Any progress on this? a lot of users here are expreincing this as well and quite a critical one. The conversational UI is usable at this state. It provides for a very bad customer experience.

I am doing offline mp3 STT and comparing it with STT through Get Conversation Details. I noticed short utterance of key words, esp very quick "yes", "yeah" often got ignored by 11labs stt service --- those quick and short sound/words are important.
