocked or terminated, but fear that something has incorrectly flagged my account as illegitimate.
I have never uploaded any sample that was not one of my own creation, I have never used lyrics from another artist, and I have never made public any content that I have generated, as I mostly use the service as a means to test and further develop my own ideas privately. I do have a few tracks that contain swear words, but as I have never made anything public, cannot see why this would result in an account termination (if that's even what the issue is)

When you click "Get Whole Song" it can happen that the resulting song has in Edit no lyrics anymore and the song structure is fully gone too. Using the old Extend function still works, but since we have only the new replace section editor left, it is now broken when this happens 😕

and I also cant just write new lyrics into it and hoping it works for this section, it would end up in an instrumental

No matter whether you select instrumental or not it tries to stuff lyrics in there the differnce being if you choose instrumental it will stuff gibberish in there instead of your song lyrics

@small shell FADE BUG -- Not sure if this si a bug or an oversight. I cannot generate a whole clip from a fade. If want a full song after finishing my song with a fade it just creates the fade clip. yes it is the full song but it doesnt say taht it says fade. There is no way to get whole song from create menu. The only way to get a full song is to either further manipulate or remaster (assuming it will)

@small shell REMASTER BUG - Remaster seems to not want to remaster longer songs and generate a viable clip. Went through quite a few trying to do this earlier int he song when I was having issues, It refused to replicate the song as it was without introducing errors in music overal sound quality, vocals, lyrics or pronunciation. SUGGESTION: Please add a scaled to the remaster option which will allow you to fluctuate via a scale to how close you want it to be to the original. Please ensure if selected to be exact the song is copied properly with only audio quality enhancements. This feature woudl be great for replacing song sections also

Hello everyone! I have a question, since about almost 4 weeks ago I've been having issues where Suno cuts songs off to be a very specific length. That length of time changes each day but each day it will only produce songs of that length, even cutting off entire parts or endings to accommodate that time. It started as 3:28, then 3:22, then has been alternating between 3:22-3:21 since. Today it's been limited to 3:18.

It is also doing this thing it did not used to do where at the beginning of the song the sound quality is amazing. But by the end of the song (I typically do metal and emo) the guitars, bass, and drums start sounding metallic and produce a really unpleasant noise instead of the instruments sounds it started with.

When i purchased my subscription it used to do up to 4:00 songs and the sound quality was amazing. Over this last month with random times it seems it MUST stick to and the audio quality dropping to almost unlistenable, something is going on. I've contacted support and gotten no answers. Has anyone else noticed these things? Has anyone found a solution to these things? I would love to know how I can make it act normal again!

Same for me. Even when I remaster an old V3 song, I rarely ever get the full song. It just cuts off after a couple seconds, sometimes after a minute. And the V3 sounds better than the V4. Seems like over the last few weeks the quality of everything keeps getting worse. I miss getting 4 minute songs, now I'm lucky if it ever goes past 2 minutes before cutting off.

The symptoms you describe sound like an account issue (whereas the short songs the user you replied to is experiencing is more likely due to use of cover/persona which create songs closer to 3 minutes in length.)

@errant mirage REPLACE BUG - In Longer Songs and after multiple extends replace does not want to replace a section and match to the beat I have been trying for two days and it simply will not regenerate a section of song in the middle no matter what i do. I struggled to get the previous clip and i finally got lucky after wasting a tin of credits. The next clip just fails refuses to match to a bea. It does nto matter where i cut whether teh clip is 10 secso 15 30 etc it jsut refuses to cooperate. Lyrics align in Edit but not updating properly in the Replace tool after being corrected. Manual or Regular doesnt matter. Keep or Not doesnt matter. Very frustrated because I now I probably have to park another song. Now this song has cost me a couple thousand in AI mistakes now. This is not tenable we should be compensated for this with credit refunds this is two accounts with major issues at a total of about a 75% loss last month on the back of two songs costing 5K. Now after refresh and already a good 1500 into song im already left with only about 6k credits trying to deal with the problems. I love Suno but please make this right.

The transitions are not clean and are not snapping on beat no matter where you move it.

This is not exactly a bug, but an oversight.
I have a track from parts 1, 2, 3. Part 1 I considered unsuccessful and deleted it. A track from 2 and 3 would be great, but the site can't perform the command "get the whole song" because part 1 is no longer there. Why not make it possible to do it purely with 2 and 3 combine?

Hello. The remaster does not improve word pronunciation; in fact, it makes it worse. The cover has the same issue. The first line is mispronounced every time. What can be done to make the cover or remaster correct mispronounced words? Sometimes (50% of the time), it inserts completely unrelated words that do not appear anywhere in the song's lyrics. The cache has been cleared, incorrect files have been downvoted and then deleted… Help!

Applying the track doesnt work and there is no improving the transition. **This is a Massive Problem. ** nearly all replacement clips generated are off beat and or compress the sound at transition making it stand out poorly. PLS fix ASAP this is a huge issue. All beats sound like its skipping doesnt matter where you break the clip. I have used zoom massively doesnt mattter. It was not doing this before.

@small shell EDIT REPLACE BUG: Only 3000 character of lyrics of song accepted resulting in it throwing an error message even though was the lyrics were accepted before but now have been overwritten by the AI. Song will not align. even though the song is only 4330 in total and other areas say 7K char limit. Please fix this stuff and please communicate when it fixes. I love Suno but this is out of hand to the point I may have to shut off my accounts if this doesnt approve until it does. I have tried to be supportive and helpful as Suno is getting withering criticism from all this nonsense. I am getting virtually no response from support and there is virtually zero communication from the Devs and tons of users report the same treatment. This is just eating credits and im getting nowhere and not even a word from Suno on whether all this headache will be reimbursed. It is one bug after another. No one needs more updates at the moment other than to fix and stabilize the product. Repurpose teams to fixing this stuff if they are working on new features. All of these bugs with this new tool and v4 should be handled immediately I did this for a living and this is easily fixable. For the life of me I don't understand how this is being allowed to continue like this. Sorry I cant keep cheerleading this.

I can second @fickle nest in that there seems to be a buildup of bugs lately with core features. Personally, I’ve noticed the quality of extensions has gone down drastically. At a certain point, it makes the song unsalvageable. Additionally, when you listen with a quality speaker or professional set-up, the audio distortions and ‘shimmer’ are noticeable. It isn’t me hearing it but the many people I get feedback from outside of the Suno community. If Suno can't solve these front facing audio issues it will never be taken seriously.

It is clear there has been a push for a ton of new features. While I think a lot of them have value it does feel like there has been some neglect towards the core product. We’d love to see some acknowledgement that there is a strong focus on that versus all the smaller tools, that's all.

I can also verify that there is something seriously wrong with extensions right now and have a clip from a song to show it happening early and way out of line of any kind of quality drop I'd been getting until the start of March. 12 to 20 khz range a de-esser doesnt affect the music, but removes a fair bit of noise already

1.7 khz, 4khz and 8khz an 10khz are also suspicious (higher volume level than all the other frequencies, but would need to check how it is on a real made song if normal or not)
these frequencies are more difficult though because there sits of course also a lot of music

Off in the weeds a bit here. Ideally there should not be a problem with audio quality on an extension no matter the length. We have been dealing with extensions not being compeletly usable for sometime but that doesnt make it ok. It is one thing though to be able to count on at least a verse or a verse and chorus but then after updates do a bunch of generations with many gens being unusable and progress being slow going. For me though the bigger problem is the beat problem and the overall multitude of bugs we are all having to deal with coupled with a serious lack of communication to their customers,. Hopefully they take these latest posts seriously and begin fixing the communication issues and stabilizing V4 before there is serious fallout.

Guys I've noticed that for the past 10 days or so (could be a bit less) on v4, audio quality has audibly declined and it seems also to cut off songs at about 2/3 of the expected length, even when explicitly indicating where the outro/finale section is, which still works wonderfully in v3.5.

I've seen many other posts here with similar experience to mine so I assume this is something that is shared amongst the userbase at this point.

How can i provide further information for this (as I assume this is a bug) ?

I am getting a glitch where Suno is not allowing me to upload a new thumbnail for a song. I keep getting a message to check the image size but there is nothing wrong with the image size or format. They are simple jpg files from the same sources I always use like Meta. I tried both Chrome and Edge. Same results. I had 3 versions of a song ready but since I could not add a thumbnail to the 3rd song I deleted it. I waited a day to see if the bug went away and it did not. The thumbnail is only 202 kb so it is well within the size limit. I tried alternate images, same result. I just sent this to support.

I've been trying to extend a song I created last year using the 3.5 model, but every time I attempt to extend, I run into issues. The create button is greyed out unless I move it over to "cover" and when I am able to create my extension, it says it's a cover song. I was finally able to create an extension without the cover, but there seems to be some sort of issue.

the ReMi modell keeps giving me a lot of verses that are straight up copied from other songs - word for word, not a single modification. Careless Whisper by Wham, Lean on Me by Bill Withers, Dark Horse by Katy Perry, ... training your model on copyrighted material is one thing, outputting copyrighted material is a no-go though.

Two ideas specifically is to find the song I had before I applied a fade and extend for replace into that one in order to not have the entire track get Lower volume When applying a replace. The other idea is to use remaster to see if that does anything to that lower volume issue that I am having.

I am fairly convinced this has something to do with the lyric alignment getting messed up later in the song. I have shelved mine as well until this is resolved unfortunately. 11/28/2024: Upgraded to Premier Plan for black friday sale – Paid $136.
2/13/2025: Ran into major issues with Cover Song and Remaster functions. Despite multiple attempts to get support, I wasn’t getting a resolution. I started worrying that my account was compromised or hacked, so I disputed the $136 charge with my credit card.
2/20/2025: Finally got a response from support saying the issue was fixed. Immediately canceled the dispute with my credit card, assuming everything would go back to normal.
3/6/2025: Logged in to find my account downgraded to the Basic Plan.
3/11/2025: I see that my membership has been rebilled with $136 by my credit card to Suno.

@small shell I’ve put a lot of time and energy into my songs, and I really don’t want to lose access to them. What can we do to fix this? Is there a way to get this reversed? If a payment needs to be made, I’m more than willing to take care of it.

Upload audio is different to add audio. With add audio I can use every file and consider this file for new songs. With upload file I can only use persona for new song and for persona it is not possible to use uploded files (see pic)

The workflow is slightly different. Uploading audio puts a clip in your workspace/library. From there you can "extend" it using the menu. That should give the same results as using "add audio".

On the side panel with the lyrics and stuff, if a Like or Dislike button are pressed there, they continue showing as triggered on all the subsequent songs (this is visual bug only).
Especially noticeable when one listens through the feed or a playlist.

Im playing with the Replace Section tool because there are two words that appear over and over in my song that I very much want to chnge. This is an ongoing issue. I have lobbied for this to be fixed but so far the tool still doesnt work correctly. There was some progress made but it was not enough to make the tool reliably functional . Currently the lyrics do not align properly in a continuous fashion and I think this is what is the root cause of the problems. They fixed the gibberish and the numbers being sung but it is still not allowing the song to be created as desired and it doesnt seem to matter where you replace from. The other problem is it is placing mismatched beats and heavily compressed audio into the transitions. maybe @small shell can give us an update pls. They both recieved invite link from me via Facebook Messenger and used it, I did guide them through first steps and we all enjoyed Suno music after. 1 - 2. Just with Outro
3 - 4. Set "End" tag

I'm an avid v4 disliker, but now i have a song on v4 and nothing works, the replacement feature fails, persona fails, extensions are hilarious if i want to provide a positive notion, I'm beginning to doubt I'll be able to complete the song; when replacing a part the replacement part sounds different from the rest of the song and doesn't blend into it, I don't know how to work with v4 to get an acceptable result

pretty sure the duration is based on how many lines you use and not characters, i'm on pro and if you flood the lyrics section with line breakers like "---" or "(...)" the stem will be closer or even 4minutes most of the time. most of the instrumentals i make are always 3-4 minutes long. i don't think it's faulty, there's just not enough in your song for it to be that long. not sure if you know but 1 line = 1-2 seconds 👍

I created a new account and was able to generate a nearly 4-minute song with the same lyrics without any sudden interruptions. Only this account, which has been recharged, has this issue. So, it's not a problem with the length of the lyrics, but rather an issue with this account. Not to mention that the songs over 3 minutes long created with the previous V3.5 version, when remastered to the V4 version, are all reduced to just 2 seconds.

I have big issues with creating personas.

If i create a persona out of a song that i like, it copies the whole text.
Means if i create a brand new song with similar lyrics it gives me the desired voice but also the old text and music as soon as i add the persona. It sounds completely the same, adds a lot of bugs and won't use my new lyrics.

So i tried to RE-create an old song i don't care about and added the persona.
It came out as an instrumental version with no lyrics at all.
Then i created a brand new song with completely different lyrics and added the persona.
It worked somehow, but not too well. The music sounds awful, like a dying cat - with weird ups and downs...

I really don't know what to do or if i made a mistake by creating the persona.
Can anyone help me out?

As you can see, they're both looking very similar and if we don't pay attention, we might accidentaly create a new account intead. If you see the Create Account screen instead, then click on the button say Signin at the bottom of the that, it'd take you to the Sign in panel.

back from support and still cannot complete songs on both premeier accounts. At
this point it seems I am forced to have to make a reduction in services and
will be reducing one account to pro because I cannot keep paying for a service I
am not be given and I have wasted two months now trying to finish two songs that
i have no choice but to finish because they are in the middle of my albums. IT
is demoralizing to log in andknow how many times you hit generate its like
vegas and you are looking for a lucky jackpot that just doesnt come. Its really
frustrating because the song structures are the same within in each 6min+ songs so this
should be happening.

Initial Support Contact was on the Feb 19th, Then I heard back finally on Mar
7th and it didnt seem like they had even read the initial email as they asked

The editor keeps generating new images for your song in every single section...annoying waste of time

We are charged credits for the bogus 2:04 faulty replacement sections (though we are credited for the ones that are too short)

After applying a section, the song structure is unavailable, so in effect, you have only 1 replacement edit in each edit session.

playlists get interrupted in the player, so you have to continue it manually...might be related to the cloudflare/ are you human challenges it does? (may also explain why you get temorarily logged out sometimes).

BUG AUTOPLAY : This bug was fixed a long time ago and is now back. When you play your song on a song page instead of stopping when it is finished it plays a random song that is suggested. I am unsure as to what is causing the error but my guess it has to do something with an update on Suno's end and it broke some accounts. As you described, when I log into my test account which has the same UI has you shared, I can generate songs fine. My other account, which looks like it has the outdated UI I get the error code.

Is it a targeted effort to privately block changes to accounts? It's the same subscription, but not the same.

I stopped my subscription last month, mainly because they didn't carry credits over and I had simply just been waiting for them to address issues, especially with metal and rock. The main genre I like to make music in. I can't say for certain the cause of the error issue or if there is intent to block. They would be shooting themselves in the foot because there are other music generation platforms cropping up that do what Suno does and if they handled things like such their customer base will look for options with less frustration and that will just work as intended. The only ones that can clear the air here is Suno, but that is one of the problems, there is very little communication from the powers that be, the ones at the top of the ladder. Silence is an answer and can be a costly one if goes on to long.

@torn tapir The only guess I have at the moment is that they did some kind of update and some accounts did not update to the newer version, there for breaking it. I have reached out to them, no response. They have been silent on a lot of issues and this is just another drop in the bucket they are silent on. When I came to Suno roughly around this time last year, they were really good and pretty communicative with their users, frequent updates. I was churning out some pretty decent songs, but since November, hardly anything that addresses issues when V.4 came. Mostly UI tools, phone app etc. Then silence. They may be working silently on the matters trying to correct them, however I'd be a happy customer if they said "We see your issue and we are working to resolve it. Stay Tuned!", a simple message as such. But nothing. The problem is the lack of communication which is basically 0 which is a shame. I want to be a loyal customer and continue to make my music library with them but with zero to no feed back, I might start looking else where. There are other options and they do work. I am on Youtube as Kilrathorn if you wish to see what I created with them. I made those when Suno was top notch, That last music video I made was with a different company though. When Suno worked, they where by far the best. I hope one day they return to that, it was awesome.

Ok interestingly, it says 6:14 but exporting (to try and clean up in Ableton) it's only a 3:15 track. But it's not the first 3:15 that's exportable, it's the last 3:15. Its sort of two almost identical tracks pieced together with one being the cover of another

soooo it didn't finish generating one song - of course the better of the couple - and i have been refunded the 5 credits, but I can't uzse them, now, because of the useless thing of having to generate 2 songs at once. lossy to lossy compression should be avoided at all costs, and mp3 is not even a good base codec to work with

Just found a workaround until it gets fixed. The files are downloading as "song.wav.mp4" delete the .mp4 extension and leave the .wav (song.wav)

If you're on windows you'll likely have to enable "view file extensions" within the folder view options to be able to do this.

Based on the file size, I think the mp4 extension being added is just a bug. Pretty sure these are encoded wav with a faulty extension.
Downloading it vs downloading the regular mp4 there's a big difference in file size

WAVs downloading as MP4 files seems like it might be a bug only happening with Chrome on mobile. The files do look like they are actually WAV files, but just named incorrectly (i.e. they end with ".wav.mp4")
Using a different browser should work around this problem until it is fixed.

The sign-in bug has gotten pretty catastrophic for me. I just got forcibly logged out about thirty seconds after logging in.

And it just happened again. Can't use the site at all like this.

The bug is that I get logged out, and cannot log back in normally (through discord) - when I try, I just get a red "resource forbidden" warning. I previously was able to address it by clearing my cookies related to suno, which would allow me to log in for maybe a day before it happened again. But now, I'm evidently being kicked out almost immediately.

Once again I can make it work by clearing the data, but this doesn't help if it doesn't even last two minutes before the problem recurs.

It's not just the cookies, you need to delete all the local storage, session storage items as well
