i generate videos externally, but functionality is there already, so that's more of a personal choice.

hmm, i use those. i mean a way to apply overall settings to a track within studio.

i guess, i dunno what you would call it. when i throw something in studio i usually duplicate it a few times for a fuller sound, turn the gain up varying amounts on each based on what preset it's for, then tweak a few other things in it too. like modify the levels in the bass boost so it affects lower sounds more. instead of like 80hz/200hz/800hz i set it to 30hz/60hz and 200hz, then bump up the gains on each slightly.

a quick way to do that across multiple tracks would be really handy

by default bass boost does +4db at 80hz, +2db at 200hz and -1db at 800hz. i set that to +4 at 30hz, +4 at 60hz and +2 at 200hz

I tried to use that song through Cover mode to get nearly the same version of it. But the main problem is : corrupted lyrics are adapted for Drill rap music. Short phrases, high delivery. The new lyrics are longer, especially verses. Pre-Chorus and Chorus have the exact same length. you can LITERALLY see the flatness if you compare the audio level of post master to a pre master of a suno song..

Reason is a full DAW also, it has sound design, mixing/mastering, midi live play (ableton is better at live), but yeah it is a bit more of a learning curve but so flexible on what kind of creative you feel like being.
