Depends on the cause of the situation. Likely, it is the receiving bank taking its timr verifying if the payment is legitimate which may take usually 5 business days to get processed (and who knows how the Winter holiday schedule affects this timing)

If this is the case, there is literally nothing Suno or Stripe can do to make the processing faster, it is dependent on Suno's bank.

You have two options:

1. Simply wait. If it does not get processed after 5 BUSINESS days (that means not counting Christmas, new years, weekends), be sure to email Billing (see #support-guide ). If there is a loss of credits caused by this delay that you had no control over, Billing will reimburse you (though you may need to prod them)
2. As you had mentioned already, you can message your bank or Stripe to cancel your payment. However, be aware that this causes a chargeback (which the company pays a fee for) which typically causes companies to lock/ban your account and/or blacklist your credit card

Regarding why they have not responded to you yet:
Do to several severe issues since October, support has been overwhelmed and still have a massive backlog. They are triage-ing the tickets but responses may still take a few weeks

use [hook repeats] instead of writting out full hook but this must come after a full hook above it somewhere in song with [hook] ---- with full hook write out or it wont work

Yes, when extending, explicitly prompt.same tempo, same arrangement, clean vocal separation, add final hook and outro so the model doesn’t change speed or remix the instruments.
