You can't actually. But AI doesn't always understand that. It just sees words and sees that they exist in a copyrighted song. Not having logic and reason enough to understand that they are used differently or as part of another arrangement makes them fair game.

AI would make it so no one would be able to say anything because all words and letters have been used before. It's not smart enough to make those distinctions yet.
