This is my personal experience. I paid £129.60 for an annual Premium subscription ( took advantage of a Black Friday offer ). Access stopped after around ten days. Multiple support emails went completely unanswered. Eventually a promised reinstatement did not occur. The matter is now moving forward to arbitration and still no formal acknowledgement or response from Suno.

You might want to think about this before subscribing. Strongly beware !

Does anyone know a good way of extracting the vocal stem when it's harsh vocals for things like metal?
I want to layer vocal tracks and add different takes but obviously with distortion, it's hard to pull out the whole fidelity.

Honestly, pretty sure you can pre-master your track just type it into your prompt. There is a workflow and GitHub explaining although I’ve never tested to see how the output of that comes out I do trust in the poster. I just never tried it.

I like to process cuz it can "understand" audio better at least that's what I felt. And it can very well follow ur added effects also with some tweaking. I usually stem stuff in the end apply more effects and stuff to it then reup it as a whole and it can do so much interesting stuff. It can really change up or follow exactly what you wanna do imo.

Recent versions of Suno seem to have improved in that regard, but I still revise my 1000 character prompts to minimize negative or exclusionary language... "tempo is fast not slow" has a chance to backfire that "tempo is fast" doesnt... I also tend to try to reduce 'choices' like "backup instruments feature a banjo or mandolin" and simply ask directly for 'backup instruments feature a banjo"

Well v5 came out when I joined so end September beginning of October...I image they are hard at work on v6, studios updates are frequent so they wont sit on v5 too long. But I think its still got a good month or 2 left in it

Mashups work best IMHO if you misuse them.

I tend to extract samples from earlier works or from stuff I kept that sounded good but didn't work for what I was trying to do. Then I mash up those with new style directions and original lyrics. It works even better than just generating IMHO. Might take a few iterations to find that sound. Then once I do I cover the output and tweak from there.

I mean, the song ends, and the rest of the song is pure noise. For example, my song ends at 3:30 and extends to 4:50 of pure noise.

haven't personally noticed anything of the sort but it's possible you're not lucky on your gens and you get all the bad luck for that... or it could be the way you prompt things or the genre...

Sometimes you can solve that with a good extracted stems (go for the larger version) and then open that in Studio. Then delete the FX. Sometimes that's all it takes. Other times the remaster feature can fix it. Just make sure you don't lose what you loved in the first place...

That may be more of a prompt or style input mine actually doesn't end with any noise the closest I have is the music playing it from the track itself but not noise

I think the karaoke style video always goes to the default as a placemarker in the video. Just the splash art at the beginning will be your own artwork showing for the link embed, if you saved an artwork, until you click on it then it goes back to a default art for the karaoke video version while its playing.

i would wait a day just to make sure that all the databases get updated

sometimes it takes a day for the system to fully update changes to things like cover art
