I recently read upon Copyright law, as it is a song write can lay claim on their lyrics as long it has a human element in it by writing some of it on his own, claim the melody, claim the whole performance as well, as long human elements are included in said melody and performance. For example pure AI Generated Content cant be claimed, but if you add your own voice and melody to it and generate from there, you can claim it as your own.
