I just tried to sign in as normal to continue working on my songs and instead I am directed to provide my either a telephone number or some other contact details. Once this is completed I am then asked for a new username and why I want to use Suno. Then a new account is created. I don't want a new account, I want access to the account I already have and have paid for. I try to email support and the email bounces. I try to email billing and the email bounces. I have now spent hours researching what to do which has led me here. Can anyone help me deal with these RIP OFF MERCHANTS?

Not sure of your issue though but based on what I looked up you can try it though:

Log into both Suno accounts and add a different email address to each one so they are no longer relying on the same phone number. Make sure you can sign in to each account using email and password before changing anything else. Remove the phone number from the account you plan to delete, or change its login method to email only. Wait a few hours so Suno’s system updates. Then delete the extra account, and your main account will stay safe because it now has its own separate login.
