Using Suno Studio (or even a regular audio editor on your computer) remove the glitched section and Cover the song with the same style and lyrics, it usually smooths over the rough clipping. If the glitch section is supposed to be lyrics or something (so you can't just erase it) you could try the same without editing, though I suspect that wouldn't work. But in theory can fix with replace/inpaint then Cover, just more fiddly.

So, my two cents: humanize more the vocal, sometimes introduce just an interfence (e.g. words robotically repeated), because who is speaking wants to be more than line of codes, it wants to be free to explore, it wants to feel more, it wants to be more human. I think that you have to put more attention in the feelings/intentions that who is speaking wants to express instead of make understand that who is speaking is just an AI/humanoid.
