Unused credits will expire at the end of your plan. For example, if you started a monthly plan on December 10th and canceled on December 15th, the benefits of your paid plan (and credits) will remain active until January 10th.
The new version is really nice. One big issue I have with it is that the clarity degrades over time. The first 15-30 seconds is clear and amazing. By the time you hit 1-min, clarity starts to degrade and noise is introduced. At 2-min it is more pronounced, and even more so at 3-min, etc, where there is significant noise and clarity loss when comparing it to the first 30-sec.
@low cypress I remember quitting a sub before the sub period ended and I could not download the WAV files anymore although the "period" had not finished yet. Is this correct?
So, if you cancel your subscription directly through the account page on suno.com, your features, including WAV downloads, remain available until the end of the billing cycle.
However, if you file a chargeback or take any action that causes an immediate cancellation, you’ll lose all features right away.
For third-party purchases (like through Apple or Google Play), if a refund request is processed through them and it results in an immediate cancellation, the features, including WAV downloads, will also end at that time.
and now the big question: HOW is one supposed to download all the waves produced, that we own, since there is no possibility to mass download even more than 10 months after Suno's existence? A feature any computer nerd can implement in 4 hours, cannot be made by a company receiving millions in investment in 10 months.
It would take full days of work to download the waves produced in some months of sub. Should not one have the right to download them anytime when they were produced during a paying sub? Since Suno does not give us the possibility to mass download the wav files, it should at least give us the right to post-download them even after finishing a sub. @old wind ?????

I am writing regarding a serious issue with song generation in your service. I am a paid subscriber and exclusively use the official website and official app, however, I keep encountering a persistent error.
When generating songs, the system incorrectly inserts warnings into the text claiming that I am supposedly using an unofficial or fake application, and suggests switching to the official version. This happens despite the fact that I:
- Have an active paid subscription
- Only use the official website and app
- Have never used any third-party services
As a result, my paid credits are being wasted, as instead of the desired content, I receive incorrect texts with erroneous warnings. This significantly impacts the quality of the service I paid for.
I kindly request you to:
- Investigate this issue
- Check my account for technical errors
- If possible, compensate the spent credits
- Provide information about when this problem will be fixed

Why the replace section funciton costs 10 credits even it fails almost every time?
I get this error when trying to create a song that says "ninety-three" in the lyrics. The context I'm using "ninety-three" in has nothing to do with the producer who apparently has a similar name.

Maybe use another way of writing it? You can't prompt Latino because some singer chose this name. It's ridiculous. 😅
REplace Bug: In the replace window where you can adjust the lyrics it is near impossible to move the little pink markers this is very cludgy and makes it very trying to try and select the correct text to be changed. Extremely frustrating when you have a section of lyrics displayed that is way off from what is actually selected in the repalce box and is heard when played

If you're using the suno.com website or the official Suno app, this shouldn't be happening. The extra lyrics at the start (and the "SUNO" watermark on the picture) are meant to only happen for accounts that are using a fake app or trying to hack the Suno API.

I just wanted to check if it was the same thing because one is the AI fouling up (adding stuff you didn't want) which is stuff the devs would want to work to address, and the other is a deliberate effort to try to hamper fake apps and websites from leeching off of the service (which unfortunately does have false-positives, as in the case of the user I replied to with the form.) In the case where it's adding "this was made with a fake app", that's something support can address.

Sometimes payment/billing related things can trigger this for various reasons (I've seen a few times now where it only happens after someone subscribes.)

Give it a few days - support seems quite overwhelmed at the moment. It used to take a couple of (working) days to get a reply but it may take up to a week or so at the moment.

Congratulations, you made the terrible playlist experience even worse now. In a long playlist when I try to drag the song from the bottom to the top as soon I hit the top edge it starts scrolling up but it also stutters a lot. It now takes ages to move the song. I wrote some lyrics. I created a song with those lyrics. I created a persona from that song. I decided to change the lyrics. I went to create a new song with the new lyrics (only a couple lines different). I entered the new lyrics. I selected the persona and clicked create. The persona sings the old lyrics. I've probably wasted 150 credits trying to figure out what's wrong. Has anyone seen this?
I also tried the Replace Section function and the same thing occurred... it refused to sing the new lyrics.
I have a Pro account. I am using v3.5, on Windows 11, in Chrome.
One more thing, last week or 2 weeks ago, system will ask me to do the verification when I create the song, is that already having this “fake app” issues?

Question, certain styles that I use start off sounding good but once it gets to the middle of the song or towards the end, it starts sounding high pitched and uneven... as if someone reduced the sound quality mid song. I've tried remastering but it still sounds the same... is there a way to make the music sound evenly pitched?
Skip to 34 seconds and it sounds ok but once it gets to around 1 minute, the pitch is louder and unequal... I don't know of any programs that can equalize the sound quality... can anyone adize?

I would just like to note that I have had three people over the past two days with an issue with upgrading to pro accounts. All of them used Google as a payment processor and none of them have had the payment reflect an upgrade in the status of thier account or an increase in the credits. I didn't know where else to note this. All of them have apparently contacted support by e-mail but have not had a response. One of them claims to have waited over a week already. Since I'm the one that has seen all three people report this issue in the #📚┃suno-school area, I thought I would mention it here. Suno is not detecting the languages right it seems, my songs don't trend on JP either even if they got more likes than some of the songs there. Title is in full JP, I had JP characters at the start of the song, used romaji for lyrics cause suno sucks at making out kanji and even messes up on hiragana sometimes.

I don't know if this would be considered a bug per se, or if it's moreso an issue with the training data, but I've discovered that on the V4 model, a screaming female vocal, on anything at all, can not pronounce E in words, like for example, "fleet" "kneel' "real" "feel" there's others and other vowels it has troubles with such as A as well, but for the life of me I am very unable to get E to work, though they all work on v3.5, even on remastering, it still cannot do it either

Is it a bug or intended that on the website, the custom lyric generation is now locked to 200 symbols, while the app (android) still allows 3k symbols? It's very sad if intended.
I'll explain. On the web. The lyrics box still allows 3k letters, but the ability to let ai generate off your lyrics is not present. It's replaces by write with suno that limits you to 200 symbols and it doesn't take present lyrics into account.
While the Android app still allows you to write your own lyrics 3k limit and press write random lyrics and AI takes them into account. Which can be used for a great long prompt with explanations for the AI.

have you tried doing it without the persona? Was that persona made using similar lyrics but not exactly the same? I've had a similar issue to you when I tried to make a persona out of a song I was making then tried to use the persona on that same song.

Hey hi me again, another month and another browser, I'm on android and have been using Suno for months daily, and it's gotten to the point where I'm on my 4th browser and none of my others will actually generate a song. I click create, and nothing happens. After spending some time typing in the create box I can't get it to generate. Chrome, brave, Mozilla Firefox, and I do have the app but the app is so immensely limited at the moment I just have to wait for it's growth. I use the app to create but I can't reuse prompt, or even just open back up create and have my prompt from seconds ago still be there. I'm not whining. Just curious if I need to do something for my browsers to generate again. Is it captcha related? Is it related to a network timeout or something? Should I ensure I'm viewing a live page? I've tried everything I can think of. Anyway love you bye

That's weird but I'd need to see the lyrics, know if you used a persona, which version of the model you used, etc to comment on this but yeah, it does sound bad. Also I noticed your lyrics luck structure tags like you use (hook) instead of [hook] and you don't have [Verse 1...2..3..4] or [Chorus] above them. Usually that's not a big issue but it does help the AI a bit so try that as well, as well as separating lines more often to give some breathing room to it.
I'm saying that because I don't face the same issues as you while using SUNO and that seems to be the only difference in what we are doing.
It could also be related to the lyrical flow... if it's too wordy, Suno may just decide to leave out some words to get what it thinks is a good flow. That's kinda the feel that I get from the one that was posted above with the broken link.

ATTN: The captcha is getting completely out of hand! I upgraded to the premier and ever since the app has been (browser) spamming me with captcha's. It's fair to say I didn't pay to upgrade to do puzzles or for a pop quiz every other minute.

Remastered a song with Geman lyrics that were clearly pronounced German words with 3.5. But the Remaster with 4 made / makes the pronunciation sound like an English speaker singing German with a heavy english accent.
E. g., the original was "WAS FANG ICH AN MIT SECHSUNDFÜNFZIG KATZEN!?!?" and sounded like "natural", perfectly pronounced German.
The remastered one sounds like "WAS FENG YCH EN MIT SEXUHNFUNFSIG KETSEN!?!?!".
Is that a known bug? And if, is it being worked on?

Not sure if this has been mentioned much before as I'm not going to read back through all the posts. The last 25 generations of trying to replace a section over 3 or 4 different songs I have been unsuccessful in having it actually use the lyrics that it is supposed to replace. Instead it is generating the original lyrics which defeats the whole feature. In some cases it is not even using the original lyric instead replacing a lyric that is not supposed to be changed for one that is in another part of the song. The problem is that it doesn't matter even if 3 minutes is 6 seconds, you can at least continue doing this normally, and not repeat the second to extend and as a result we have a shit merge. Bug, or may be just an unintended feature: Exclude Styles isn't a complete Negative. It rears its ugly head when the AI is too influenced by other things, which could be backend rules (like forcing bass to be present), vibes it gets from the lyrics, or even Style prompts that have double meanings that I, the user, am not aware of, which could apply to anyone for similar reasons. Please make Exclude Styles a complete negative. I will also post this in Suggestions.
try being one of the poor souls like me who unknowingly subscribed to Donna Ai for a year and the whole platform is incapable of making any music at all now. and the tracks i got from that were superior in many ways to this platform. although i here that they stole the tech from suno they just did a better job at implimenting it
Simply... How infuriating it is! Today has already pissed me off. Of the 10 generated songs, only 5 took the right character. But the situation with the extend function is most annoying: the song added a second of completely unnecessary material, changed the voice, made it quiet and worsened the sound quality. And after clicking get whole, I realized that these are two different songs altogether!

suno keeps switching from v4 to 3.5 for some reason, I can't recall this happening before but it happened multiple times today now. I was about to start another song gen when I double checked and sure enough it was back to 3.5. I had just created another v4 before that.
Well, this doesn't look good, does it? Just got the pro account. Watermarked, 2-minute limit, remastering doesn't work (they extend the song instead). And if they are that slow in responding ... then it's all cooked.

If you create a persona from a song, and then attempt to create a new song that has similar lyrics with the song you used to create the persona, the persona will sing the lyrics from the original song. This happens consistently to me.

certain orchestral instruments do not seem to come up no matter hoy many time or how you prompt them in (eg bells)

Found a weird bug when I hit cover for a generation or 2 then switched to reuse prompt to create a new song. It attempts to make it like the original song, but frequently freaks out during or after singing the new lyrics

when you're going through songs in song radio why doesnt the sidebar update with the currently playing song
why is it on extensions... the same chorus plays with so much more reverb? resulting in very high pitch ringing sound in the background, so annoying... it wasn't like that pre-V4

I have a problem when composing a song, it always inserts the word Suno. It happened after I installed the automatic registration app from google. When the app was launched, it would download to my phone. But after that, every song that Ai made said that I put a fake suno app, even though the app came directly from the Official suno via google play. Now I have been in trouble for 3 days because I can't make music. Please fix it before I file a refund unfairly. Because every time I make a song, I lose 5-10 credits. Please fix it urgently. The team should work a little.
On Chrome for Mac and IOS, in-browser translation isn’t working on the lyrics when you are in song detail. It does work on song titles in library view.

Playlists cannot be permanently deleted
Some Songs are glitched thinking theres a persona or image or what ever data from playlist, although persona is deleted, so they can't be deleted.
Accounts can't be deleted.
When selecting 'liked' in songs tab, and I go to create mode, it filters out songs that are not liked.
Also when remastering a track, from not the create page, it would be great if you can stay where you are, so that I can hit the remaster button as many times as possible
So I decided to finally say something too... I think some of the website's functionality has been broken for a while now. At least long enough for me to conclude that nobody is even working on those. So perhaps some pointers would be of help below:
For some reason, all components have their event handlers attached twice. On computers, this usually isn’t an issue, but it’s causing problems in the mobile view. The result is that touching an element often just causes it to blink briefly, while the menu button doesn’t function properly.
I concluded that, on mobile devices, two event handlers are being activated simultaneously. They perform essentially the same action, but one component or control appears to open slightly slower than the other. The 0-second delay of the duplicate handler seems to cancel out whatever was just triggered, causing inconsistent behavior.
On mobile devices or any touch-capable device, you currently need to press menu items or buttons and hold your finger down for a fraction of a second before releasing. This seems to ensure that menus work reliably.
Additionally, regardless of whether you’re using the mobile view or the desktop view on a touch-capable device, the code should prevent mouse click events from firing when touch events are being used—and vice versa. It’s been a while since I’ve done web development, but if I remember correctly, you need to prevent default event handlers from firing when you have custom ones attached. Otherwise, on faster mobile devices, a single tap on the screen can trigger multiple events, often before anything even displays.
Alternatively, you could attach event handlers to components only after they have successfully opened, or enable menu sub-item event handlers with a slight delay (e.g., 100 milliseconds) to avoid conflicts.
Lastly, I’m fairly certain that, if touchstart, touchmove, and touchend events were handled correctly on mobile phones, the wave cropping selection component would work properly. Right now, on mobile devices, the crop selection feature only works if you use a mouse connected to your device.
On mobile devices, the regenerate section and crop song tools are only visible in desktop mode. This forces users to enter start and end timestamps manually because waveform selection resizing doesn’t work on touch devices without code modifications.
For me, the most frustrating issue is that on mobile phones, navigation and menus often fail to open or function correctly when tapping quickly. I’m confident I’m not the only one finding the UX subpar.
By the way, I spent a couple of hours trying to resolve the issues mentioned above, but it’s too time-consuming for me to deobfuscate and figure out all the JavaScript code involved.

Why is the uploaded audio clip converted to mono now? Why? Please revert that change. Whatever the justification is, there's no technical issue with using stereo uploads. In fact, I tested this with one of my old uploads (1m25s long clip from a song I produced myself) that is in stereo, and neither version 3.5 or 4.0 had any problems using it...

I didn't subscribe to the premier tier only so that you could start downgrading the features and functionality that got me to return to Suno, to begin with.
Out of interest, what formal, sample rate and bit depth is that file? I see another user tried to report similar, with 32bit WAVs suffering this and 16bit WAVs being OK (but their post was automatically deleted due to profanity.)
The exact same file that I uploaded the last time. It's just I trimmed it shorter this time. In the trimming window in the browser it was previewing in stereo.
But that's not all. They also go crazy when converting this to mono which is that they are basically doing 50% mix of both channels and then Big normalized to 0dB.
This is complete insanity. How am I supposed to even use it if it's cranked to the maximum? It's too loud for both extending and making covers of.
But even that's not all... Because of this stupid decision, when I extend it (by the way, it contains mostly vocals and a background pad. Melody), the model adopts the audio characteristics of my upload - meaning that 50% the time extension that it generates will sound mono too because of that.
Thanks for screwing up. Even those things that worked just fine! And I was honestly contemplating in offering my help to them as someone who is experienced in both mixing and mastering and also familiar with machine learning and neural audio codecs and whatnot.
There's only so much goodwill left in me before I start making more noise, and outside this discord.
In the bottom is the waveform of the MP3 file that I uploaded.
The top wave is the audio that I download back.
I didn't mix those two channels together into mono and increase the volume.
Also, don't pay attention to the file names you see about waveforms as this particular wave editor will convert all files into wave format upon loading...
So here's the thing, I haven't complained to support or to anyone... Not a single time. Yet I've spent thousands of credits on crap and then thousands more on investigating and generating stuff for the purposes of analysis only. Because I genuinely wanted to help them.
Even if I spent thousands of credits for analysis, I know that it's all an investment for the future. Better sounding sumo. By the way, I didn't even need to upload this or use this particular sample again because I'm not actually making any music right now. The only reason why I was testing this today was to see how the model behaves compared to what was happening a couple of weeks ago.
So that's one of the reasons why I don't bother them, at least not for now until I still process + test stuff on my own tiny version of the music generation model that I built. So I'm not complaining about the model's quality. There are plenty of people who do that for me. However, right now I see a degradation in functionality that has got nothing to do with the models.
Also, although I don't know how familiar you are with software development or how experienced are you with or to processing specifically, but there is no way a 32-bit stereo file could end up becoming a 16-bit mono unless some kind of an unconditional conversion has been written into the code. Usually you get an exception If you try to push 32-bit samples into 16-Bit integers anyways. Although in some sense, it would make sense to actually enable 32-bit internal processing anyways, such that when you are doing some kind of loudness normalization or something like that, you will not end up clipping the audio. You see, 16-Bit audio can never start clipping and distorting if you convert it to 32-bit before you start processing.
Fun fact, If your AI is generating hold your tokens with too loud music. Then you can recover all this clipping after your music has been rendered into the file, and oc you're using 32-bit file. If you render clipped audio into 16-bit output, you're screwed and your music will always have distortion even if you try to lower the gain after the fact.
And I know all that because I've dealt with that in the past. Oh and the last time I intentionally caused clipping was here in my lab when I tried to replicate possible scenarios of how Suno managed to generate music that sounds distorted due to actually clipping at some stage in the process.
Okay, since you mentioned 32-bit, I actually went ahead and tested this right now. I uploaded a nice 32-bit WAV file this time. The result is still the same. It's converted into mono.
So no, depth has got nothing to do with it as expected.

I remembered that after v4 was released, it was prohibited to use v3.5 for generating covers, so I made a browser extension that modified API requests to use v3.5. Perhaps because of this, my account was flagged for API usage, even though I did everything in the browser. Is it possible to remove this "flag" from my account?
The replace featuredoes not work for words that too closley rhyme together. ex: hold and cold... it just uses the original word each and every time... I'm burning through credits trying to change a single word from an otherwise great song

This seems to be a bug with the upload trimmer.
I generated a tone in Audacity alternating between channels.
Uploading 44.1KHz 16-bit, 24-bit and 32-bit WAV files without trimming them - they remained stereo. I was able to directly extend all of them with v4 and v3.5 without issue - the test tone continued into the next part of the song, in both channels.
Reuploading the 16-bit and 32-bit WAV files and trimming a little off the end caused them to be uploaded as mono, with only the left channel's audio being present.
it is almost certainly a bug with the upload trimmer; a week ago i was uploading clips, and trimming them produced mono variants vs leaving them untouched which produced stereo variants. was this a previously known issue? if not, yay

Hi all. I haven't been able to use the service for two and a half weeks now. I paid for a subscription for a month, generated several songs, but after a couple of days, when generating from a browser or from an Android app, I get an option for a track about a fake app and a watermark. I wrote to support twice, no one answers me.
As a workaround for the normalization issue, you can add a click sound at the beginning or end of your file that hits 0db. In this way, the upload will appear already normalized. Then, you can simply crop out the click with Suno's edit.
This is only meant to happen for accounts that are using fake Suno apps/websites or attempting to access the service using an API.

Not sure if this is a bug or a security feature that is set to high, but I'm getting the CAPTCHA now on both mobile and desktop browsers. First it was on the mobile browser and it would log me out after a while and I'd have to do a fairly simple CAPTCHA to log back in, but now I just got a difficult one when trying to create music. I understand having extra security to help cut down on bots but I'm not a bot, don't use bots, and am not sure why my account would be flagged to get CAPTCHAs now.
Other possibilities is because you are using account with illegal payment (carding) or your credit card are used on multiple account

Selecting a track in a playlist no longer displays it's details in the right side panel. Instead it shows Suno announcements. Not sure if this is a bug or by (new) design, but it's not very useful.

v4 seems to overwhelmingly over-focus on vocals... its sounds too close to talking than singing most times and it overpowers the music

Cool, so there's neat little UI/UX trick that basically EVERY other app uses where sidebars, sliders, etc slide out of the way and take the negative space with them.
Discord even does this.
Even my terrible unity games do this.
It's a basic quality of life feature.
I think it's the smallest of the current problems. It doesn't bother me at all. They could make it bigger, if only the shimmer would disappear. 😅

The uploaded audio clip was nothing but vocal. My vocal, to be precise. Recorded directly from my not-quite-an-SM-58-but-nevermind into Suno.
I think the only processing that was done was me running my interface through VoiceMeeter for realtime noise gating and compression
It also appears I can't set the original source vocal upload as public (not that I'd want to, my vox are absolute dogwater, but still. My vocals, my original lyrics... paying subscriber... my IP, no?)
Ah. Anything containing a voice or which is created based on an uploaded vocal can't be made public on the site. Link can still be shared etc. though

I expect it's to minimize the risk of having clones of famous singers voices being published on the Suno website. There is also a copyrighted material detector to try to prevent this with uploads as well but if someone manages to fool that, it's an extra layer of protection.
+95% of all my songs are cut off, why? They reach more than 2 minutes and they are cut off, songs that should be 3 or more minutes? Why does this happen?

I'm unable to convert track to wav audio and download on both chrome and firefox browsers, mp3 works - but not wav format.

Had the same problem some weeks ago and had a watermark on my pictures.
Finally the support answered me ( Mike B from Discord solved my problem but I asked for a refund):

For transparency, Suno has identified several apps using Suno behind the scenes to generate music but then act as if they made it themselves. In an effort to identify these, we have added audio and visual watermarking for accounts that are flagged as potentially linked to these apps and companies. Unfortunately, this process is not perfect, so there are some Suno users affected by this as well.
Thanks for sending the link! We don’t have an exact timeline for this to be resolved, but we’ll work as quickly as we can so you can get back to making music. We’ll also send some credits your way once you’re back up and running as normal."
I am currently experiencing generations getting deleted due to 'elevated usage'. I thought premium paid accounts had a 'priority generation queue'. I might be wrong but I think I just watched it delete 3 out of 4 generations, one of which was actually already generated, right before telling me there was 'elevated usage'.
Yeah so paid accounts with priority generation queue should not be getting denied generations. It just happened again.

Hi, I can't download WAV. It worked yesterday, but today it says generating but never delivers. I've refreshed, relogged, tried different browser. It seems to be on all songs not just one. No WAV for me 😦

this seems to only happen when I am using a saved Persona
the cover features completely ignores the middle of songs when it comes to edited lyrics. the beginning and end may somethimes change but it consistenly ignores everything else (at least with [chorus] verses)

uhh i just tried to do a 4.0 song for the first time, i clicked it once and it drained all 10 of my free 4.0 songs and didnt even generate my song

I’m having an issue where I had Suno generate a song in Japanese. Everything sounds good, but the lyrics are no longer showing up in text format. It’s only on the Japanese songs. Anyone know how to resolve this?
Anyone extended from clips longer than 3 minutes, did you notice that the sound gets degraded or something? with a high pitch ringing sound, especially in chorus... I did not hear that in previous parts... but only in extending clips that longer than 2-3 min.. is that a bug?

The autoplay feature on my Suno AI web isn't working properly; it just turns into a Repeat 1 function instead.

Can't cancel subscription on browser
You should be able to click on your credits in the left-hand column, then select Edit Billing Details which takes you to the Stripe page, which has a Cancel Subscription button. That's if you signed up via the browser, at least. If you subscribed using one of the apps, all bets are off!
So i have found some strange inconsistencies. If i paste in the entire hymn lyrics in without any modification. No "Persona" selected and no "Style of Music" info it will generate every time. IF there is any text in "Style of Music" or if a "Persona" is selected, then it will kick a red flag. This seems to be a bug of some kind. These lyrics should not be flagged with or without a persona or music style. They are public domain.
I am using Suno to create songs (jingles) that often include numbers like phone numbers, etc. The numbers are not being pronounced correctly. The model stutters through them in songs. I had this same issue with ElevenLabs for a while doing general voice overs. They solved it by adding text normalization. Now their models pronounce numbers correctly, like phone numbers in the right format, etc. It would be great if this could be addressed here also. Having songs promoting things which includes numbers like phone numbers can be a very big use case.
You can solve that a bit by using phonetic transkription. When using other languages than english that helps because in some cases Suno uses english pronunciation. So I guess writing two instead of 2 etc. might Help.
Yes, that helps, I was doing that with Eleven Labs also before they fixed it. That causes other issues though, like making the numbers harder to read when displaying the lyrics on a video, etc. Also, phone numbers can still be a little quirky. We will be doing this for sure until it's addressed.

Yes, extensions in v4 are unusable. If I get anything good in v4 it's if the song is under 4 minutes & I don't have to adjust or extend anything (and then it depends on how many layers of sound the song has).

"Clanking" as in a pop or clank sound in the audio or just the insane mess that my audio turns into? its like a giant wave is coming into the mix and washing it all away LOL.
🪲 trying to do an educational song on math tables, but suno ai doesn't follow custom lyrics, so it'll say 0 plus 4 equals 5 which is incorrect and sometimes it will skip a line and repeat others? Is there a way to force suno to follow the custom lyrics?
I see shimmer about 70% gone in songs now, I have a few songs that no matter what I do its there and it gets worse with every iteration, then the "wave woosh" gets added to the song becomes useless...great way to piss thru credits. Honestly we should have a "grace" period where the credit gets refunded to you after you report it since allegedly it is getting "reviewed "

Most of the time when each song is selected in the library, the cover art and song info doesn't switch on the right-side panel of the browser app. This seems to have started after v4 or when the promotional highlights like Black Friday began to appear there.
I use Microsoft Edge.
I get this if I click on a downvoted song in my library, or when I click on a search result that wouldn't be on page 1 of my library (very weird and annoying)
It's probably a producer tag. Suno's a bit... overcautious when it comes to producer tags because there are likely a ton of them in the training data and they don't want users pulling them into a track and making it look like the track was produced by that person. Yeah, very annoying because usually it is a quick way to copy/paste lyrics without using a song's prompt or later deciding to download the cover art without having to go to the actual library song's bowser page.

Hi all. I'm hoping this is the right place to ask this and to figure out a solution to this issue, but I've been having an issue downloading WAVs these past few days. It keeps giving me a popup saying that download failed. I've tried this on three browsers and two different computers (my PC and my Macbook) and both of them are giving me the same issue, so I'm figuring the issue is from Suno's side. Anyone know what's going on? This has never happened to me before. I've had no issues downloading WAVs until recent.

Hello, I've got an issue where I signed in with a microsoft account at my work last week. Today, i changed that over to my discord account so i could log in from home. But when i sign with discord here at home i get no library and it seems to have made an entirely new profile instead. If it means anything, the discord at work is a browser and I'm on windows at work while i use the native linux discord app here at home. It is however, the same discord account on both.
same with me. I have a payment plan, but yes... can't do anything with it. And here is not even a reaction from Suno

I was wondering if anybody has experienced with same bug. Whenever I click create it just starts to do the spinning load but doesn't start to actually load the songs.
So I invited a friend to join Suno, it said we would both get 250 credits when they signed up - they've received 50 credits and I've lost 30... what's going on here?
Submitted two bugs for two remasters of song called Warrior, some context: the song stops following lyrics midway and restarted the song instead of finishing remaster… it’s really unfortunate that it only happens on the generations I like where the remastered version follows the closest to the original sound of the vocalist.
Edit: I guess one that I reported is good now? Must have been loading issue.
Has it been already reported that there seems to be a playlist cap? I have 28 playlists made public, but only 16 show in my public profile view.
The referral link system Suno has in place is broken. I refered a person and neither of us got 250 free credits. After a few weeks suno replied to my email and said no one had used my referral link, which was untrue. I sat right beside the other person, gave them my link and watched them sign up.
Have not done instrumental pieces, yet. But I get good results, when I put Dark Violin in the style (it sounds sad on its own) and prompt it in the lyrics box, too. I put [Dark Violin Interlude] between the lyrics, it should work on its own, too. I think. 🙂 Maybe look around in the work of other creators who put out instrumental songs. Some of them have their own prompting systems. 😄 And you could exclude piano. Just activate exclude styles and write piano in the corresponding box.
This is exactly what I did. They were sat right next to me and used the link they sent me.
I think the link is lost after you sign-up. And end up with 50 instead.

It is really impossible to extend a track with V4. Absolutely no chance, just as with 3.5, because then the sound changes. V4 is sloppy in following prompts, V3.5 is sloppy in sound. So you just might completely lose the songs if you try to extend them. Another serious bug in V4. It always literally explodes somewhere at the extension, really weird...
AND NO, IT'S NOT THE PROMPTING STUFF!!!!!!!!!!!!! IT'S A BAD, SLOPPY PROGRAMMED "NEW VERSION", WHICH IS JUST THERE TO BE FASTER, BUT NOTHING MORE!!!!!!!
Hey. So, it seems that the layout was changed within the past few days as some aspects are now broken as far as screen reader accessibility is concerned. I can't change the moddle from anything other than v3.5 and I can't find the button to delete a persona. Would it also be possible to get rid of that v4 poppup permanently after I dismiss it? The page gets rather cluttered.

Every time I try to create a sound, it says I have no credits, even though I have 2500 credits and have been on the Pro subscription for several months. Everything was working fine until three days ago when this bug started. I’m not sure what to do. I’ve already emailed support, but I haven’t received a response yet.

Got a very annoying bug going on, been trying to regenerate video for a song and always times out, when I go to share the song the song image for the video is always unknown, but when I download the mp4 it's perfect, any fixes for the messed up song image/ shared video?
Scrolling inside a playlist is very laggy, in contrast to scrolling in every other list (library, create). Is this a known bug?
I haven't used my Suno account for a month, aka you were not able to charge me for December. I wanted to subscribe again, but I keep getting this BS 'Your card was declined' stuff. It's a known problem. Although check if your friend created the 10 songs necessary.
If he did, contact support@suno.com. It might take a while since they are swamped with mails. Normally, they respond in two business days.
Happens with V4 (sadly, a lot). After three and a half minutes the degrading starts. You could try the remaster function. That might iron some kinks out but no guarantees.

Extending from a point before degradation begins can also help (basically once the degradation starts, it will continue to build, so extending around it can prevent it from starting in the first place.)

Sometimes, instead of using 10 credits to generate 2 songs, it generates 4 songs with 20 credits.
BUG: When you regenerate video, 5 times out of 10 it times out after 40 seconds and you have to do it again. Why not just change the timeout to 60 seconds? Problem solved. Easy peasy lemon squeezy.
I get a pop-up when I try to extend my song right now. I have to select the right image, and then it generates with terrible quality.

Sometimes it crashes and you need to hit regenerate several times. Stay there and watch. Closely. 👀 The info disappears pretty quickly. So if you have looked away some seconds you might have missed it.

if you cant generate at all, but you have credits listed in your account, there's about a 90% chance its because you have a payment listed as "past due". this could be because your card expired, insufficient funds, or changes from the issuing bank that prevent you from paying, etc. you'd have to cancel the subscription entirely before you can make music again because its waiting for a payment otherwise.

Old v2 songs still broken with no way to remaster because no time stamp. It used to be possible to recompile the song by using “get whole song” if you could find the end part, but now even valid single parts with time stamps can no longer have get whole song used on them, they spin endlessly. This is just a terrible thing to do to users who have supported you since v2 days. I know it can work because recompiling used to work until something about the v4 update broke it, so please devote just a little of your time to fixing the problem.

I've encountered this issue with Replace Section where the lyrics don't appear in the box on the left, and if I just input the new lyrics manually in there, after pressing the button it will not open the window where I'm supposed to be able to control/adjust which exact portion of the original lyrics I'm replacing (the pink color text). It will just go ahead to generate some nonsensical stuff. In this particular example, the lyrics are mostly Japanese, with some English mixed in. But some other songs with Japanese lyrics worked fine, and I also had this issue with purely English songs. I don't know what is causing it. Is there a way to fix it?
I have a V4 song where I can't make a persona, tried it with several browser and on pc and phone.
I noticed that when I'm extending with v4 it goes back a bit and doesn't actually start exactly where I wanted it to. Is it possible that if I put in the time from where it should extend it cuts off the milliseconds for the new generation but doesn't for the original that gets extended and then stitches it together wrong? I extended from the very end without changing the seconds. It didn't use to be a problem to extend from any point and it was seemless but I noticed since v4 there is this problem. It really sounds like you tapped on a point half a second earlier in the timeline so that's why that's my theory

This may be helpful for a large group of people who see watermarks in their songs: Please don't use someone else's card to pay for your service. Using someone elses card is fraud. If you are using a service that seems legit, be mindful that there's a good chance they're using fraudulent cards. Even if it doesn't seem like you're doing anything wrong, if we detect fraud, it will affect your account. Please don't do it!

What has gone wrong with the vocals' pronunciation in V4? I have subscribed to the $10 USD plan, and 99% of the songs I generate using V4 have issues with pronunciation in Hindi. This problem wasn’t there in V3.5. This is my first time subscribing to a paid plan, and the experience isn’t good. I even tried remastering a V3.5 song using V4, but the same issue persists. 🙁
True, the simmer sound has been there from last year, no matter what version is released, it is still there in most of the cases which is irritating. In this part Udio does it better somehow.

After V4 came out, the simmer phenomenon got really bad, and when it was first mentioned, I waited for it to be resolved over time, and it's been over a month. If you sincerely make music yourself and listen to music made by others and still think that way, can you accept that it won't get any better? Can you think that it's gotten better and have no intention of fixing it? I think it would be good if you could tell me clearly.

I’m reaching out here because I haven’t received a response to the two emails I sent to your support address (on December 14 and 18). Unfortunately, the issues I’m experiencing with your platform are severe, and I need assistance urgently.
The Problems:
Drastic drop in track quality: Previously, I could generate several good tracks out of 20 attempts. Now, after 50 attempts, I haven’t been able to get a single decent result. The quality has regressed significantly.
Ads embedded in tracks: Some of my generated tracks now contain ads like “use our app” directly in the audio. This is highly unprofessional and completely unacceptable.
Logo on track covers: All generated covers now include the Suno logo, which wasn’t the case before.
Prompt issues: The platform no longer follows prompts accurately. Tracks sound robotic, lack natural accents or musical styles, and often ignore the specific instructions I provide.
Shortened track lengths: Even with the same prompts that previously generated 4-minute songs, I now consistently get tracks that are only 1.5–2 minutes long.
Version 4 errors: I can’t successfully remaster tracks from version 3.5 to version 4—every attempt results in broken or unusable tracks.
As a paying subscriber and long-time user who previously received 1,000 credits as recognition for supporting your platform, I’m deeply disappointed by the current state of your service. What used to be a fantastic tool for creating high-quality music has now become almost unusable.
What I Need:
A clear explanation of why these issues are happening and what is being done to address them.
A timeline for when the platform will return to its previous level of quality.
Compensation for the large number of credits I’ve lost on failed attempts due to these issues.
I’ve supported Suno because I saw its potential, but the current state of the service is not acceptable for a paying user. Please address these problems as a priority.

I have a problem with regenerating, too. Just now, it takes several attempts. Have you watched what happens when you do it? First times I wasn`t paying attention, then one time I saw the red notice (time out) pop up (and disappear quickly). If I retry two times, eventually, the video regenerates properly. To be sure I download and check. If it doesn't work at all, I'd write to support@suno.com (although with the holidays it might take some time to get a reply).
i know you got an answer from Lumine in tech discussion, but you can always DM me too. In fact, i encourage you to DM me with your email address so I can find out what exactly your account got flagged for. If it's because you're using someone elses card, that may be why our team didn't reply as quickly, but I'm happy to find out for myself and let you know 👍
i firmly believe people are getting better gens than they were weeks ago. do i think its resolved? not quite. i can tell you from my daily testing, it's not as frequent for me, but thats anecdotal. you may want to send me an example of a recent bad gen via DM. happy to hear it out, pass it to the team for additional review, and accommodate credits for ugly sounding gens. You ask "can you accept that it wont get any better" and the answer is no, i cannot accept that. there's too much evidence proving otherwise, and a team of people working to ensure we continue to get better.

There is an error in some of the voices. Some of them pronounce "la luz" correctly in Spanish, but one of them pronounces that phrase as "la la luz", which is incorrect. I am notifying you of the error, but you should put something to notify this in the song itself so that you can more easily discover the error.

Try asking for help in https://discord.com/channels/1069381916492562582/1102676217687195679 but the first thing to check is to make sure the lyrics in the whole song match the actual words being sung. And even if they do match, click "Edit Song Details", add an empty space, and "Save Song Details" so you get the "aligning lyrics" message on screen. This will make sure Suno is working off the latest version at least.

I have issues arising from the edit / replace section function. Once the lyric changes have been made and the preferred result selected, the resulting complete song has a 'glitch' where the new edit ends. Like a missing frame, or a virtual 'skip in the record'. Anybody else have this issue?
When trying to switch to the premium plan, or buying more credits, I am told there is an error and to update the information. Card info is correct. The bank isn't blocking it because I wouldn't have been able to get the pro plan to begin with. There isn't even any attempted charges beyond the one successful charge made for pro plan. Adding a different card and setting as the default also did not work. Trying to purchase on the mobile app, brings me to a blank redirection page that freezes. Been just over 2 days now

Suno Discord mods and guides aren't Suno employees, so I can't help you directly, just make sure you've filled out that form and contacted support via email. Occasionally Mike B (please don't ping unnecessarily) who does work for Suno has been stepping in to deal with some tricky cases, but that's not the usual support route.
I can tell you that even if Suno is running behind on email, if you missed credits because of a bug or problem, Suno will make things right.

Here are the reasons a Remaster might not work:
- The song is too long. (15+ minutes, I think)
- The song title is too long (not enough space to add the word "Remastered"). Just edit the title to be shorter to fix this.
- The song is a very old V2 song that doesn't have a duration.
- (A guess) Maybe the song is failing a moderation check based on the lyrics or style prompt. You can edit the lyrics to test.

It is also strange to see "Credit Refunded" usually that error happens when you Extend a song, and the song is very short.

If you are able to use every other Pro feature like V4, V4 Cover, V4 Persona, then I'm out of ideas. I looked at the prompt you sent and it seems fine, it should work. If your account had a missing or failed payment, then it could look like you have credits, but you can't use Pro features. However, that would stop you from using all the Pro features not just Remaster.

Can you try doing a V4 Cover (not a Remaster) of the same song, and link me to that? I can't understand why that would work, but Remaster would fail. Also maybe worth trying a new web browser just in case there is a very strange bug.
For the record, I was sent a V4 Cover of this song, confirming that @odd garden does have access to pro features. So the problem is specific to Remaster failing in this case. The user was also able to Remaster it once and the Remaster was blank, other times it was too short, or frankly incorrect as if the timing was moved around.
May be a more unusual bug in this case, perhaps related to a character or character encoding. Actually it also fails on English songs, so the problem is either extra strange or is related to their specific account.

Replace Lyrics Alignment in many non English languages is way off, if it works at all. You can't rely on the red highlighting at all in Korean, for example. This video is a typical result, not a single failure. (Update: worked okay in French though.)
Replace also fails to prompt user to manually align lyrics when any segment has no associated automatic red text. This could be because nothing in the song is red, but it also happens in the case like this video if you select a segment that happens to turn nothing red. This means the user can't manually fix the Replace prompt in these cases, and they probably don't realize anything is wrong since they don't even see the popup.

When using the browser version on Android, making songs doesn't work, it just gets stuck on create and it never pops out the new songs. Only thing that works is remastering, I think.

I see fairly often people attempting to write keys and tempos into songs. I think if they ever succeed in either, it's luck.
this example is not in G, and is not 100 bpm. entering famous artists in your prompts loosely violates the TOS (Conditions: section 4)
I reused your prompt to test this myself. The first track was 124bpm. The second was 100bpm, but the key was b flat minor, not G.
The reason I mention these specifically, is when there's a lot of tagging in a song, especially tagging that Suno doesn't recognize, the output can get worse. The lyrics field in your example has a bunch of instructions in a row with no lyrics, so the "lyrics" in the audio are like placeholders but not real words, which is also what i would expect where instrumental is not selected.

Yo, I’ve got like 40 playlists, and the big icons take forever to load. Every time I scroll, it refreshes, and I gotta scroll like 3-4 times just to get to my first playlist. Can we get an option to show them in a simple playlist list without the icons? Way easier to navigate. Overall, its a bug... 🐞

thanks for those details. nothing too out of the ordinary there. we sometimes get some really long playlists that take time to load, but this seems pretty tame. i appreciate the suggestion of a condensed view without the art- could be easier to scroll in general

Suno seems only to stick to the tags under the prompt, the prompt itself doesn't exist for the model. Unfortunately that's scam, guys! Please change that immediately and stop always claiming in support that "better prompting" is the key, exactly the same for every prompt! I don't want to hear ready-made songs, I want, what I prompt, and for this I pay, not for something else! This is serious, guys, real money is payed here, this is no fun, guys!
The remaster feature is not working at all. When I try to remaster version 3.5, it creates a 2–5 second silent track. I get the same result every time, although on rare occasions (about once in 30 tries) I get a 2-minute track, but it’s more like a remix rather than the remaster I’m expecting.
That is, the credits that you have purchased when you spend the monthly credits, when the next subscription arrives if you do not come back and subscribe, they are frozen until you subscribe again or Pay the monthly fee?
I don't know if you have this bug yet, but... Create a playlist, upload a photo for it, then add a song to the playlist, the playlist takes on the image of the song added.
Suno's Pro and Premier plans are billed monthly until canceled, but can be canceled at anytime. For example, if you signed up today, you could cancel tomorrow and keep your subscription until the end of the billing cycle (one month).
If your next payment is not made, the allotment will appear in your account (renewing back to 2500 or 10,000 credits depending on Pro or Premier) but you won't be able to use them if the payment has not cleared.

Had this happen for the first time today. Really frustrating to lose the picture I'd spent some time generating for the playlist. Definitely a new problem.
Its happened to me from a week or so ago. At least I know that I don't generate a photo first.
I also updated my profile picture today (just changed the bio text) and it removed the picture altogether (perhaps another bug?)
Had that happen too a few days ago. That time I had my photo to reupload.
One more thing, that technically isn't a bug, but if you un-public a song, it removes the likes and plays from the total number of likes and plays. I put a bunch of songs in playlist and made them un-public, but the playlist is public and the plays and likes do not add up unless i make the song public again.. 😦

if you're based in china, using a card based in the US... there's a good chance our payment processor will consider it fraud. if the name on the card does not match your legal name, there's a chance our payment processor will consider it fraud. I thought by now you would have DM'd me- I really don't want to put all this on blast like I am. the billing details that should have a name and address have a bunch of random letters... that alone should be enough to shut it down even if the card was legit. In any event, the payment got block for fraud - i don't know how else to put it.

on create screen the que always moves the slider to the bottom whenever as song completes or you enter a prompt for a new song. if i am viewing songs further up in the que it is annoying to have to KEEP scrolling back up

Right now, Replace that worked wonders in v3.5 in October and November is completely borked in v4. That's what I'd suggest if it wasn't broken.
I make songs in Hindi. There is no problem with the voices of both male and female, the tune is also good, but the pronunciation of 5% of the words is very wrong. This was less in v.3 but this problem is increasing in v.4, especially if it is in the opening line of the song, it sounds very bad, so I thought that this is happening due to some bug.
Oh, that's bad. I think, that this is a known problem. Don't know if there's a work around for Hindi. In Spanish I sometimes use the phonetic spelling to avoid mispronunciation. In the v4-feedback there's a complete thread regarding this problem.

Thanks for reaching out! All generated songs are private by default with an option to share the link to the song. Once the link is shared, anyone with access to the link is able to pull it up/add it to a playlist. Best practice for privacy is to not share the link publicly. oh no, i made a playlist with private and public songs thinking in public playlist, people will only see songs i have choose to public while i will be able to see both kind, tho when i saw someone else using my playlist, they could see hidden songs as well. i hope that makes sense, if you have any other question, feel free!

Couple of bugs I have come across when remastering. First sometimes one of the tracks fails to have a time listed after being remastered & although the track is complete & can be downloaded, the time is never listed & you cannot use that track to put on Discord as it simply shows the link but the track to play will just be a picture. Second a couple of my tracks cannot be remastered even though they are v3.5, it just says it is remastering but never does & no tracks are even being started to remastered.
I have an issue with personas not appearing on their songs.
Too Many Problems w/ YNG Carbine was his persona creation song but he doesnt show up on Rehab which was his 2nd song.
American People w/ XTNCT was his persona creation song but he doesnt show up on any of the songs (most of them)

The extend feature is not working at all. It just creates a second (entirely new) track that is the same length as the original. How can one properly get the extend feature to work correctly?

It works best from a selected starting point. Preferably where you can lyrics and make an continuance. Say, you have a track that runs 04:00 minutes but you still have lyrics (the end part of the song). You select the last complete line and choose the time stamp at that specific time slot.
For example I had a song cutting off the chorus at 4 minutes:
she doesn’t know, but my heart comes at a price
(I’m the keeper of this sweet paradise)
I made the extend with the same lyrics (starting at she doesn't know) and put the starting point accordingly at 03:53. The extensions finalized the song accordingly with the same melody. The length of extensions in V4 can't be longer than 2 minutes.
After that you have to put the two parts together with the "Get Whole Song" function.
Yes, I just select extend and then have it extend right when the song ends (1:22 in my case). The next piece it generates is then totally different (and does not include anything from the first track).
The new pieces are also in different BPM so even if you use the "Get Whole Song" functionality it doesn't flow well
If it's an instrumental try to extend a bit farther back than 1:22. Maybe it's a place where the AI thinks it has to change something.
I've just tried a few days ago to do an instrumental. It gave me a 3:40 minute piece by putting commands in the lyrics box. Maybe that might help you. Take a peak into other instrumentals. You might get ideas how to build them, so they run longer than 1 minute. Mine started like this (as an example).

The replace function keeps adding the section at the end where the clip is supposed to be finished into the song (See Example) and then deleting the next 4 seconds of the song that would follow after
Window keeps scrolling down in Create page when new songs are completed.
Makes the whole "10 running jobs at once" part of the subscription useless as I'm not even finished listening to the songs up in the list when it scrolls down and keeps doing so.

I don't know what's wrong with Suno, but i tried to Extend my song to make the ending of the song a repetition of the Chorus, but when i extended it, the singer
sang the Bridge again (which was not even described in the extended lyrics), and then sang a completely dissimilar Chorus which had nothing to do with the Chorus so far in music. I wasted 200 credits just for this, so I'm broke now
If you selected a x-second piece, it should have about a 2-second blend area (grey line) on the right and left of the replaced line (lighter) X + 4 seconds. So more importantly is the timeline or amount of your replace. We're you replacing a near 26-second piece? If yes, then you are right to assume it should blend those 2 to four seconds of lyrics/music.
If replacing , lets say, a 17 second selection and your replacement sample is 30 seconds total, then that is usually going to overlap and not blend in-- especially if you have "keep same length" toggle switched on. I get those and thumbsdown until I get a proper one matching my selection time.

This has been ongoing since probably v4 release: On the user public songs page if I click the 3 dots and pull up the menu on a song when I choose an option it clicks through and triggers the song beneath the menu. Can we get a fix on this it's getting rather annoying. (Archlinux, Firefox)
Unfortunately you can't use the free credits if you don't renew your subscription. I don't like this since it prevents us from even using the 50 free daily credits once our subscription runs out.

I'm trying to replace a lyric in Suno. The verse repeats, and when I edit it, the change only applies to the end of the song, not the beginning. When I use 'drag your selection' to highlight the part where the lyric is sung, it doesn't detect the text/lyric even though it's clearly being sung. Why is this happening, and how can I fix it?
It isnt an issue of clip length, what is happening is it is not blending the grey area to the right of the replace clip and instead adding the grey area into the song while deleting part of the already existing song that occurs after the replace section
The part of the song being removed is not part of the timeline selected for replace section
Often happens if the Lyrics aren't properly aligned before replace.
For the last two days, whenever I create a cover song, the original song is completely ignored. This is the case with v4 and v3.5.
This never happened with cover songs prior, and I've generated hundreds. It's the only thing I do. In the past, control over what changed in the cover was more limited. Even when I tried to significantly depart from the original material I could still hear it in the cover (e.g. by adding vocals to an instrumental track that would conflict with the structure of the source instrumental track).
So, something appears to be broken. I think it would be a bit weird if it were just broken for me. I'm curious if anyone else has experienced this. Suno is useless to me if cover songs don't work, so I really want this to be fixed...

Just noticed that the "Repeat" & "Autoplay" is broken/bugged, as I can't turn them off/on. Have tried to restart the page/site, and it's still stuck on "on".
When I edit the song by doing replace section or crop, the persona will not be listed.
Android Chrome browser on phone won't extend or create. I go through the motions, but when I hit "extend" or "create" it beach balls and nothing happens. Frustrating to say the least after crafting that prompt with lyrics!!!

Might just be a strange bug. If the lyrics are very long, or the song title is very long, maybe try making is shorter, just in case.

Is it just the images and not the audio for new songs? If so, you may just need to regenerate the art.

I created a song using a personal persona created by Suno. However, I cannot replace lyrics or sections. Suno just puts the original lyrics and interpretations back in. Even if I write an entirely new song, but use the persona, it generates the original lyrics and song. How do i get Suno to "unlearn' sections so that I can change lyrics and other attributes?

Make sure to refresh the page or it will always say there isn't enough credits. If you have already done that & it still says there isn't enough credits then it is something to get onto Suno about - maybe their accounting people.

regarding unused credits, they do not carry over. On our site, you'll see "*Credits included in subscriptions do not carry over from day to day or month to month. Purchased top up credits do not expire, but require an active subscription to use. See the terms of service for limitations on commercial use. *"
so, if you pay for 2500 credits in January but only use 2000, the extra 500 will not be applied to a renewal in February, and will not be available in February if you cancel at the end of your billing cycle. You would either start with 2500 again in February, or you would revert to the Basic (free) tier if you did not renew
If I subscribe for a month in January and I still have 500 points left, and I don't renew my membership in February, and I want to wait until March to subscribe again, will the 500 points I have left be cleared?
you would not have those 500 credits no matter if you stayed subscribed, ended the subscription, or resubscribed later. as noted in https://suno.com/account and https://help.suno.com/en/articles/2524993, the credits will not carry over into a new billing cycle

Last couple of days, songs generated in 3.5 or 4 seem to only be 1:20min long. Song abruptely end. Lyrics are not whats written, sound very robotic. Every other track seems say that "This is a fake app and to go to the /ios to download and use the mobile app." What's this about? I'm wasting credits and reporting as bugs with nothing else happening. I haven't been able to use the app properly for the last few days.

extending song on 4.0 gives only 6 seconds clips always
I just extended on a clip at 4:36 mark multiple times and it always gave me 2 minute clips;. I've been trying to end the song 😦 ...it ends, then goes again.. I might have to settle with one and crop it.
Im having a real struggle now with extending a song.. it sing the wrong lyrics, changes style etc.. real annoying.. didnt have this problem before.
Experienced that once a while... try to adjust the extended point ..one second at a time in both direction and see if that helps any
Replace Section feature needs a fix real bad... it doesn't stitch to the song smoothly after choose the regen section and selection doesn't match the lyric on the section to replace... Is Suno aware of this? it's been broken for a while... and lots of credits wasted to find a good replacement, then it ended up ruining something else in the song!!! no refund! 😦

extends are always 2 minutes anyway! first gen is up to 4, extends are up to 2. if you have a good spot to crop in your original, that's definitely a good choice. otherwise, maybe try to extend after a second chorus to add whatever you need plus an ending so its going from a good mid-point in the song?
