I really preferred the older method where we tried to explain things to people but all that seemed to do is cause unfounded accusations of persecution. So we have been advised to just moderate silently.

I'd be happier if we had something that could automatically send a message to users after an infraction that anonymously sends the message explaining the policy violation and the length of the timeout.

Anonymously, because as I said people will seize on the most random things to decide that a particular mod was responsible for their infarction being noticed and decide that mod is persecuting them. Often times that isn't even the mod involved. More than a few times I've gotten mail for others because of this and I know they've picked up mail from me.

There are a couple spots where you're very quiet that almost disappear but that may be because the accompaniment doesn't drop back/thin out like it would if it was all recorded/generated together.

I like the vocal effects you've mixed in - Are you recording with the mic straight on? Or slightly off to the side and moving around a bit? Some simple panning could help too. Just uneducated and untrained thoughts based on listening experience.
