Hey, thanks for reporting, we are working on fixing this issue since we seen it happening multiple times. If you look at the conversation history, agents first message starts at -1:59:58

i got confirmation that this is being worked on , so i assume should be fixed pretty soon, will keep you updated
@digital blaze @feral pewter We get the same issue. We are also having issues with crackly line when using SIP, fine via websocket.
Thank you. It's better, the first message starts at 0:00 but the audio is still not stitched together properly. When it plays back it sounds like the agent is both rude and omniscient because she responds to me before I finish speaking. But somehow she knows what I'm going to say, before I've said it! I 😉 know that this didn't happen in real life, but I can't play these audios for prospects and customers because it will sound to them like I'm delivering a substandard product. I really hope you guys can fix this in the next day or two. Thanks!
