To go into detail over the ones I made here:
Blind Naughty Eye / Naughty Ear: Kills you if you sing for too long. In some sections players may have to sing in sync with eachother, starting when another has to stop.
Naughtylus : An enemy character that wanders back and forth, charging at players if it sees them. They can be killed by tricking them into walking into hazards or by certain character abilities such as the Elephant charge or Seal ground-pound, which may be essential since they can sometimes spawn carrying keys.
Naughty Hand: Follows the nearest player (indicated by a crosshair appearing over them). After a few seconds it will release a shockwave around itself that kills any player caught inside. Players may often have to lure this fella away from puzzle sections in order for other players to do their job unimpeded.

I feel like it could also work in all cardinal directions, not just down
The question is if there should be 4 different object for different direction, or one for all of them
One can work for all 4
Layouts can be made which block it from moving in any undesirable directions
Noughty collector: if you collect the fruit while it sees you, it collect fruit instead. After deactivation, it returns those fruits to their oryginal places (so you can collect them)

Noughty blob:
It change every character into blob while active
Shy Eye
Kills you if you face its direction while lined up horizontally to it
Black Eye / Gravity Naughty Eye
Following a warning sequence where each of its rings light up one by one, the Eye will pull all characters within its range towards it for a few seconds
