Disclosing AI doesn't help you in any way. It makes it easier for people to ignore you. Even if i upload my own audio, stems, arrangement, etc, if i use suno and say I used AI they will ignore it. People want options to block all AI, and dont even care about the difference between Machine Learning or AI Gen.

Hey everyone 🙂 I have a couple of questions about commercial rights, that I haven't been able to find answered elsewhere, so I'm wondering if someone can help me out.

I understand that one is not granted commercial rights for output generated on the Free plan. However, I'm wondering if one is granted commercial rights for output generated under a Paid plan, but that was built/prompted from output generated on the Free plan. For example: completely different songs using a Persona from; and covers, remixes, mashups, edits/extensions, of songs generated on the Free plan. These seem to be tagged as such (eg, 'Legacy' attached to Personas, and covers clearly marked 'Cover') so I imagine they are also watermarked as such too.

Additionally, I have some questions regarding obtaining commercial rights for songs generated on the Free plan. I think I've heard of people doing so via emailing Suno directly, so I sent an email a month and a half ago but haven't yet received a reply. I understand there may be a big backlog due to the recent holiday season, but just wondering how long it usually takes. Also, how much do they charge to obtain retroactive commerical rights?

I'd prefer answers from people who have received this information from Suno directly, or have heard of someone who has, rather than speculation. Thanks so much!
