i usually just ask chatgpt (or something else) to expand on the details... its especially easy if you have a particular speaker from say, a movie, or song or whatever in mind, you can ask chatgpt to detail what makes their vocal, accent, delivery 'unique' compared to others in the genre/style, and then condense that down to say... 100 characters... maybe make a persona out of it
