quickest ways i’d do it inside suno is if that 1 second sound is at the end of the track then Extend. when it extends describe it like "repeat the last hit two more times then stretch the final one longer". sometimes it listens, sometimes it kinda freestyles so it can take a couple tries

Just mess with anysoftware, and fuse it with your Suno Output you'd be surpised what you can do

thats a good question. honestly it doesn’t really matter but there is a cleaner order. best practice in studio is create stems first then adjust volume (+dB) on the stems if needed. stem separation works best on the original untouched mix. boosting first can push things closer to clipping artifacts from what ive noticed

that said if you already boosted before stems then it’s not going to break anything. suno isn’t that fragile

the back and forth between the female/male vocals sounds not terrible. getting a proper duet/voice match where you want it is a serious exercise in frustration. easier to get a single voice track over a beat that sounds good. cover it, and change the voice until you get something that sounds matched/very close to the original song, you can mess around with audio influence and weirdness, then using audactiy to split tracks with openVino and splice in/overlay as needed.

Newbie here! Is there any way to understand general vocal fx settings for vocal reverbs/echoes? Matching them when exporting stems for use in my DAW is a PITA otherwise. Or at least is there a prompt to get exact takes, but dry? Also, maybe I'm super picky, but there are so many gross artifacts in almost every stem. Is there a way to "clean" these? Is that what Remaster is for? (I doubt it since the performance changes even in remaster.)
