We checked browser devTools on Google chrome.
With a working account, the account information can be retrieved normally from this "info" endpoint,
but in our environment, when accessing this endpoint, it returns "unauthorized".
I can log in, but the account information is not reflected on the page, which is a problem. Of course, I can't generate music either.

Suno team is aware of the Microsoft login issues. I've contacted the devs, and even though you can log in to other services, this problem is related to Microsoft. As soon as Microsoft is available (it's early in the USA), they will address the issue. Thanks for your patience.

i think i have a fix

so when i was not able to log into suno with windows i hit the back button till i got the login page then i just clicked setup not login and connected my account to discord now i have my discord connected and i cvan now login to suno thru windows.......sorry about spelling

My music hasn't appeared in new for like, a while, and as such doesn't appear on trending.

This also appears to impact the radio feature.

Before I didn't care much bc I figured it could just be my own bias, but earlier when a user tried to add my songs to playlists, ones that were completely down the middle appropriate, written expressly to be allowable for trending, they all brought the playlist off front page.

now I'm on front page, so it's like, chill. But it means that I'm in this bizarre situation where my spotify is becoming larger than my suno, despite my Suno having substantially more attention (which doesn't compute). Regardless, it's mostly in principle as it says me either:

I am being brigaded, for obvious reasons given when this began

I am being flagged by someone with the ability to do so

If it's the latter, that would seem logical to me to be not official policy given I'm featured on the front page, so I can only conclude if that were the case, you all would want to know. I doubt that and think it's prob just a simple brigade.

In any case, in particular the [hegelcore] I truly don't see why would be banned, for example

the issue I have realized now is, I will not be featured on radio

at all, as it is clear flagged songs do not

and since that's all but a few instrumental works (part of why I think it might not be brigading actually)

Anyway, just basically, if it's intended behavior that's one thing, if it's a bug, or brigading, then maybe somehow it can be fixed. Thank you all so much, I really appreciate the work. Also, if there's ever a song that IS offensive or detrimental, please just let me know and I'll happily remove it.

That way I can be certain to write in a style and subject that will work within the platform.

Just found a bug. I made a song in v3.5. Came out really good. Good clear vocals. But I didn't like the VERY end, so I extended it from a point before the end of the song with v2 (bc other versions kept extending it long than i wanted). It ended the song fine. So I grabbed the whole song. The final song (v3.5 with v2 capping the end) ended up being of lower quality than the original v3.5 song. The vocals throughout the WHOLE song were changed and muffled even though extending shouldnt have affected them. Somehow extending with v2 and getting the whole song degraded the quality of the entire song.

I don't experience issues setting the track position on Firefox (just installed it.) I do get CORS errors in the console. I do not get "analytics is not defined".

What do you see in the "Network" tab of the browser developer tools when you try to set the track position? For me I see successful queries to "metrics-prod.suno.com" which sounds like it would be related to analytics.

If I deliberately block access to "metrics-prod.suno.com" I experience the same problem with setting the track position, in Firefox and also Brave (my usual browser.)

Not sure there really is a way for users to maintain one without running into repeats and things being unorganized. Only ways I can think of is with dedication to it.

I've done moderation and admin for AI for a large team for a while. I know bugs can get out of hand quickly, especially when adding so many features back to back to back. The discord forums are nice for a bit with bugs. But from what I've seen, ends up running into the same issues as any other method. Just needs pruning.

I've also been using Brave for Suno and its been stable.

It's definitely not disrespectful - you're just dealing with the same Suno quirks that we all experience. It's common for Suno to stray from the intended song structure. Hopefully, it'll be fixed (?improved?) soon.

If you're set on that structure, you might need to do some cuts/extensions to get something that you'll be happy with. Try an extension with the start time just before the deviation and keep only the lyrics that haven't been sung yet. Once you're happy with the output, you can merge it into the song using 'Get Whole Song.' Lather, rinse, repeat as needed until the [End].

The pure randomness IS indeed hilarious, and over time, I've learned the settings and prompts hardly matter anymore.

This is a quirky bug, really interesting! The short answer is, use a different style prompt (or use Simple Mode) that uses more descriptive words, not sentences. Even "kitten, cute cat, kitty, kitty" as a style would probably not do that. Or maybe you do want the first words as lyrics? For that, put those words in the lyrics field instead.

The long answer:

The music style is the text "MUSIC FOR A HAND PETTING A KITTEN. Hello kitten, meet my hand. My hand will take care of you! Welcome to the world!" and this looks a lot like lyrics, so Suno gets confused, and sings the style words. But that's not all.

Then Suno seems to add the literal word "instrumental" to the end of Style prompts that are using instrumental toggle, and also adding the word (this is a new discovery for me) to any lyrics prompt with very few words in it. (Probably usually a good assumption.) So if your style prompt is a confusing one that Suno sings, well then it sings your style prompt, plus the word INSTRUMENTAL, in the case where there no lyrics, or barely any lyrics.

Yeah, I get that, BUT it also does this with other settings. Like I said, I experiment. It even seems to add what I want after PREVIOUS attempts with something different, same happened on NightCafe. when basil leaves kept appearing after I used "Basil Wolverton" as an artist, but NOT on the later prompts. People don't believe me, but I've seen the evidence. People say, oh do this or that and don't do whatever, but it turns out, doesn't work that way. I'm not really mad, of course, I find AI hilarious, though the awful distorted "art" is an eyesore.

If all your style prompts are like that cat song, you may get some strange stuff pretty often. Style is really for a list of descriptions: adjectives (emotional, dark, energetic, virtuoso) or music genres (country, k-pop, indie) and to some extend words like (cute, kitten) might do something cool. But a full sentence like your cat song is 1000% Random Dice Roll mode. However, weirdly, I'm loving a lot of actual music that prompt made, it's a good dice roll.

Check out the Suno search, I copy tons of style words from other songs by browsing for things before spending credits.

You're sort of accidentally prompting perfectly... to get strange samples. Your style prompts are interesting to me personally for that reason, but practically speaking, if you look at the songs on the Suno Home page and copy prompts like that, you will avoid most of this stuff. What are you trying to get with these prompts? You start with a genre, and then write a few lines of lyrics. You could ask Suno to generate rest of song, or use very few lyrics, but if you use a lien of lyrics in the STYLE, Suno gets confused.

I don't care about "music" because of all the wrong dynamics. I can make actual music with my DAW but have been dubbing (in the 1970s) since I was 8 years old. I got some pretty good NOISESTEP and incredible conversations and such recently on Suno - I like the conversational laughter and casual "remarks" Suno makes in a "soundtrack". Quite pleasing and easier then splicing samples in a tempo template at times. Ultimately, I can't stand the telephone bandwidth in many results - or the missing ranges for instruments (especially piano), only started over the last moth or so, but I also hear this on regular audio on a lot of videos lately (no not my ears, LOL). I experiment and avoid advice like the plague. I used to play images as sounds and generate images FROM sounds way back. Plugging the wrong things in deliberately. to learn about how something works.

Discord is not used for account management. You would need to contact [e-mail] to ask about refunds. But, as this seems to be a problem affecting multiple users, it is likely an issue that is being looked into at the moment so I'd suggest waiting a while for them to resolve it.

It is not a good idea to post your e-mail address in the chat here, as you may receive spam etc. So you might want to remove that.

Reporting that I have that "infinite" (or very long?) loading issue when clicking the library.

It was experienced using Opera on Android.

A current workaround I have with this issue is doing the following:

• Type something in the text filter in the library
• Navigate away (e.g. click one of the tab menus [playlist, followers, following] or create)
• Go back to song tab/library
• It should show your filtered result. Delete what you were filtering and it will list your songs until you navigate away.

Normally the "Extend" button will become a menu option instead, but this is only happening for generated clips, not uploaded audio.

I am loving the 4 minute tunes and extension to lyrics but even with that some tunes start over half way through the song and one other thing I have noticed with the AI since 3.5 in that it seems to sing the verses and chorus the same all the way through it doesn't seem to move just the same singing pitch and flow if you get what I mean.

To be fair if you had the browser window smaller and usually go through the "..." menu, there is a bug at the moment where the option doesn't show up in the menu for uploaded audio so it's not obvious at first 🙂

I'm sure this has already been mentioned as its been a few days, but the pages now add an extra space after commas in music styles for existing songs, such that copy--pasting no longer is actually identical to the original, since there will be extra spaces after every comma (and in cases of styles that hit that 120 character limit, part of them are then cut off). So I have to go back and manually remove all the spaces if I do things this way.

I've seen that happen to but not as often. However one time it certainly caused me as a premium user a great inconvenience when it made me believe i still had 1500+ credits to play with and then somehow hitting 0 in ten minutes. (Not even a 100 songs later).

Imo i think its just the website lagging with the counter/using the number you had when you began to use it previously before and had a delayed update after returning to the site.

It was super frustrating and disappointing but i just went and bought more credits. But for some people this could've been what makes them decide to drop suno if they felt scammed.

Not sure if this is what's happened but the credits you get as part of the subscription don't carry over at the end of the subscription month. Extra credits (such as the 500 you were given) are permanent.

Hello. I made a song with suno that is public and live (for at least a month). Today, I recorded my voice for 6 seconds and uploaded it. I used the exact same style and lyrics (I wrote) of the other song that is public and extended my upload. It basically creates the song again, but with my voice singing. The main issues I find with 3.5 is first that everything is pop. When I try indie pop and I get 'normal' pop it's still kinda ok. When I try post-hardcore and I get 100% pop it's not. I hope V4 will fix this. Second issue is the noise, to my ears it's noisier than V3 and it degrades drastically to the end.

Audio quality is limited due to the way the current models work. As new models are developed (v4 is in the works) I expect the quality will increase. It doesn't seem like something they can just quickly address otherwise they would.

New features may be hindered by quality now but will get better as audio quality improves.

Don't get me wrong, I would also like the quality to be better and it does cause me some frustration, but it seems like there isn't a simple/quick solution. V4 has been cooking for a while (since V3 was released - even before V3.5 was considered)

I struggled a lot with quality in v3, and v3.5 early access was even worse. I find it a lot better now but it might vary by genre/instruments/etc. As I understand it, 3.5 is meant to be a tweaked version of v3 for the major issues people were having with v3 whereas v4 is going to be much more than this. I'm looking forward to seeing how much better it is, for now it's enough to be able to get inspiration and some samples from, even if I need to process them a bit.

The real sad thing is throwing away something which could have been so magical knowing it will never be created the same way again, that's the hardest part for me listening to it going I really like this BUT....... Like the old saying goes "garbage in / garbage out" 🙂 There must be something in the model running the individual problem tracks so hot. But, even with this current bump in the road it is such an incredible tool it really is.

I've read that it'll have "in-painting" capability. No other info though. Since we have WAVs now and competitors exist I'm expecting the quality will be improved but that's my guess/hope. I have several really nice generations over the past few months that I can only rescue with heavy editing and manually recreating them so it's sad to hear such nice music under the noise when that happens.

what tools/plugins are you using yourself? I don't know what in painting means, what would this give? My understanding is the current WAVs download is just an MP3 converted to WAV file someone posted a comparison screenshot on a spectrum analyser and they were the same 🙂

In-painting will let you re-generate part of a song (so you can make corrections.)
The WAV output is similar to the MP3 but slightly higher quality, limited by the current models. As I'd mentioned in that discussion earlier, it's not just a converted MP3. Besides, the distortion doesn't sound like MP3 "wateryness", there's something else affecting it. WAV downloads are likely a step towards providing better quality output in future (otherwise there is very little advantage to use it.)

• When browsing the songs list in the library if the lyric panel is closed and you click on the kebab menu the lyric panel opens, scroll the body to the top, and still open the tooltip (that might be out of the screen now after the scroll) and lock the body scroll till you click outside the tooltip to close it. I think there is a bug with copyright identification as noted in my message in #📚┃suno-school message
I believe the problem is when Suno generates audio, it's registered as an original work. So if I use an idea taken from one of Suno's generations in a piece of my own music and then reupload this new music using that idea, Suno is flagging it as an existing work. This is preventing me from creating more generations to continue building on a piece of music I'm working on in collaboration with Suno.

When uploading and extending it I always get the first verse sang twice. even when I change the order, put chorus at the start, it will sing chorus, verse 1, verse 1 again. 300 credits spent with various prompts, found out that if I only put lyrics, it's ok, but if I add any element between verses or verse and chorus (like instrumental parts, bridge etc) then the verse is always sang twice. always.

I'm more used to working and editing music with "beats" and not "time", but even so, I was testing and getting used to this limitation of suno.com.
And I did exactly as you suggested. I got the hang of the Suno platform and in the "Extend from" field I mark the minute corresponding to the head of 02 or 03 bars before the end of the track I want to extend.
The results were a little better when I chose to use version 3.0 for the extensions.
In any case: disappointment and wasted time.

I have uploaded a section of me singing and playing acoustic. I have put in all the lyrics to the song so I included the bit uploaded as well so I get a better produced version of the upload and then don't have to create whole song. I have tried it 73 times and it has failed to create the first verse 61 times (ignoring the first verse and the chorus and jumping straight to the second verse). If I test using only the problematic verse in the lyrics section it creates it every time. I have also used the second verse as the upload and the result is the same.

This can usually be fixed by placing something before the first verse. You could try for example [Break] or some instrumental definition like [Guitar]. Worst case, add some new lyrics before, like 'uu uuu' , seems stupid but it works.

But another problem appeared. The model can not make Heavy Metal as before.
The model has clearly lost the understanding of what “Heavy Metal” is and how it differs from “Thrash Metal” “Speed Metal”, “Post Metal” and “New Metal”. The rhythm drive is just unbelievably frantic. Although version 3 was quite good at both kinds of metal. I don't know about the other styles, but there's definitely something to work on.

One of the main reason for censorship IMO is for potential future advertisements or company deals. You get more business opportunities if you are seen as family friendly (per sé) than a mature restricted service.

Anyways, it is not a bug. It is in the Terms of Service but nothing stops you from using this service to make an instrumental piece that you can sing over with whatever lyrics you want. Or going to another service without the restrictions you hate.

You can also using sound effects in external programs to imply the swears (e.g. beeping).

Heck, there are actually AIs out there that can transform the vocals on a song to sound like your voice (typically using RVC models). You can dub over where you want to swear then voice transform the entire song in the end to make it sound all natural-ish.

Nothing happens when tapping the "Extend" menu option for a song in Firefox mobile (Android).
Update: similar behaviour in Chrome. Acts as if I pressed on the thing behind the menu. Now I'm pretty sure this is related to the same bug I reported a few days ago.

Symptoms:

• Doing this from the Library will navigate to the Create page and just show the song list there.

• Doing this from the Create page will just close the menu.

It does seem to register that I want to extend a song though, with these symptoms following the above actions:

• If I press the round button to open the "Create" panel, it will not show what is being extended, nor will it show the "extend from" time, but the button will be labelled "Extend". Pressing the button seems to create an extension as if I had enabled custom mode and not changed any prompts etc.

• However, if I enable "custom" mode first and then try to extend, although I again have to press the round button to open the "Create" panel, the extension details are shown.

It scans on human voices. Human voice is not allowed to set public since Suno cannot verify if it is your voice.

I've generated about 10 songs using my own lyrics and the same prompt in the last hour or so. Almost all of them have been repeating lyrics and the audio is extremely distorted - much more than usual. It's almost as if the generated bitrate has been lowered by half. Is this now expected behaviour? I'm on a paid plan. I'm using v3.5.

I should add that for the last few days, the results have been much better. It only seems to have degraded for me today.

I don't know if someone can because there is not enough details IMO.

What are you experiencing that is stopping you from generating? Create screen not appearing? Error popping up when you try to generating? The quality of the generated track? Etc.

And, just to confirm, you are using https://suno.com right? The apps in the play/appstore are all third-party apps as Suno does not have one released yet. Some of these are simple redirects to the website, but nonetheless, you want to be very careful of allowing these apps having information about sensitive material like your financial information.

Yes this is normal behavior. Setting it public makes it "searchable" and open for "home page". But if you give the unpublished url to somebody else, he can see the songs.

I use the button to “clean up” the library as the “bad” generations get hidden that way. But it’s indipendent to batch. I’m also getting the same behaviour with thumbs up, but strangely enough not with generation, audio upload or extension.

Extend a song using mobile doesn’t update the lyrics and music from the song to extend. you always need to use reuse prompt before. On Ios have no android to try on.

Hello! 👋 been a while since I had any issues. I’m not sure if anyone else has this issue. Generations from an uploaded sample , (extended) when I try to get gens that are instrumentals it only generates anywhere between 5-40 seconds, and yes it is on V3.5

Initially it was all fine I was getting the intended 2-3 min extended gens. But since the invite friend update I am no longer able to use this gen feature as intended.

Is there silence near the end of your uploaded sample? Could you share a link to the sample and maybe also do "Get Whole Song" on one of the short extensions and post the full song?

(so either me, or someone else, can listen and try to figure out what the issue might be)

No silences they are full soundtracks I had collecting digital dust, I just sliced them to fit the requirements and test the capabilities of Suno vs my own. (Suno was doing a better job than me as producing before the update today)
