You can still use lyric brackets to dictate the instrumentals (kinda). So if you want a hip hop beat with an acoustic guitar, you use brackets to make that happen. Just put your /// ***** /// first then your [instrumental] then go down 2 lines and put something like [west coast hip hop beat, acoustic guitar, guitar driven beat]

Wanna know why it sucks now? It looks back at the previous lyrics. So if you want more of a 3.5 experience, Remove all the lyrical data from the page, then crop it (just keep everything in there) so you have a new instance with no 'baked in' lyrical data. And it works far more than earlier extends.
