Cold, no practice in years (I was in chorus in school for a year and my teacher wanted me to go into singing/music for a career... didn't listen) my range tests out at around F2 (with vocal fry) to about C6 (with falsetto) at the max end before I can't hold the notes at all. Resting vocals is somewhere in between that obviously but I think I basically sit in a resting upper Baritone speaking voice with Tenor extension easily available.

"screamo" can be a little confusing because there are a few variations on the tones people use for that kind of music. i think of like "hardcore" screaming when i hear screamo which is sort of high pitched and angry, black metal isn't so much "screaming" as like cacophonic wailing meant to sound uncomfortable as opposed to angry, then "death metal" actually does this low effort screaming technique that makes it sound sort of dominant and threatening
