Hmm, ok. I am sure they will answer soon. Afaik tickets piled up lately. Especially with deprecation of voices etc.
Then, they probably can change their automatic support message. It's what other services do when they have an exceptional volume increase. Here is the message "Our team will assist you as soon as possible, and you can typically expect a response within 48 hours during weekdays."
As I am mainly just a normal user regarding usage of ElevenLabs, I feel you. I am also waiting for a ticket :)
