i mostly use "timbral transfer" plugins that basically locate the most similar thing to my audio inside of its latent space and can be modulated to basically just not really do it right (on purpose, basically to get emergent sounds out of it)

You know, every genre does have a set of biases Suno gives. It's how you work with things. Some do what you describe. Others keep it in Suno but spot-fix issues as they arise. Studio lets you sample pretty easily too, and of course you can use EQ as much as you want.

Then there is what you do with it afterwards. For my part, I have a serialized anime told as music videos. Consistent characters and vision. The visuals, I have the skills to work with the still images and the ability to edit video without asking AI to do it all... it sure saves time when I can have it make VFX for me but there's always timing and beat perfect work you just have to do yourself.
