Has anyone else had this experience?

Since late November, after the service outage period, the platform’s output quality has significantly degraded. While generation technically works again, the results are largely unusable.

The main issues are: synthetic-sounding and unnatural vocals, excessive pitch artifacts, static or background noise, unstable or “wonky” vocal delivery, and instrumentals that sound incoherent or low-fidelity. Many tracks include strange audio artifacts or muddy, indistinct arrangements that weren’t present before. Overall, the generations now sound overtly “AI” in a way they didn’t previously.

Prior to this period, I was able to consistently generate usable tracks. I never expected perfection, but the platform was reliable and musically convincing. Now it’s difficult to produce anything usable at all, even with the same prompts and workflow.

I’m trying to understand whether this change is intentional (for example, due to model adjustments, safety constraints, or licensing concerns), or whether it’s a temporary degradation that’s actively being worked on. I wonder if this Is this the expected state of the platform going forward, or are there plans to restore the previous level of quality?

I have an issue if someone can help real quick, or I can just put a ticket in but I sent an email a week ago and no ones responded. You are logging in through Google Play. What you likely need to do is open Google Play, edit your account, update your email address (even if you dont actually change it, just add a character and delete it and resave it), and change your password. This forces an SSH reset and usually fixes many issues. You cant change the email from Suno, it must be done through the main login account, in your case, Google Play. You should also be able to update your phone number there also.

99% of the time people using a phone number to log in are using mobile app... If you are on PC only and have never logged in through your phone, you need to figure out who you are logging in through, Google or Microsoft are the 2 most common. Same thing, edit email and password in those accounts to force an SSH reset.

Yeah none of those options worked, when I registered my account I wasnt asked to login to any of these services for my login. I think it was just my phone number and I was able to add my email. In this case I am totally unable to login via email and I can only use my phone number to sign in but this doesnt have any of my deeper account info like email or phone number management. Somehow I can still edit my subscription but nothing else is available
