Hi, I really need help from an actual human regarding my account/subscription issue.

I paid for the $30 Studio subscription with 10,000 credits. The payment went through successfully, the money left my bank account, and I also received a confirmation email from Suno confirming the payment.

The 10,000 credits appeared correctly on my account, and I already used some of them to generate around 4–5 songs. Then suddenly the next day everything disappeared:

• my credits are gone,
• my subscription shows inactive,
• but the payment was still taken from my bank account.

What’s making this even more frustrating is that this is not the first billing/support issue I’ve had. I contacted support before regarding payment problems and never received a proper reply back, and now again I’m only getting automated responses.

I’m honestly very upset and disappointed with this situation because I paid legitimately and used the service normally before everything suddenly vanished from my account.

Can someone from the team please investigate this properly?
