This has lots of use case. In addition to the above, can also make an AI Manager agent. "I need to speak with a manager", sure, here "it" is. Manager agent can have a KB that Tier 1 doesn't, and have tools Tier 1 doesn't.

Phone testing consumes credits very quickly. Is there some way to get some credits for development work? Some tests can be done via Test Agent button, which is very low costs. But for a Twilio integration, phone testing is the normal case and it uses lots of credits.

Creator. Have some banked credits, currently 150,000 credits left.
Yeah we would just recommend moving to higher tiers where it's cheaper relatively speaking. Tho we may consider decreasing the price for ConvAI specifically for the lower tiers.

I suggest another tier of the start up program. Sometimes, people may not want to go through the start up program process, but still need some credits for development. The AI Engineer Pack is a good example. You guys can screen developers and offer some credits. Win-Win.

I am finding the same. Just started implementing on Sunday. In 3 days I've used up 45% of my credits. We're on the Creator plan. (Obviously, we'll need to move up when we go to production.)
