I do most prompting in German, so that's where I am most stable with, but probably also works with English prompts.
Really important is having the word in upper case and using free regenerates if you do not like the result.
Sometimes it adds a weird pause or something

I normally have neutral stability, but if it's something more complex I put it to creative

More context around the text for the model also often helps
