I assume you created the voice with either Voice Design or Instant Voice Cloning? Sorry but voices created with either of those are ineligible for sharing. Only voices created with Professional Voice Cloning can be shared with other accounts.

The Voice ID is mostly just for specifying the voice to use when generating content programmatically through the ElevenLabs API.
