my understanding is that if I am in a call with the agent i can override the language suddenly in to another language

Hi krishna, you can only set the language at the start of the call during its initiation. So ideally users select/pick the language before initiating the call.

Switching the language mid conversation will be something that we will support soon!

I think we will first support switching dynamic variables mid conversation only later overrides, would that work?
