I have changed my email in the account settings, inputted the confirmation code on old email and then clicked the CONFIRM in the new email but the link went to a blank page (doesnt work on any browser or incognito either) - it is now saying that neither of my accounts exist and i no support is getting back to me on support tickets - i have active voice agents for companies, please help!!!

Have you tried the forgot your password function on both email addresses just to see if that does anything? It isn't necessarily saying that an account doesn't exist under either email. Email could be correct but not the password.
